Over an hour late! Had to ring twice for an update. Food finally arrived cold and soggy. Terrible service

I was called to swap one item as out of stock but when food arrived the ice cream flavours ordered were not available and substituted without any explanation

was meant to arrive at 20:35 came at 21:10 and was cold

Ordered at 17.25, finally arrived at 19.16- almost two hours after ordering. The food wasn't even hot, it was lukewarm at best!! The "portion " of chips was appalling, hardly any in there. All in all was a complete let down!

Massive portions of great quality food. Had smash burger first time, mixed grill the second... So much meat. Definitely be back

Shocking delivery time. Waited an hour for some alright food. Usually love this place but this was abysmal.

seen better hotdogs in a school canteen. tiny soggy. not what we ordered and paid £6 for it. and onions? an extra £1 for caramelised onions. when you get 3 tiny pieces. overcooked chips. and what happened to the salad I paid for on the burger. 1 gherkin. soggy lettuce from last week, and that's a point where was the tomato. never ordering again.

£39 for what I can describe as a school canteen dinner. Poorly presented and over cooked. And that was just the chips. Don't get me started on the hotdog that cost £12. And not the dog we ordered. However. The burger was ok ISH. Paid extra for salad. Well I'm still wondering where that was. Will never use again.

Chicken was like rubber. The quality has gone downhill. The grill chicken use to be amazing.

Not a review for this order but same address and delivered today. Why even offer a jacket potato as an option if it's just a halved microwaved potato with a bit of tinned tuna straight from the can slapped on top? no butter. no mayo with the tuna. no second topping as ordered. not even slightly halved. may as well have taken 10 mins to microwave my own potato fo about 30p.. at least I'd have better toppings. definitely not restaurant quality, not even at home meal quality. straight in the bin.

half an hour late, food was cold, I ordered a large kinder milkshake and they gave me a small vanilla... really disappointing, especially for how much it cpsts

I order the steak a lot from here as it’s my fav meal from them. Unfortunately this time I was unable to cut into the steak it was so tough even my steak knife struggled to get through it. It seemed extremely grizzly and tough that I had to leave it all. Very disappointing just hope it’s better next time and this was just a one off incident

Ordered meal 30 minutes ago. Apparently only received it 2 minutes ago would be another 40 minutes for delivery! What a joke ! And didn’t even apologise or offer alternative!

Food was cold. Burger was seriously overcooked

The food was not well packaged and some of the liquid/sauce spilled within the bag. It arrived with the bottom of the paper bag completely soaked and torn

I have eaten here on many occasions, I’m really fussy when it comes to ordering certain foods from takeaway, such as burgers, but here I’ve never had a single issue. Perfect every time

BEST MILKSHAKES EVER!! Always come to grill shack for my food the burgers are top tier and the delivery is fast and the staff are so friendly! Wouldn’t go anywhere else 10/10

Was cold when it got here, delivery driver parked like way away from the house, couldn't even eat the hotdog because it's dangerous to eat cold meat. grillshack isn't normally this late. so do not know what happened this time, they also don't use the delivery codes. what's the point in having these codes if no drivers ever use them!!!

If you close at midnight why stop taking orders 45mins beforehand. Absolute joke.

The chocolate fudge pie literally looks like a fried cookie and its very pricey.

Disappointing beef and cheese nachos. I know nachos will get soft when hot topping go on, but these actually taste like they hadn't been stored in sealed container or packet. Especially the few then didn't have the toppings on. The cheese was grated melted cheese, was expecting a nice warn thick nacho cheese soure. Not worth the money

Spicy Fries that we're ordered did not arrive

The decor and general hygiene this place looks really scummy the bathroom needs a good clean and repairs. A fresh lick of paint wouldn't go amiss, and the food well nasty fried chicken burger salad was too chunky. The bun was burnt. The milkshake was very watery not much ice cream there I definitely won't be going back again
