KFC in Bracknell Forest

Quite possibly the worst chicken I've EVER eaten in KFC. Absolutely bland and wet. So bad I threw my. meal away and spoke to the staff and stated that was quite possibly the worst KFC I've eaten. All coating and zero flavour in the seasoning. AWFUL

The chips were greasy and cold, my zinger burger had zero flavour, and the wings I ordered were covered in batter with zero flavour. I had to go back inside and tell the staff in the most polite way that the food I ate was the worst KFC I ever had the displeasure of eating, utterly vile. I ended up throwing most of it away. I'll be going back later on today to make an official complaint to the manager, as I felt sick after and had to guzzle two bottles of water and scoff down a pack of fruit pastilles to get the bad taste out of my mouth..DISGUSTING..an abomination to KFC, and I don't even eat fast food regular, maybe once or twice a year at best.

We went here as a treat for the kids. All I can say is don't dine in. The food was fine, but service was slow for a fast food place. My youngest got a free ice cream with his meal so after we finished our main meal we had a second order for ice cream, again with slow service. As a result, we were 13 minutes over the maximum time allowed in the car park. The Smart Parking operation that runs the car park passed our details straight to a debt collecting agency, and we were told we had 14 days to pay £170. As we hadn't been notified by Smart Parking of the fine, Smart Parking started an appeals process that would last a month, but didn't cancel the debt collecting agency, so we were still liable for court action. Note that apparently the original notification of the fine from Smart Parking and prompt payment would've cost us £60 - but we never saw this. First we saw was the debt collection agency asking for £170. KFC have continually sent us rather standard replies to our complaints that they should a) have a way that customers can extend parking beyond the limit if it is their slow service causing the delay and b) think about changing the companies they employ for parking, as these aggressive tactics of employing debt collecting agencies before we were even notified is outrageous. Please note: we are not quibbling the parking fine per se. But: • KFC refuse to admit their part in this caused by their slow service and their employment of an aggressive company • KFC have no contingency plans in place for valid customers who stay over. The way KFC continually wash their hands of this shows they don't give a damn about their customers. We won't be going again.

Absolutely disgusting yet again !! Order several items at drive thru have a discount code can’t add it so give up on that !! Get order , get home after a 12 hr shift to find the teriyaki burger missing !! Tried to call several times and guess what obviously no one knows how to answer a phone these days !! Overall experience -20 from the miserable customer service when ordering to the payment to then get home to find your food missing!! Such a big company your customer service is shocking!!

This is the third time purchasing a large bargain bucket that they have not put a single piece of breast meat in, only thighs band legs. As I pick up in the drive through you don’t have time to check your order due to vehicles behind. Well done Bracknell KFC you’ve now permanently lost a customer!

Went through the drive through for a “mighty bucket for one” Got to the pay window, and got a grunt from a middle aged man who thrust a card payment machine at me. Paid for my meal and was handed a straw. A straw! No tissue, no wet wipe, no salt. Just a poxy straw. Got to the food window and was given my meal. Still no other bits and pieces. Got home. Chicken was as dry as the tissue I didn’t get. Chips were overcooked in dirty oil, soggy, and the Pepsi was warm (no ice) and as flat as dishwater. It will be a very long time before I go back there. The place is long overdue a visit from an area manager.

Horrendous attitude when called to find not only where but why our orders was so late (over 2hours) to be fobbed off with a pathetic excuse. No care total pathetic attitude, not our concern thoughts. Contact who you ordered with. Only it’s kfc as the front person . They are the company we are ordering from and they are the representatives.

