absolute load of sh ....cold tasteless not good value ... i give small business a chance but hey not a clue the big chains serve cold food so what do you excpect cooking at home only way these people are thieves

The food was not well packaged and some of the liquid/sauce spilled within the bag. It arrived with the bottom of the paper bag completely soaked and torn

I have eaten here on many occasions, I’m really fussy when it comes to ordering certain foods from takeaway, such as burgers, but here I’ve never had a single issue. Perfect every time

Was cold when it got here, delivery driver parked like way away from the house, couldn't even eat the hotdog because it's dangerous to eat cold meat. grillshack isn't normally this late. so do not know what happened this time, they also don't use the delivery codes. what's the point in having these codes if no drivers ever use them!!!

If you close at midnight why stop taking orders 45mins beforehand. Absolute joke.

The chocolate fudge pie literally looks like a fried cookie and its very pricey.

Food cold and congealed. Hotdog absolutely tiny and again cold. Only yummy things were the milkshakes and salad. Such a shame as I was really looking forward to it.

Disappointing beef and cheese nachos. I know nachos will get soft when hot topping go on, but these actually taste like they hadn't been stored in sealed container or packet. Especially the few then didn't have the toppings on. The cheese was grated melted cheese, was expecting a nice warn thick nacho cheese soure. Not worth the money

The stir fry is less than half the container

Went here to grab some lunch mid shift. I was served right away and very politely. Milkshakes are perfect!

The decor and general hygiene this place looks really scummy the bathroom needs a good clean and repairs. A fresh lick of paint wouldn't go amiss, and the food well nasty fried chicken burger salad was too chunky. The bun was burnt. The milkshake was very watery not much ice cream there I definitely won't be going back again

It is a very nice restaurant with great music and great atmosphere the service was amazing especially by Metin, he will go the extra mile to make you feel welcome aren't to give you an Excel service. Where was abundant and delicious and prices were very reasonable so all in all is a great place very recommended for everybody to come here.

Plain Jane chicken Burger was very small and had nothing in it the chips tasted like cardboard. Ordered food at 8pm didn't arrive until 9:30pm. Pulled pork burger was nice however the bun had literally soaked through at the bottom when opening the box. Restaurant wouldn't answer their phone either. Very disappointed.

Food was sent out for delivery at 9pm, restaurant is a 6 minute drive from us and it turned up 45 minutes late. Food was stone cold. Not a care given on the phone

Metin was great! Really looked after us

was cold like even in the middle had to microwave it to make it slightly edible but ended up the dog had it. Shame cause normally good from here slightly disappointed I could have just microwave some food and saved the money. I always leave reviews this is the first bad one I had out of 10 is what it is

Oh my goodness just ordered from here the burger was so greasy the bacon was very under cooked, sone of the chips were warmed up and some were hard, we ordered the nachos with pulled pork they were all soggy we were so disappointed we will not be ordering from here again 🤮

Best grill shack I’ve had in a long time! We had a whole chicken and salads, everything was just perfect and so tasty. Please keep it like this.

Food arrived piping hot and tastes amazing, I had the loaded burger fries 🤤 recommend!! Halloumi was lush too. Onion rings little soggy but still ate them.

2nd order of the night that has said its been delivered but has not, absolutely disgusted with the service. Full refund and compensation

Chicken was undercooked, wings where left in a pool of sauce also undercooked , wedges where good apart from that poor, gap in the market in Havant for a good grilled chicken shop… shame this can’t fill that gap

Would give a Zero star rating if I could! Food never arrived. Order was marked as delivered by restaurant after the first hour. When called to chase was told that the order is behind others and will be some time. They then attempted to refuse a refund!

I didn't mind it being early, but I paid for garlic sauce and didn't get it, absolutely lovely though

Took over an hour and a half to arrive on a Tuesday night. Nachos and chips were cold and soggy, I tried one of each, then binned the rest. Ate some of the burger, but found myself pulling it apart and selecting which parts to eat. Really poor
