Ordered pizza twice now just recently for the first time to try papa John's and very nice indeed and arrived inside the time given. Will be ordering from now on.

Ordered xxl pizza last night the works when it arrives hard hardly any cheese or topping on it tasted bland no flavour aswell and also like it had been sat around cooked for a while will never use again the kebab shop does better pizza and they don't even come close to domino's awful

Around a week ago me and my husband tried ordering a pizza- we went through the app as we always do, once we got to the end it said they were closed. So we called to order, somebody had answered then hung up, tried calling multiple times after but no answer at all. This was around 9pm so they were open. Anyway- last night we ordered and omg I am fuming- 1hour and a half wait for 2 pizzas on a Wednesday evening!!!! I’d understand if we had a huge order or it was a weekend but my god 1hour and a half for 2 pizzas!!! No call to say there would be a delay, or a warning they were busy when ordering. When they pizzas finally arrived it was just after 10:30pm, They were stone cold, and tough.Like it had been microwaved! I’ve never had a bad experience with them and was so gutted! But the thing that has really annoyed me is as I was eating my pizza the steak on the pizza smelt off as I put it to my mouth but I didn’t think anything off it! Once I ate some I started to notice it tasted off too! My husband thought it was just my taste buds until he realised that it was in fact the pizza. Now it being the next day we are both severely poorly and my husband has had to loose a days money from work! because it has made him so poorly!! I will be taking this further !!! And we will never be ordering from here again! AVOID

Outrageously priced that’s why they don’t put it on the menu asked for the buy one get one free with the new garlic stuffed crust medium got home no stuffed crust made the call to them to be told it’s £22 pound each for the pizzas crazy first and last and the pizza is not that grate dominoes from now on cheers papa johns

staff were a bit slow when ordering but making the pizzas wasn’t too bad. I got margarita it tasted good and my sister got a stuffed crust ham and cheese which was nice. I heard people say it goes straight down you, it’s the next day and so far nothing. So i guess if your constipated this ISNT the place you need to go! Or do cuz otherwise your missing out on the alright pizza 🤷‍♀️

Pepperoni pizza was lush and nice and hot. Philly cheesesteak was amazing. Jalapeño bites were ever so slightly under cooked, but lush all the same. Garlic butter is divine. Will definitely order again.

Ordered over phone because I had a party at home and the pizza i ordered from other brand wasn't good dough tastes bad. But papa Johns havant sort out my issue and saved my son's birthday with amazing pizza's. Gluten free pizza was a star. Definitely will order again

No complaints. Papa Johns in Leigh Park. Swift delivery of online order. Pizza base is softer than other brands, so is more pleasant to eat. Toppings are just fine. I've often ordered Papa Johns pizzas without any problems. Ingredients are much more fresh, healthier and tasty compare to competitors. If Someone looking for cheapest deals I highly suggest for collection deals. Excellent option available for vegetarian and gluten free pizzas. Vegan friendly Dips & vegan pizzas are Gems for people who follow Veganism. I'm surprised at some of the complaints, which are probably the exception rather than the rule.

Shocking! Problem with website so had to phone and order. The man on the phone was completely clueless and asked me the same questions over and over. I asked multiple times for the delivery to be made at a certain time. And when the time came, no delivery. I called once they were ten mins late and was told that it would be another 20mins which then quickly changed to 10mins when I said it was pretty poor that I wasn’t even informed and that it was even late in the first place. 15mins later I had to call again because it still hadn’t arrived, then to be told that it hadn’t even been made yet and so would be another 20mins! At this point it was 7:30pm and had 2 screaming little ones and so had no choice but to cancel the order with a full refund and give the kids a make shift dinner. I was completely lied to by the man on the phone the entire time and WILL NEVER be ordering from here again.

The worst experience we’ve ever had for takeaway. 30 minutes late only to be told it hadn’t even started being cooked yet. We were then met with very rude staff who couldn’t understand why we weren’t willing to wait another 30 minutes for our pizza Never again!

