Would definitly NOT recommend. Slow service and owners became very violent and aggressive before threatening to ‘stab people up’ who had questioned how long there order would be. Owner had pulled out a nice and continued to meat threats

Volví a mi decepción. Aditivos sintéticos a los alimentos. Cobró £ 1 por el agua del grifo a pesar de pedir una cerveza. Ya no des ketchup y mayo. No volverá.

I went to this kfc today, and the experience what awful. Overall, I had to wait 65 minutes for my food, which wasn't just me - every customer was waiting for over an hour on food. The workers were stood around for most of the time, and when asked by lots of customers around me why the wait was so long, they were given rude responses. After finally receiving my order after 65 minutes, I was given no apology (and neither was anyone else that was there when I was). They also forgot my condiments, to which when I asked for them, they tried to charge me extra. I absolutely do not recommend this KFC, staff need training on customer service skills and preparing orders.

We went in the drive through earlier, we always go here and have never ever had a problem before. Sadly, one of our burgers were wrong and unfortunately we’re not given a receipt, despite it being on the system and calling to complain and my partner disputing this within the restaurant, we spoke to the “manager” and were essentially told we were lying. However, I would have expected a better response such as a refund or a replacement, I believe this isn’t how you deal with customers, as that is not professional in any way! And anyone that works in retail/ customer service would understand that. We will not be returning due to how unprofessional and narrow minded this person was. Which has left us feeling very disappointed as “ the customer is always right “ if there is a way you can listen to the intercom etc, the conversation will be there! We received two burgers, with the correct labels on YES! However, upon ordering the Philly cheese stack, no pickles does NOT mean a completely plain burger! Just admit that you were wrong! Check the CCTV all you like! We haven’t denied the labels by any means, we have both tried to explain the incident but, you simply will not acknowledge you are wrong!

Reading most of these reviews have me absolutely baffled! Ive been sticky sisters several times and i actually went to hinckley today just to get a sticky sisters only to find it was closed down! It had me shed a tear almost, I was so looking forward to it. I had to google what was going on only to find such negative reviews which i find quite shocking knowing how good they actually are! Their milkshakes, burgers and fries were absolutely banging and worth the money. Most people are complaining when they’ve ordered online and their food turned up “cold” but its not the restaurants fault its normally the delivery drivers. Such a shame for an actual decent place to close down because of highly opinionated stuck up individuals who just want attention or a few pennies back. Outraged.

Food was good - However - TERRIBLE experience with MET Car Park services!! I forgot to validate my ticket when I drove up to the barrier. So I reversed and re-parked - went in and get my ticket validated at the tills (No clear instructions where or how this is done). Then exited the car park with my validated ticket! I broke no rules... I later receive a parking fine from MET Parking Services - I appealed this as I didn't exit the car park without a validated ticket and they have now rejected it! Day light robbery... Completely unfair from McDonalds third party carpark and definitely won't be going again due to this.

Went here for lunch hungry, ordered on the little screens and decided to pay with cash. Sat down and realised our order wasnt on the screen but just thought we got the wrong number. Sat there for 25 mins waiting then tried to order again. Waited there for another 5-10 mins then went to ask and apparently we had to pay at the desk before they prepared it when we thought we payed when we got the food. No insturctions at all, hope they will chamge it. Food was nice but employes annoyed and non sympathetic
