Kfc in Wakefield

Me and my wife ordered krushems, didnt get any. Got pepsi instead, not happy at all, the wife was boiling and needed an icy treat.

Staff offhand , no food pre made . Only one other person in front of me but waited nearly 20 mins for order . We took food upstairs, although the room was tidy the floor and stairs were so greasy it was treacherous with a toddler and 5 year. Definitely won’t be going back !!!

You can normally rely on KFC to be the same everywhere. This place was unreal, no one really cared if you were there or not. The order process was laborious, the food bag arrived in record time and i had to ask if everything was in there as i doubted it. No sauces, no napkins, no forks for sides, then worse still not everything was in the actual food box (didn't realise until we'd left) Soggy cold chips, stale bun, - it was a real poor experience. Wont be going back

Absolutely disgusting don’t eat here we put the full £20 order in the bin, most the chicken was raw some was pink at the best, complained to head office and sent the pictures 🤮

The staff are shocking here one actually swore at me in front of my kids told me if I wanted my food I will have to f ing wait if I didn't already pay I would of walked out something seriously needs to be done about the staff

Purchased 10 piece bargain bucket from glasshoughton store castleford what an absolute load of crap. Cold, poor quality chicken, gravy cold n tasted like cardboard even the taste was horrible, and £18.99 just for chicken n have to purchase fries separately. Never again. Utter rubbish

We ordered a Zinger Bucket via justeat and was delivered a wrong item which was a without the zinger wings, 1 piece chicken and the strips. Called the branch to request that they redeliver the missing items, which they refused and said we need to contact justeat as it's their issue to resolve. To which I am totally confused about this reasoning. justeat don't make the food they deliver it, so why should a customer contact the 3rd party to get this resolved. I did try to get in touch with justeat. However these days it seems that you can only firstly chat to a customer service bot who then gets someone to chat with you after going through a silly process. Then after 40 mins of trying to get some sense from what I as the customer is involved with, who's customer seems to be the issue. I paid a certain amount to have food delivered and was robbed of £5 and with no way of having the missing food delivered. This is disgusting that these two companies think its great customer service to put the customer between them. Why???

I don’t usually write reviews but this kfc has just gone downhill! The food is awful, they forget half your order and let’s not mention the rudeness of the workers there, too busy speaking about their own lives and gossip to serve you .

come all the way from barnsley to kfc in ponte because i heard it was the best however when i got there i was highly dissapointed because when i went to the toilet a staff member was doing a poo on the floor naked i am not bothered about this however i am bothered by the fact it wasn't in the staff toilets.

This place was very very dirty .....bin over flowing ,table unclean ... tolets say no more ?? ......Kids upstairs throwing food about and with foul mouths .I do not want my child to copy this behaviour .......WILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN

me and my family of 8 usually always visit kfc on a Saturday evening.. as you can tell this is a pricey meal costing us around £50 for the whole family... pontefract kfc is an absolute disgrace of a restraunt the staff can't wait to get rid of you and I may aswell asked for a lucky dip becourse theirs where sides missing from every meal the burgers we asked for where just a complete different thing we asked for and the women serving us was very rude she clearly wasn't listening to a word we said and it was like she was ready a script as fast as she possibly could I certainly will not be returning here the staff are spotty and greasy looking with bad attitudes... I give this a hygiene rating of 0! the chef looks like he eats more than he cooks disgusting....

I always order from the shop while I wait so have never had any problems.The food is always piping hot and the food tasty.I do not like chicken leg and although I always ask for breast I don't always get it but it does say piece of chicken so I suppose it's what you get.Close to the town centre so convenient for dinner hour.Not much seating downstairs but plenty upstairs although I rarely use this as I take back to work.I would pay a little more to get chicken breast though !!!

Iv just rang my order in at the so called KFC and did not finish ordering before the phone got put down on me on arrival my order was not ready to collect had to reorder when I finally got my food the chips was cold and throw at the bottom of the bag and no service with a smile at all. All the staff want sacking and retraining and me and my family will not be returning

Don't make the mistake of thinking because it's a franchise that these places are the same the World over they are not and this is not a good one. Soggy chicken skin soggy chips poor service scruffy hole. I really love Kentucky but after several bad experiences here I'll give it a miss thanks.

It's a KFC and if you go there you probably know what to expect. The staff are mostly indifferent to the customers and the food is very hit and miss. Very average.

Dissappointed to see how messy the eating area was, tables needed cleaning, floor sweeping. Staff were fine and when spoken to came out to clean the area. All seemed to young to understand how to clean. Could do better.

Staff are miserable & uninterested. Orders are sometimes wrong. Expensive for what it actually is and the small portion sizes. I also end up with bad belly ache every time I've been here so won't be going again.
