Nice atmosphere food was great with one small issue - not enough sauces and or dressing on individual items , steaks were cooked perfect 😋 huge amount of nachos for sharing but as I said dressing and cheese sauce was very minimal 😑 staff are very friendly and polite service was really quick for a Saturday evening 👍

Had dinner at Blues on Wednesday evening. It was nice to see it quite busy. Food, service and atmosphere all good. Special shout out to Lee our server who was very attentive without being over the top. We will definitely go back again

A great place to chill with family and friends and have some great food. The waiter that served us was genuinely caring and thoughtful especially over my daughters dietary issues. He went above and beyond to make sure she was ok. THANK YOU!!

The service was very slow and mostly inexistent. Food was slow too. Mains were reasonably portioned, however, we were expecting more meat flavour rather than masking meat with seasoning. They all tasted the same, and full of pepper. If someone asks about how spicy it is and staff says it is not spicy, then they are wrong. For IBS sufferers with delicate gut, this is definitely not a place to go. I barely ate anything, just chips and some bites to try food from the others. No gluten free options either. Chips could be homemade instead of frozen. Ambient was so so. Music was loud and bench-sofas were broken in places (with failed attempts to patch-repair the leather). Well, it was an expensive experience that will not be repeated. You may leave the place with a full stomach due to portions but not feeling it was great food.

We had a lovely meal, the food was delicious and quick! The server was so attentive, I'm gluten free and he even went to check what sauces were gluten free without us asking. Really recommend!

Blue’s is the best spot in town for breakfast and has great options for dinner too. Would definitely recommend the tater tots and burgers. Staff are friendly and attentive.

Where do I start, the place was dirty cobwebs everywhere. Toilets has toilet roll holder falling off the wall in both toilets. Took ages for drink order and when the drinks arrived the beer was flat. The menu is ok but Very expensive for what you actually get. Food was alright nothing special. Was a really disappointing meal

Went for a treat with the family . I found the place it self to be dirty and covered in cobwebs beer was very bad flat almost like the lines have not been cleaned but the food was amazing

Went on a Friday night and it wasn’t too busy, from overhearing conversations most people don’t seem to know about this joint. The food was delicious and had large servings. The meat was succulent and very flavoursome. Definitely recommend the pulled pork. Good prices and friendly staff too!

Wasn't all the best, expected more with the atmosphere The food wasn't terrible, but it wasn't too good either For an 'American smokehouse', my expectations were a bit too high. It was more like an old British tavern

Food was delicious and presented very professionally. A few items were missing from the menu however this was on a Monday evening so depleted supplies from the weekend were expected. Cocktails were well made and affordable. The service from Lee was friendly and we would happily eat here again.

Visited Blue Smokehouse in Bracknell for a catch up with friends, great friendly atmosphere,the food and service was also great,highly recommended!

The pulled lamb shoulder is brilliant. The rump steak is quite nice, too. I am impressed by the chips with a smoky flavor and the brownies - fluffy yet not too sweet. Friendly and helpful staff. Cheerful vibe for friends and family gatherings.

Amazing food and my host she was amazing

The food here is so tasty! We went on a weekend for lunch and it wasn't too busy. The staff were so helpful and the whole restaurant looks incredible, the photos don't so it justice! The different sauces were such a good touch and the pork belly on the platter was seriously good, so was everything to be fair!! We will be going back, soon! - Update, back again and still incredible. Staff still brilliant and doing everything they can for you!

Great food and service we’ll definitely be back

Food was fine. But massively overpriced. The service was really good and friendly so it's not their fault. I woukdnt come back based on these prices. £24 for a brisket that is not as soft as the price tag suggests. And we paid £5 for the Texas toast which is literally just 2 slices of grilled Warburton's from Tesco.

Great food, great service and a fun atmosphere!

A good feed but not a great one - portion sizes were plentiful, staff were brilliant and a great place to be, and the food was tasty but fell short of brilliant. Suspect the quality of the meat was to blame. Left feeling full but not completely satisfied.

Very sadly gotten worse, me and a few friends used to rave about this place and was so excited whenever I got the chance to go, even back years ago when not a lot of places had options, they always had an AMAZING vegan hot dog. And then over the last few years they had this massive fab vegan menu, including vegan ribs and vegan chicken and waffles! It was amazing to find a place our meat eating partners loved as much as we did! I took a friend after raving about how much I loved it, only to discover they had taken all the vegan options away bar one, a burger. Not even the hot dog remained! I know its a smokehouse, so some people might think this is silly, but their vegan food was truly some of the best in Bracknell and I am extremely disappointed in Blues and now we will not be back.

