Worst KFC! Food took ages then was cold and missing items from order Chips disgusting no flavour what so ever. Never had such a bland KFC waste of Money :-(

I was served by a lovely fella called Dan. He was brilliant and got my meal to me very quickly with no errors. He really helped me out on this day. Dan is a credit to your store. Food was also lush

We were served by a young lady today and she was so rude and her customer service was horrible. Don’t feel like to go there anymore.

States on the door and on maps that it is open until 10pm was closed at 9.43?! Waste of my time and fuel. If you want to be home by 10pm set your closing time for 9.45. Otherwise do you job!

It is so small and has so many orders, it becomes a crazy cesspit that with open kitchen you can watch unfold. Watch them lick spilled bean juice off of their hands and carry on making food. Always touching their mouths while preparing food. Watch them get swamped with orders between delivery drivers and people waiting and waiting. And they always get the order wrong in some way. 2 stars are for the food which if it was done right at a better location is why people come back even with the bad service. The restaurant just isn’t big enough and the managers mess around, you need serious managers to keep an eye on hygiene and service. Oh and the lettuce is always brown. Wrote a complaint last time, heard nothing back so stopped going now.

Had a takeaway through Uber Eats. Came with the wrong drinks, all the food was cold on arrival, and the gravy went out of date about an hour before it was delivered. Ended up throwing most of it in the bin. Will not use again.

They have taken on too many orders and are unable to manage the demand - then when mistakes are made, staff try to blame the customers - unacceptable attitude from the boy who worked there.

Went to KFC Cowplian, terrible experience. Parking was a nightmare, staff were disinterested and didn't care. When I got home found that I didn't have all of my order. Don't bother just go to a different location.

Ordered for delivery by 18:10 but was half an hour late, not only that we didn't get what we ordered. Won't be ordering from here again and advise others to give it a miss as the food is also cold

Chicken tasted funny was stone cold yet it was as dry as Ghandis sandals wouldn’t feed that to my cat let alone eat it wouldn’t recommend to anyone disgusting

Ordered a 4 piece meal and a wrap meal . There were only 3 pieces of chicken instead of 4 and the chicken in the wrap was inedible . Very disappointed

Que’d up for ages. Parking is a joke, finally get in, foreign delivery drivers clogging up the entrance, no face mask being worn, cashier was eating whilst being served, then went back to preparing food. Again no masks gloves or washing of hands whilst I was watching and I was there for a good 20mins. Then delivery drivers were coming into the cooking area from the back door. Finally got my food chicken was chewy and warm at best, gravy was cold. Didn’t even want to go back to complain because nothing would of got done. Also the forecourt was filthy, rubbish everywhere. The whole experience has put me off going there ever again. Staff don’t care, rude. No thought about customer service or hygiene. The worst KFC I’ve ever been to.

Very disappointing. Some if the order was missing so I called the branch. They said there was nothing I could do I had to take it up with Deliveroo. I said surely it’s your fault you missed the items from the order but they were no help at all. The chicken was dry and looked like it had been battered flat first! Won’t be using this takeaway again.

Three uber eats deliveries in past 2 months as nephew loves KFC and no nearer branch to order from. Items missing on 2 orders. Horrible looking overcooked chicken on last order. Can't even lodge a complaint as online form collects load of info then you get emailed asking you to email all the same info again to try to put you off complaining. No issues with other branch's so have to now order and eat at mum mums so we can order from the Portsmouth branch instead which is excellent.
