The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving American food

Reading most of these reviews have me absolutely baffled! Ive been sticky sisters several times and i actually went to hinckley today just to get a sticky sisters only to find it was closed down! It had me shed a tear almost, I was so looking forward to it. I had to google what was going on only to find such negative reviews which i find quite shocking knowing how good they actually are! Their milkshakes, burgers and fries were absolutely banging and worth the money. Most people are complaining when they’ve ordered online and their food turned up “cold” but its not the restaurants fault its normally the delivery drivers. Such a shame for an actual decent place to close down because of highly opinionated stuck up individuals who just want attention or a few pennies back. Outraged.

Would you please, please display opening hours somewhere outside! For the second time I've taken my kids to the drive through lights on inside (11.40 am & 7.10pm), to be ignored, there was a man at the other side of the fence & got no communication through the intercom, then after I drove on round realised they're closed, staff walking about & just looking at us. Surely a open/ closed sign wouldnt be that difficult. Other places put cones out at the drive through if closed & have opening hours displayed on large sign at the road.

Usual KFC food with fast service and friendly staff.

I get missed calls from their number and I ain't never even been Blackpool.

I fancied a McDonalds as they are doing some good specials at the moment but the drive thru queue at Mill Pond was snaking all the way back to the road! "Never mind" I thought "I'll go to KFC as there won't be a queue" 3-4 minutes later I was at KFC, no queue at all, I drove through and got a Zinger Burger meal for £7.50 or thereabouts and therein lies my point. What do you get for that? Lazily put together, chicken, lettuce, mayo in a bun - that's it! The same stuff they've been selling for YEARS. Yes, I know you have to keep favourites, but there's absolutely no innovation at this chain. They're even doing exactly the same "stuffing" burger as they did last Christmas! That's why it's dead and McDonalds thrives, because the latter are constantly offering new and different things in the menu, whereas the KFC menu is so dull and unimaginative - and they're pretty much pound for pound the same cost experience.

Food was good - However - TERRIBLE experience with MET Car Park services!! I forgot to validate my ticket when I drove up to the barrier. So I reversed and re-parked - went in and get my ticket validated at the tills (No clear instructions where or how this is done). Then exited the car park with my validated ticket! I broke no rules... I later receive a parking fine from MET Parking Services - I appealed this as I didn't exit the car park without a validated ticket and they have now rejected it! Day light robbery... Completely unfair from McDonalds third party carpark and definitely won't be going again due to this.

Hi so today I went too kfc but this one was absolutely 💩 I stood with a tenner for a good solid 15 minutes until the served me at the counter I gave them the money and wait 10 minutes for my food as I went up the stairs and got right into my meal but something was wrong I was greeted by 5 high school gangster all 5 had sheisty and they said yo g run me your meal fam and I said no they pulled a butter knife and I 💩 it and I gave them the meal I ran out kfc into my big 1.9 tdi Skoda Fabia vrs se number 700/1000 and I cried this place is 💩 don’t recommend

Went here for lunch hungry, ordered on the little screens and decided to pay with cash. Sat down and realised our order wasnt on the screen but just thought we got the wrong number. Sat there for 25 mins waiting then tried to order again. Waited there for another 5-10 mins then went to ask and apparently we had to pay at the desk before they prepared it when we thought we payed when we got the food. No insturctions at all, hope they will chamge it. Food was nice but employes annoyed and non sympathetic

Just popped in for a KFC zinge burger on it's own. What I got was a super tiny slice of dry chicken, the coating was also burnt. Won't pay 99p, let alone £5.99 for an awful minature burger. So bad I binned it! Stay well clear...... it really is that bad! Could not make it any worse value or taste if one tried.

The disabled toilets are miles from the entrance which is very inconvenient for customers on crutches. This seems common in Welcome Break sites.

we went into kfc for our evening meal been a busy day moving all our food was fantastic tasty and hot i would like to say our server YASH 4164 looked after us while serving us she was also doing orders for deliver roo she was so busy all the time we were there

Worst customer service ever, when l received my teriyaki meal, on opening the fries squashed underneath box with terayaki burger, which was lukewarm, barely visible underneath a swathe of coleslaw...gross ! I'll never go to a KFC again

Greeted by a woman at the doors to tell us they were closed, all lights were on and they had drivers walking in and out, we only wanted to take away not to sit in, if they were closed for dining in and take away they should have the lights off and doors closed in the main resturaunt in my apinion, not to add it was raining quite heavily, felt like they were trying to close early.

So I ordered a meal from the Birmingham New Street - not for the first time, but most definitely now the last time. Usually they get orders wrong or the driver just doesn’t bother turning up - this time however, it was the portion size. Omg who are they feeding - mice????? £8.99 for the smallest portion of food to have ever graced my plate. These KFC franchisers are killing the once respected brand

Don't bother worse food ever don't give to dog nothing in my mum dad wrap and loads chicken in chips never ask for I'm vegetarian it's a dump KFC is this what Britain coming too rob rip off Britain im so angry is this what tax payers pay for I never go to KFC again
