KFC in Christchurch

Arrived at the KFC at 2 Lyndhurst Road, at 7:30pm it took 40 minutes for order to arrive and then when we got home they had only delivered half of the order. Manager advised I could go back and get the order replaced but I would have to wait another 40 minutes. Forget that won't be going back there ever!!!

Each time I have been here I have hoped the service will get better but it never does there is always something missing from the order ! The one time we went inside they gave us someone else's order. MCDONALD'S CAN DO IT WHY CAN'T YOU ?

Good parking, easy to get too, spacious seating area with standard Kentucky FC fair, also has drive through

Ordered through Just Eat. Came minus the extra fillet I ordered. £1.50 but it annoys me as large sticker says it was checked. Food was tasty, the rice meal very nice. Hot and delivered by JE fast.

Check your order before you leave the drive-through window. Even if it feels embarrassing. Four visits in a row my Tower Zinger has been a boring fillet burger. Twice in a row my son’s kids meal has been missing the drink. Fairly basic stuff. When the food is right it’s fine but definitely worth checking your order is accurate.

Wanted two orders but told they couldn't take two pay.ments needed to wait in lay-by to receive luke warm chips and large gravy missing. Traffic horrendous so unable to return to store. Phoned store only to be told 'well we are busy' is that an excuse for bad service. They were only four cars and no restaurant service

Ordered a chicken fillet burger and it was pathetic, tiny piece of chicken mostly made up of the coating and stone cold , took one bite and the rest went in the bin , best place for it , they probably got it out of the bin from the last person that through it in and resold it to me , avoid this place like the plague and maybe they will be forced to get there act together and give people food thats edible

We have now been twice, first time I received completely the wrong order. This time my side was wrong and my partner got a completely different burger to what he has ordered! I won’t be chancing a 3rd time. Usually I find KFC to be very good. Just not this branch!

My husband’s food was awful. He said never again. No quorn burger option for veggies unlike some other kfc’s. Even the chips are cooked on beef fat. Skins left on. Not nice.

Had a great meal with efficient staff and well cooked food. Went for drive through and minimal wait.

Food average what you’d expect Staff could do with being professional and friendly Staff seemed disintrested in good or even better great customer service

After waiting ten minutes for the food we ordered which is fine as it was freshly cooked my husband got home to find we only had half our order he had to drive back in horrendous weather conditions, no apology from a very rude young lady bad service!!

Was in there today not happy what i heard the so called manager shouting at his staff not good! Poor management

i have never known a kfc to always get the order wrong,when i have complained i get told up to me to check but when you have a queue nearly a mile long at the drive through and others waiting to collect ,its hard as you get those behind moaning, and also hard when you have a big order to go through and open everything when others waiitng, so when you phone,you get told oh you didnt get charged as you didnt order,or the person dosnt understand you ,you has to pass the phone to another member or staff or you get told to come back,yeah right im home now mate,,also noticed since they changed their supplier the chicken pieces are now half the size,,frightenend to sneeze incase you lose them

Thumbs up to the drive through staff , really good service. Just love the bonus banquet and hot wings.

A typical KFC, good food, nice surroundings, easy to park, friendly staff and very clean eating area. I can recommend this outlet if KFC is your thing.

It does what it says on the tin! it's fast food, hot and tastes good, just what you need in a hurry!

when we visited early evening once we were given a substandard take away. I think we wont be trying that take away sometime soom

Popped in for lunch, place really busy. Food was hot and obviously freshly prepared. We prefer to eat in so meal is at its best when eaten.

I know its a pain but always check your food before you drive off. 1 out of 2 visits an item WILL be missing which when you get home to sit down and eat is very annoying. It does mean sitting there and holding the traffic up but sadly has to be done..

The branch in Christchurch and Ferndown need a shake up

It's not the service or the cleanliness of the place it's just the fact that the chicken is not as good as it was and it's definitely lost something. Not as KFC used to be.

This was our first visit to this KFC. The food was excellent. The staff member behind the till was miserable and impolite - no customer service skills whatsoever 😕. All in all good food and good value for money.

Usual KFC, fairly quick service and nice reasonably priced food. What else can I say? Drive through available and limited parking.

I spent £20 for food at this establishment on 17/09/2018. Now bear in mind that they have seats so it is a restaurant. On Monday 24/09/2018 I received a parking fine for £60 because I and my partner had taken longer than an hour. I phoned kfc customer service and complained. They said that the car park was privately owned and they rent it. I fail to see what inconvenience this was as I was eating at the establishment. This is totally unacceptable and unjust as patrons will be ripped off for taking too long to eat.

No different to the usual KFC stop offs. No problems , food hot and quick service. Only drawback is when they are busy the drive through queue spills out on the road blocking off the car park........

There are a number these in Dorset, pleanty for the family, and you know you have eaten after this meal

I know I should know better and check my orders before I leave but this is the third time I’ve ordered in store and taken away and I’ve gone to eat my food at home and it’s been the wrong order. Annoyed is an understatement. And their burgers are just thrown together I swear

Standard every day KFC. Large seating area that is clean and functionable. Service is adequate and fairly prompt.

Not a good experience and not good for the reputation of KFC. There's a better one the other side of Christchurch.

very cold food,rude staff, very dirty.This is one of the worst places to eat in christchurch,do yourself a favour go elsewhere.the staff are so rude not sure why this company can't get some decent staff.eat here at your peril !

Had to repeat our order 3 times then had to take the fries back as cold , replaced without a word but still cold. The party on the next table also complained about the cold food. Tables were soiled & no excuse as not many customers

I went to this kfc on 24 July for lunch and to do some work, parked up behind restaurant ordered lunch and then did some work whilst eating.

The place is a tip, food all over the floor and tables and the only two members of staff are too busy serving to do something about cleaning...We couldn't enjoy our meals, wondering how clean the kitchen was and hoping we were not going to be ill today (miraculously we survived the experience!) .How can the manager be paid to run a business that way ?!!

We went in here for a take away evening meal. Car park was full of litter. We had two types of chicken & chips. The fillets were fine, but the popcorn chicken & fries were cold. Complained on line, but no response.

Food was good, hot and tasty, offering all the normal KFC favourites. Down side were the dirty floors under the tables and the tables themselves were not cleaned thoroughly, we cleaned our own with wet wipes!!!!! The service was slow!

Ususl food and usual cheerless venue. Cheerless staff. Cheerless decor. Cheerless everything. You get what you expect from a fast food venue and no extras . Barely a smile or recognition that you are even there. But when you pay zero hours wage, that's what you get in return. No personality.

We arrived to a scruffy carpark, potholes, litter everywhere not nice. The interior was clean, the staff were friendly, but why do they have to put the menu boards behind the counter so I can't read them until I am stood waiting to be served.

Not for the first time order missing items- no forks or spoons no clean up wipes essential as eating as a takeaway TOO BUSY TRYING TO UPSELL - get the order right before pressing us to have large chips etc. Food very greasy and under cooked- KFC should Close this place down- Food and Staff useless.... won't go there again, too many visits with poor service and food plus upset stomachs.

Greasy, appears dirty and extremely poor service. KFC food is generally generically in my experience good value for money but I am not comfortable buying it here.

It's KFC, no bells and whistles, but it's good. Always clean, good service, friendly service, quick. Drive through is very convenient also.