2nd time got to crowthorne and a fillet burger not put in order when paid for then try to call and get no answer 12 pound of food paid for not given

2nd visit to this KFC drive thru at this site and yet again the order was supplied wrong. Order 10 piece wicked variety bucket for family and got a 6 piece. I'm sure they work on you being 5 miles away before you find out and believe you won't bother to drive back. My wife did, this time, and had long disagreement with manager before he would replace order with correct item even though she had receipt. I suggest you always check what they give you at the drive thru or expect what Leo Getts says in Lethal Weapon 2 - they always **** you at the drive thru

Ordered via Deliveroo. No issue with delivery time, this review is about the quality of the food. Tiny portion of fries, vegan burger had no lettuce in it and was also very small, sweetcorn looked like a 3rd of the size of a normal sweetcorn rather than half. Rice box side was okay. Fries and burger needed heating in the oven whereas the rice box and sweetcorn was still hot so NOT the fault of delivery driver. The fries and burger must have been sitting around for a while before pickup - not good practice/foodhygeine. Very disappointing which is a shameasthey have one of the best vegan burgerswhen it comes to fast food. Won't be ordering again.

Took over an hour for stone cold food to arrive and half the order was wrong. Next time will go myself.

Absolutely shocking. Drove into the drive through, sitting 7th in the cue. To still wait 40 mins to collect my order. It’s the worst drive through I have ever been to! Faster travelling to another and back to the house as it would be faster. Never be back to this one.!

I ordered KFC from Uber eats and was missing my bottle of Diet Pepsi and a zinger burger, I noticed immediately and chased the delivery driver to inform, I was told that’s all I was given you need to call the restaurant, called restaurant and was told to inform Uber eats, I called Uber eats to be hung up on as there only dealing with people with ongoing orders, I have sent numerous emails informing I’m not happy and at least expect to receive a refund for missing items but just sent a generic email back, service is appalling and I will not be ordering again from just eat, they have basically stolen nearly £8 from me which is totally unacceptable

I keep forgetting to boycott this place as they have no redeeming features. Terrible value. Tiny pieces of chicken in the burger, tiny pieces of dried up chicken generally, when I complain they do nothing but say I have to come back. Not practical to bring a whole family back. Keep forgetting items. Slow service. It’s always busy so I don’t inderstand how the standards are so low. Avoid if possible.

KFC as most know now, offer delivery service and as we just got them online, with Deliveroo, we decided to give them another go, as we have had very disappointing experiences with them before, but as this is a takeaway delivery service, we thought we might as well give it a chance.

Seems odd to review KFC, as it's just standard fare fast food and always has been. Whereas as burger joints do chicken meals also, KFC offer chicken and only chicken.The food is cheap and convenient, although it must be said their "secret" coating has yet to be bettered.However, you just have to try their chocolate chip cookies, they are THE BEST cookie on the planet, absolutely.Just do it, and thank me.

Use Kentucky all the time . This outlet continues to be the worst ever. Greasy /soggy cold chips , hot wings that were so small it was a joke. Gravy tasted horrible. Was like this 8mths ago thought it might have bucked its ideas up. No got worse. Got a 2 piece meal , I kid you not one of the pieces was a hot wing . Took it back got a full refund. Myself and family are from South Africa, we love KFC, especially the UK's, it's way better than SA's as ours is so saturated in oil and grease, we have been getting KFC twice a week from Bagshot for the last two years and have found we just not interested anymore, they have changed their chips which are absolutely horrible, please revert back to your smaller crispy chips. On another point their prices seem to go up a lot since we started buying there, it isn't a small increase, we talking £2 To £3 extra per item depending on item, it's just driving us to other establishments. We decided to try them again now after not going there for about 3 months only to find the drive through is out of order... what is happening? We will try one last time in another month or so, if the chips have not been reverted to what they were and their prices stop sky rocketing so much, we will just forget a KFC exists there.

I go to kfc a lot as it’s on the way back from school but the last recent times I have been very unhappy with it I went about a month ago and I found a nose ring in my food and today I went I was getting a takeout and my order and been put on the collect board but was not there it then disappeared off the board I was waiting for 10 minutes 5 minutes into waiting my food was put on the counter but my number wasn’t called 5 minutes after that I went up to ask if it was mine and he said yes and I took my food by the time I opened it it was cold as it had been sitting there so long I’m now not going there again as it is awful and the staff are rude

Hi, I just want to start of saying happy new year to anyone reading this. Me and my partner visited the Bracknell kfc branch on the way to visit some friends down in Bristol. As we entered we noticed it wasn’t particularly busy and where greeted with smiles all round. We decisively ordered and I went for the boneless banquet and my partner went for the ZINGGER box meal, which we had both had before. The order wasn’t taken and quickly are food arrived. On the whole the food was what we expected but with the addition of the NEW THICK chips. The chicken was fine and went down a treat but the chips on the other hand were not easily congested. Soggy, limp and lifeless. On the whole a detour I would be happy to make again but for god sake SORT OUT THE BLOOD CHIPS!!!!