Had to take a trip to specsavers today because I order two expensive pizzas and the only thing I could see was the price as my pizza had no toppings.

Ordered last night 3 pizzas, for family. Spend all night with family and all day in toilet thank you for lovely pizzas... never ordering again pizzas were overcooked, the dip was terrible not out the fridge for sure. Need to report to check how they coocking...

Charged me £25 for a cheese and tomato pizza I called them to rectify it as I wanted 4 toppings and they refused to help! Never again! Complete joke!

You're not expecting to get an artisan pizza here, it's a town centre franchise pizzeria so hopes were not high when I stepped through the door. However on a single order pizza you do expect it to be correct eh! Walked all the way into town for a stretch of the legs and to take advantage of their collection offer, All Meat on a BBQ base was my preferred first time Papa John experience, heard many people rave about Papa Johns on my travels but I guess they have never ordered from here... Service was quick and the staff were okay and I was quickly on my way back home balancing my pizza box and enjoying the warm summers evening. Such a disappointment when I did get home... as you can see in the photo, all meat has turned out to be some meat and not so obvious in the picture is that it has been made on a tomato base, honestly how can you get something so simple on a single item order so wrong. Not wishing to walk into town and back again I am faced with the choice of suffering a lack lustre bland pizza or opening a tin of mac n cheese.. Yeah you got it, the 5 stars go to Heinze for their simple but tasty pasta dish 😉 I will at some point try another Papa John, after all, not ever outlet will get it wrong eh...

Typical precinct shopping mall, probably more café and barber shops than anywhere else!

Popped in here this evening with family and was served by a really nice man called Paule who was very polite and added a few extras to our pizza free of charge and only had a short wait for it and was-so lovely and fresh. It was nice and clean in there which is nice to see, we will definitely be back for more pizza from here I could not fault the service and food.

Poor service Papa john leigh Park sent wrong order. I call to inform them the order was partly wrong to be greeted by rude and unhelpful staff. They did not rectify the mistake instead tried to blamed the error on me.

I ordered a pizza at seven thirty on a Friday evening the works 15.00 didn't mine paying that but it was three hours late .I went into papa.s I spoke to the management and they had put my money back in the bank took 5 day what if spoke about it to the management they didn’t want to

Don't waste your time! Ordered well in advance.....no food arrived despite the tracker saying it was delivered, the store kept saying it will be here and never showed up. Can't tell you what the pizza was like as it never arrived but the customer service was dire! Get Domino's!

They gave me wrong pizza and didn't offer refund or replacement. And they had trouble undersrabdibg anything I said. But its cheaper to order on phone than online/app strangely.

Had to ring to get an update an hour after ordering. Eventually received it at 10pm, 2 hours late. Put it straight in the fridge and went to bed.

Ordered pizza, took an hour and 15 minutes. Pizza was luke warm. Ordered half and half. My ordered the Mexican heat wave. I got 3 slices with jalapeños and peppers and 2 with none. Wife ordered bbq chicken and there was no bbq sauce or chicken. Won't be ordering from papa john's again. Call then to find out where pizza was. Not very enthusiastic to help or to apologise. I'll try perfect Pizza next time

Knew they would be busy so took liberty of placing an order at 7pm for delivery at 8.15pm. £28 offer deal seemed reasonable. 8.35pm no food received so called and advised another 30 mins! 9.05pm still no sign of delivery so called again. Arrived at nigh on 9.15pm - 60 mins late and 2 hours plus after being ordered - food cold, one pizza resembled a calzone as had seemingly been dropped and no drink even though ordered. Even the polite delivery driver assumed we would probably wish to complain. I’ll go one better! Anyone reading this do yourselves a favour & use Pizza Hut or Dominos! They knew they’d be busy surely, but obviously too tight to lay on enough or experienced staff! Save your money public!!

