seen better hotdogs in a school canteen. tiny soggy. not what we ordered and paid £6 for it. and onions? an extra £1 for caramelised onions. when you get 3 tiny pieces. overcooked chips. and what happened to the salad I paid for on the burger. 1 gherkin. soggy lettuce from last week, and that's a point where was the tomato. never ordering again.

Chicken was like rubber. The quality has gone downhill. The grill chicken use to be amazing.

Not a review for this order but same address and delivered today. Why even offer a jacket potato as an option if it's just a halved microwaved potato with a bit of tinned tuna straight from the can slapped on top? no butter. no mayo with the tuna. no second topping as ordered. not even slightly halved. may as well have taken 10 mins to microwave my own potato fo about 30p.. at least I'd have better toppings. definitely not restaurant quality, not even at home meal quality. straight in the bin.

half an hour late, food was cold, I ordered a large kinder milkshake and they gave me a small vanilla... really disappointing, especially for how much it cpsts

I order the steak a lot from here as it’s my fav meal from them. Unfortunately this time I was unable to cut into the steak it was so tough even my steak knife struggled to get through it. It seemed extremely grizzly and tough that I had to leave it all. Very disappointing just hope it’s better next time and this was just a one off incident

Was cold when it got here, delivery driver parked like way away from the house, couldn't even eat the hotdog because it's dangerous to eat cold meat. grillshack isn't normally this late. so do not know what happened this time, they also don't use the delivery codes. what's the point in having these codes if no drivers ever use them!!!

If you close at midnight why stop taking orders 45mins beforehand. Absolute joke.

The chocolate fudge pie literally looks like a fried cookie and its very pricey.

Food cold and congealed. Hotdog absolutely tiny and again cold. Only yummy things were the milkshakes and salad. Such a shame as I was really looking forward to it.

Disappointing beef and cheese nachos. I know nachos will get soft when hot topping go on, but these actually taste like they hadn't been stored in sealed container or packet. Especially the few then didn't have the toppings on. The cheese was grated melted cheese, was expecting a nice warn thick nacho cheese soure. Not worth the money

The decor and general hygiene this place looks really scummy the bathroom needs a good clean and repairs. A fresh lick of paint wouldn't go amiss, and the food well nasty fried chicken burger salad was too chunky. The bun was burnt. The milkshake was very watery not much ice cream there I definitely won't be going back again

It is a very nice restaurant with great music and great atmosphere the service was amazing especially by Metin, he will go the extra mile to make you feel welcome aren't to give you an Excel service. Where was abundant and delicious and prices were very reasonable so all in all is a great place very recommended for everybody to come here.

Plain Jane chicken Burger was very small and had nothing in it the chips tasted like cardboard. Ordered food at 8pm didn't arrive until 9:30pm. Pulled pork burger was nice however the bun had literally soaked through at the bottom when opening the box. Restaurant wouldn't answer their phone either. Very disappointed.

was cold like even in the middle had to microwave it to make it slightly edible but ended up the dog had it. Shame cause normally good from here slightly disappointed I could have just microwave some food and saved the money. I always leave reviews this is the first bad one I had out of 10 is what it is

Oh my goodness just ordered from here the burger was so greasy the bacon was very under cooked, sone of the chips were warmed up and some were hard, we ordered the nachos with pulled pork they were all soggy we were so disappointed we will not be ordering from here again 🤮