We call in here once or twice a year, accept it for what it is and it's OK don't expect restaurant quality from a KFC!!!! We always park up and walk in to order, far quicker than the Drive Through!!!!

Have been here a lot and generally it's good but the last visit was disappointing as the usually friendly staff were really not (though they were working on a bank holiday so understandable) and the seating area was dirty with spilled food and packaging left out. However, the worst thing is they have changed the chips! They're terrible! The packet is still the same size so you get about 14 chips. And they're thicker so not crispy just soggy and in some parts raw. I know this branch is dictated to by KFC UK but they could at least cook the new chips properly! Gutted as I used to come here monthly but now I'll avoid until they change the chips again in a year or so (which is probably healthier for me anyway!)

Called in late on a Sunday for chicken, sat upstairs and had some great food! Service was really quick!!

I have tried food from this restaurant on 3 separate occasions in the last 18 months. I will never be buying food here again. On each occasion the food has made me poorly. I am not the only person to feel this way. My colleagues have also complained of the same thing. The hygiene levels and cooking ability of staff must be incredibly low to cause the levels of illness passed on by the food. If you value gastrointestinal health, do not use this restaurant.

Visited on Saturday and went for the drive-thru option. Order was taken promptly with no hassle. Heather at the first window was excellent, she let us know everything we needed to know and dealt with our payment quickly. Food was heated well and still warm when we got home. No problems at all!

We sometimes call in here to collect a take away, but you have to accept the grease levels! Tastes nice but not too often!

The service offered is second to none, the chicken burger with chips and Tropicana juice was absolutely delicious. Definitely visit them again

After a busy day at Legoland, we wanted to enjoy KFC as a Fathers Day treat. I went to the drive thru and had to wait nearly half an hour before I even got my order taken. When I got to the window, I had to remind them about something they had forgotten yo give me. Severely not impressed with the speed of service.

I always get the same thing fillet burger, and two extra pieces of chicken - although things have been difficult for the last few weeks, that has no bearing on comments. Overall when I visit it is ok, and staff are helpful. However today the fillet burger was good, the chicken pieces were strange, yes they had the a coating, but not the same as the fillet, not very tasty, and full of oil - it had also collected at the bottom of the bag it was in.......it was also brown - not clear, so I expect if you ate this you might not feel well....please look into how your cooking the chicken...would not make the colonel proud.......

Went to KFC as the website said it was open in which it wasn’t and it was only 6pm. No warning saying there were any issues or construction. Just closed without a message.

We stopped here on our way out of Coral Reef. The car parking leaves a lot to be desired, you have to join the drive-through queue to be able to park. The staff member taking my order wasn't helpful either that or she didn't know the menu she took orders for. We didn't have to wait long for our food, going upstairs we found a table with ease. Our food was hot, the chicken being almost to hot to hold. A shame KFC no longer do the lemon finger wipes, as they would of been nice to freshen our hands with after we had eaten.

This used to be a great drive through until the system was changed. The queue is always long and so poorly designed that it restricts access if you just want to park. The staff are unfriendly and seem totally incapable of getting orders right. There is always something wrong, either missing items or the wrong size fries. On a plus point the food is always hot. Nipped in for a bit of a Sunday lunch snack, on the whole it was ok except my chips were only just warm, and tasted a bit stale, but my chicken was great and my partners rap was good as well... but it was busy and we had to queue for a while even if we did use the drive thru....

To be honest, it's a KFC. It's not the cleanest of places but serves chicken. They have had many grim moments here, including chicken with worms in a few years ago, but it has become cleaner since and the food isn't terrible

the food was hot, the service was quick despite relatively long queue for the drive thru, so experience would have been positive, but no straws or napkins were handed out, we did not notice until we had left. poor service, should be a basic prerequisite.