We have had a few bad experiences with this Havant Papa John’s, but thought we would try again. We ordered £72 of food including sides and pizzas. Ordered at 19.50 and had to ring the restaurant at 21.25 to ask where the pizza was and was told it was on the road. Their app said it was on the road at 20.28. Finally arrived at 21.40 nearly 2 hours later!! All the pizzas were stone cold and so were the potato tots with cheese. The pizzas didn’t have very many toppings either. I didn’t phone up to complain as last time they wanted pictures etc via email. Havant is the WORST branch of Papa John’s!!! Never had a problem with any other.... Avoid this branch

If, like me, you've just finished a hard day's work and fancy treating yourself & your loved one to a takeaway then avoid this bunch of jokers at all costs. On the other hand, if you want to be made to wait an inordinate amount of time for the delivery of cold and unfeasibly disappointing food (with bits missing from the order) then Papa John's Leigh Park is the place for you! And phoning to request either replacement hot food or a refund will prove to be an exercise in futility. No one will be available to process a refund, replacement food will take over two hours to arrive and you'll be made to feel like its your fault for ordering from them in the first place. Sadly, Google won't let you leave a negative score otherwise I'd be smashing that -3 stars button.

Had really tasty pizza, sides and desserts once the poor, lovely, delivery driver found us. He was so apologetic bless him. 😕 The food was still quite hot but I think next time I'll forgo the pizza and just order double cinnamon bites! Possibly the best thing I've ever eaten. 😋

Over 2 hours for delivery, if you advertised pizza with a 2 hour delivery time you'd have no business. I asked for a refund before my pizza had even been delivered, advised I did not want it due to calling 30 minutes previous and told that the pizza had been cooked and was underneath their heaters so I advised the person on the phone I didnt want stale pizza that had been sitting for 30 minutes. I was told I cannot have a refund and the pizza will still be delivered, and too call back in the morning. Probably the worst customer service I've ever had and will never order from this pizza shop again. Also to add to this, the pizza as expected was stone cold and disgusting.

Ordered a pizza at 9:20pm online and received an order confirmation email including order number. An hour passed and had not heard anything from papa johns... contacted the Havant store and was spoken to rudely by an employee named “Neil” he was asking to send proof over via email which he was unable to get correct 3x which means we were unable to send it. Neil had to ask a delivery driver at 10:40 to try resolve this issue with only 20 minutes of the store remaining open however we were able to retrieve a correct email and our order details were sent. Neil was rude throughout the whole episode calling us and hanging up the phone and shouting at a very nice delivery driver who was trying to help. Neil kept offering 50% off next order which we are already able to receive however was not updating our order and refused to cook us a replacement although money has been taken out of our account. At 10:58 Neil said we will get a refund tomorrow this is after waiting 2 hours for our order which has now resulted in no delivery. Currently waiting for contact with the manager who Neil was unable to arrange contact with at the time of issue. This has been very stressful and inappropriate due to incompetent staff able to take a simple order number and provide a decent service. Very unhappy if 0 score out of 5 was an option I would of chose that.

Sickly sweet, tasteless sauce. The base is like chewy bread. Maybe OK for American kids, but not real pizza.

Making too much noise in the kitchen and it's disrupting people who live behind the shop you need to keep the noise down to a very bare minimum your being too loud and I have already complained anumber of times so stop making so much and In the evening keep it down otherwise I will be reporting you

Brought a large pizza the other day was under cooked and reallly doughy made me physically ill I have emailed the company twice to try and get an explanation and answer before I post a bad review but I have heard nothing back!!

Pizza is great, great options for Vegan but absolutely dreadful delivery times, also got our order wrong a few times.

Pizzas are nice when they get the toppings right, no point paying for extra cheese as they never add it, also never recieve the dips I've paid for.

Frozen cold wedges, for the second time thought the first was a one off, but you cant cook wedges in a pizza oven, can you ? Pizza arrived semi warm, hot to put in ovrn to get hot , so ended up destroying it, so dry Come on Pappas you can do better than this, or foes this franchise not really care ???

We just received two pizza, two sides and a drink. It was a very fast delivery and lovely and hot. It brought to us by Brandon. He was tidy and very pleasant delivery guy. Only disappointment was that the guys forgot to put in the raita dip for the piri piri chicken. Would come back again 😊