I don't expect fine dining service when going to fast food restaurant but wot I do expect is level of customer service with a brand such as KFC. The lady taking the order spot on customer service, the young fella sorting my drink also spot on but the ahem Team Leader who was sorting the food just plonked the bag on the counter turned around and cracked on not looking at me once to tell me that was my order just left me standing there asking various staff if that's my order. If anyone from KFC actually does read this please contact me as I've worked in customer service for 20 years and would very much like to hear from you. The Team Leader Michael really should not be doing the position he is in any of his other his colleagues that served me could do a far better job at least they smile and notice there customer's.

You don't expect to get A* service in one of these establishments, but you still expect a certain standard of service. As we arrived we were the next people to be served. When the server had finished with this customer she wandered off and then stood around chatting to other members. Another member of staff came round looked at us and then she wandered off. When the third person came to the front, he joined them in their conversation. However he realised that we were standing there and he told the other two that someone was waiting to be served. When I was given my food, half the order was missing and they asked me what I had one with my drinks, to which I replied, you haven't given me any!!!! No real apologies from anyone, they were acting like we were interrupting their social time. Went upstairs to eat the meal, tables were dirty, kids running around screaming, not the sort of thing you would expect from a very recently refurbished branch. Finally the food wasn't great, chips were luke warm and dry, corn on the cob was still raw and the chicken very greasy. Don't think I will go back there again.

The food at KFC is generally consistent, you know what you will get, however the service when we visited on Sunday evening was just not good enough. There was no queue but there were about 10 staff standing around chatting and we were ignored until we complained. Not good enough for a 'fast' food restaurant.

Good meals, very nice staff, clean restaurant. I advise in going here as this is rarely getting busy, you always get a table. Not too much to wait, quick staff, as always good menues.Travelling from London to some friends this is usually my favourite place.

It's sad that KFC Bracknell is so bad these days.Despite trying several occasions to get food from them, they always get the order wrong. Today was no exceptioN. After complaining and the gentleman just standing there, we were forced to park the car and my fiance went in. Came back out and the order was still wrong, but we just wanted to eat, so drove back home.We ordered two big daddy meals, so chicken fillet burger with a piece of chicken on the side. We were given drums. However I bit into mine and immediately saw pink, so quickly dispersed of it. Unfortunately my fiance had already had two mouthfuls of his, when I alerted him about mine, he then realised his was also pink.I called and asked to speak to the manager. A woman had answered the call and promptly told me she was the acting manager today, as their manager is on holiday. I explained that not only had our order been messed up twice, but that the chicken drums were pink inside. She did apologise and asked if we would like a refund or a new meal. My fiance was hungry,so we opted for the meal. After driving back to collect, the manager was only going to offer us replacement drums and it was very clear they were not at all happy with us complaining and after I pointed out we had thrown everything, except the drinks, as the rest of the food would be cold when we arrived back home and I was'nt comfortable to let my fiance risk eating the fillet due to the other part of the order was not. I also pointed out that if he did end up sick, I would be making a complaint to the appropriate authority.She then proceeded to get us a replacement meal and I asked her to make sure the chicken was properly cooked. Whilst we were waiting there was talk from other staff members about the fact we were being given another meal and the atmosphere was pretty awful. It is such a shame as years ago, the KFC in Bracknell was very good. I am afraid to say that certainly isn't the case anymore. Staff members taking orders, do not listen to what you are ordering and seems like random items are put in the bags and that has been our experience everytime we have tried to use them. This by far is the worst experience we have had and we have now resigned ourselves, that we will no longer be trying to get a service from them, which clearly doesn't exist.I would not recommend KFC in Bracknell, but do advise that if you do place an order with them. Check everything before leaving and make sure you food it cooked properly.

On the last two or three occasions that I have used this one, drive through I should add, it just seems to get worse each time. The service is poor with staff who are hard to understand and clearly struggle to understand you. The food isn't great and 2 of the 3 occasions that I mention the wrong order has been given to me or something is missing. It's not cheap and it's all round dissapointing.

Went here on the rebound as our chippy had closed down. Not so busy this time but still a queue of vehicles at the drive through. The "menu" board is quite close to the order point so if you have not been for a while not long to make your mind up. Ordered a six piece bucket, the staff were polite and efficient. But when we got home and plated up the food there was quite a lot of grease on the plate. The portions were a bit on the "mean" sideIf you are in a hurry and don't have time for anything better it dull the hunger pangs, but better to raise your standards and find somewhere else.

raw chicken served , i thought kfc was American , this branch seems to be polish , i would avoid food not cooked , poor service from people who dont speak english or want to help

When you think of KFC you think of Finger Licking Good.Unfortunately this place falls well below that standard.The chick in is over cooked, greasy and the skin is in bits falling off, the frys are always cold and wither soggy or cardboard The burgers always look like they've been thrown together with not enough lettuce and to much mayo and they are not freshly made so the bun has soaked up the mayo making it soggy. It's not a good KFC, the staff are ok but if you complain they are arsey. I don't bother any more, it's not worth the disappointment

Awful awful place, awful company. Bought KFC for myself, partner & son at the drive thru Bracknell store. When my partner bit into one piece of chicken he found a used PLASTER cooked in the coating. We phoned the customer support number and were told they would sent a complaint pack with a bag to send the chicken in. We still haven't received it despite chasing. It's disgusting, I don't even want to think what could be on the plaster and we should not have to wait so long for a complaint of this type to be dealt with.Surely as a food business the employees should be wearing gloves or at least visible blue plasters. A clear used plaster like this should not come into contact with the food. Major hygiene issue. We are getting environmental health involved. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

I have tried this KFC on several occasions and won't be doing so again. I am not a huge KFC fan anyway but this place relies on its passing trade on the main road. The staff. whilst not rude, were clearly just there to do a job and the food reflects this too. We ended up leaving some of ours. And the tables were unwashed and had a lot of debrie on them.

Got a drive through today. I don't think the menu you see before you order is comprehensive enough but the food I got was correct and pleasant enough

Food is cold 9 out of 10 times especially chips. The chicken is always rwally greasy compared to other kfc's. Staff are rude and when you collect your food and get home you then find they have either missed half of it or give you the wrong order.

Rude staff. Missing and freezing cold food! I ordered a burrito which was cold! Told the person who served us and they insisted it was hot! She was extremely rude! Eventually was given another one, checked my bag to find some of my order was missing to get the woman insisting it was in there! Will NOT be going back! Shocking service!

Tonight was my third such visit in the last couple of months where going through the drive thru yields missing items when you get home. I've had missing sides and tonight the 2 boxes of popcorn were missing from their popcorn variety bucket. After discussing with customer services earlier I am now an ex KFC customer. I refuse to pay for non existent items.

The chicken and the rest of the meal was spot on it was nice and hot and tasted lush. The staff customer service was pretty poor and needs a lot of work what a let down. I came away feeling quite annoyed by them but luckily the food was good

Got to this restaurant, and decided on a take away.I asked what size the new chicken bites came in. I was told 4 6 and 8 pieces.I asked for two lots of 8, sweet chilli and bbq. we also had a bottle of pepsi max a largecoleslaw, beans gravy a family bucket., On arrival back home I tooke everything out the bites was two 4 tubs instead of what we asked for two 8.coleslaw was a small, fries hard and . Gcold and not worth the effort. The chicken was cold stringy and over cooked, Gravy was lumpy and tasted burnt, got to be the worst KFC we have had. Well at least the Birds enjoyed it.

I can't begin to express how awful the KFC in Bracknell is. I have been to this restaurant many times and every time it has let me down. If it's not the staff being EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful then it's the food order not being complete. Would not recommend.

Must have been a busy Friday evening, as our meals seemed to go cold very quickly, so a little bit disappointed, looked to be reasonably clean & tidy.

Good establishment and not very well run by the management or team leader, every so often orders will be incorrect and it becomes a bit of a habit.Walk in service is average with staff not as welcoming as they should be, drive through can be hit or miss especially if you have a member of staff more interested in their phones or payslips whilst serving you.Food has to always be checked before leaving due to wrong portion sizes or bits missing hence average rating.

A drive thru KFC and the food is perfectly acceptable deep fried chicken. Beware it does get very busy.

There seemed to be a long queue for the drive thru. They had some poor bloke standing, outside, in the rain, taking people's orders. I felt sorry for him, although he did his task adequately and tried to put a brave face on. Some delay with the car in front, getting their food. After that, things moved more quickly, although overall, this didn't feel like fast food.

This was my first time at a KFC for a very long while so I was a little dubious on what the food would be like and if I would still like what was on offer. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed my meal more than I though I would!!The staff were great at this particular branch, warm and welcoming to me and the group I was with and quickly got through our orders done with ease despite some fussy eaters. I went for the Zinger Salad. It was lovely designed box packaging and had a decent sized serving with plenty of chicken (with that distinct spiced flavour) and a really nice tasting wrap side. The salad produce was a little disappointing. Very cold it seemed as if it had been taken from the freezer (but I admit it was all fresh and appealing to look at) and consisted of just some leafy lettuce greens and a few baby tomatoes. Whilst it is understandable a salad would be basic from a fast food place like this a little more variety would have been appreciated - some of their other food ingredients like the beans, rice, mushrooms, onions, sweetcorn,or peppers could be incorporated? I did order the small beans and a sweetcorn cob on the side. The sweetcorn was warm and lovely tasting but incredibly soft and watery with even the cob centre able to be bitten apart far too easily. The beans though lovely I always forget KFC beans are BBQ -I feel a plain version should also be available or at least say on the menu bbq beans not just beans!!!The location of this branch is a strange one but it was well kept, clean, and modern looking. Over two floors there was a decent amount of space for the small size building though when busy it did feel rather tight. Cost was standard for most fast food outlets. A little on the pricey side for the portion sizes of some of the meals others in group had but personally mine was very filling!One issue I did have was that the cutlery on offer was a very flimsy plastic. Though brilliant for the environment and recycling some of us did struggle to eat parts of our meals with said items.

I've never been here and got a correct order. There is always something missing. And recently it's cold. Shame as I love KFC normally!

Mangiato spesso da KFC. Sempre soddisfatto. Personale gentile e buon cibo per essere un fast food. Adoro il pollo. Buoni gli hamburger. Patate senza sale.

Popped in again for a quick meal on the way home. Chicken was great but whish they would do something with the chips always cold and prefer thicker chips. Also could serve decaffeinated coffee.

Ik was hier samen met een collega. Ik had een wrap en die was nog wel redelijk goed te eten. Mijn collega had een kip bucket en deze kip smaakte niet goed.

Had a delightful bacon roll on the way to my sons football match. Hot and yummy. Friendly assistant manager. Was very pleased with my visit. Thank you.

Quick service on a busy Saturday night. The food was usual KFC fare as expected. It did the trick. Job done.

First visit since the refurb. Not a great deal has changed when it comes to the service, it's still stupidly slow. Seriously it's a joke. The restaurant is busier than ever yet there seems to be no allowances made when it comes to rostering. Come on managers,employ more staff or have the ones you have in the right places at the right times. I'll give you one last chance and if it's no better I'll bin you off. I'm not prepared to wait in excess of 20mins for fast food.

Everything was cold the man at the payment window was rude wasn't given any straws and missed out half our food! Was terrible

The chips were undercooked and cold . but the three pieces of chicken were moist very hot just cooked. Next time I will have the chicken but no chips.

Very good based purely on the breakfast alone. Much better breakfast than what you will get at McDonald's, actually tastes like food! Bacon, sausage and egg bap. And it's only £2 great value

I go there regularly (twice a month) using drive thru, the service is soooooo slowwwwww, i have to wait atleast 20 min to get to ordering window. They need more drive thru staff...

I'm not overly impressed with this First my boyfriend was served with a diet Pepsi after asking for normal And me not recieving all off my meal.Drink was re placed but isn't the point