Such a shame to see a restaurant we once loved with delicious juicy meat, reasonably priced and great atmosphere go so dramatically downhill. Booked online when we arrived we were the only people there, we were directed to our table, one right at the back of the restaurant that you could hardly manoevour to get in and out , we move by our own accord ! The food itself was awful, the burger has 100% come from the freezer it really was bad, i wish i complained there and then ! Ribs were tough genuinely really bad and extremely overpriced ! £27.00 for a few slices of brisket. The side was god awful too, looked like puke, probably came from a huge tub under a shelf in the back and popped in the microwave for 30 seconds. Needless to say will not be returning

It was really busy when we arrived and a few others were waiting to be sat, this took about 10 minutes. Waitress was polite enough, ordered our food and I ordered an elderflower drink - it tasted like bubblegum, it wasn't very nice. One of our starters were firecracker Prawns - they were hard and rubbery and on a bed of some crispy noodle looking things that weren't nice. Mains were OK, the chips come with some seasoning on which isn't great but, the menu doesn't state this!! We wasn't asked through our meal if everything was OK, we had to ask twice for some sauce. Toilets need to be cleaned and there was food all under our table. Would not return!!

This was a great spot the service was great it was great food and great management it is a great place to eat never had to complain

Diabolical, took my order via JustEat. £34.00 for 2 burgers. Delivery time moved further and further back. Called restaurant manager just gave me excuses and she said there was nothing she could do. Never use again and advise anyone else not too. Appalling customer service.

Amazing range of selection and the portion sizes were extremely generous. Jack served us and he was so welcoming and definitely made the experience better than it already was. Will definitely be returning, there’s so much more on the menu I need to try :)

100% recommend! We come here all the time and are never ever disappointed! The food is delicious and incredible value (huge portions yet we always have the habit of ordering too many extra sides as they are just too good - hence why we have never managed to try the desserts!). Their cherry bbq sauce is to die for too! The service in particular is always excellent, particularly Jack and Alina who frequently serve us! The atmosphere is lovely too and definitely fits the style. Definitely one of our top places to eat! :)

We had a birthday lunch at Blue’s Smokehouse and it was delicious. We had the brisket with tater tots and the links sausages with tater tots. The slaw was fresh and well seasoned Overall a great meal and a great birthday lunch. Thank you Alina for taking care of us :)

The 1st time we went here, it was amazing, the meat platter was very juicy and fresh, Our second visit in feb 2025 was very different, we had a very bad experience with the food being stale and dry, wouldn't go back .

If you're expecting good bbq, this isn't it. Ribs weren't tender and plated on top of the brisket. The brisket was thinly sliced, ruining it, didnt even looked cooked enough. The texas toast is not texas toast, it's normal thickness and toasted brioche. The sausages are overworked and lack any cheese or jalapeño or flavour. The firecracker bits were nice but no idea why they are called firecracker because they had zero heat. The burnt ends where smothered in a sauce. The tray was missing beans. The corn was weird. The root beer needs sugar. Pulled lamb is good but you won't find that at a bbq place. No cornbread. And it's served in a round plate as if it's a sunday roast or something. So the food, all of it, was wrong or messed up. Girl who served us was miserable and we grabbed one drink in an hour. The guy who took over was ok so he earned the place a star. It was nice inside, if we ignore the sticky table, but wow did we have an incredibly disappointing meal. This is not barbecue.

Their Smokey flavour is excellent. And Their steaks are tender.

I have come to Smokehouse in the past and had a better food experience than this one! Now the food is very expensive and really bad! For my starter we ordered Nachos to share which had a few dollops of jarred sour cream and guacamole on top and next to no cheese or sauce underneath and not enough on top for the rest- very dry and flavourless! I didn’t get what I ordered for my main, they left out 2 key ingredients of my burger and then brought out a microwaved watery sauce as a replacement, both our burgers were overcooked and my milkshake tasted cheap, chemically and warm and that was after it took a long time to arrive 🤦🏻‍♀️ . All in all a poor food experience and shan’t be coming back.

We LOVE Blue's. Breakfast is amazing, the wings and other evening meals are amazing. After coming here I don't need to eat for at least a day. But if you can't finish your meal the staff are always happy to provide a takeaway container. The staff are SO friendly and always super helpful. The place itself is cosy and easy going. It's just really nice coming here to eat. Or have a drink, the drinks are amazing too. And the coffee, try the coffee!!! And the milkshakes!!!

We have been a few times now, the staff are super friendly, good humoured and speedy. The food is amazing and they keep things interesting by introducing new items or pop ups. I love sitting outside in the garden area but there is a lovely cozy atmosphere inside also.

Needs to improve. Menu outdated. No ribeye. Food steak was average flavourless.

Very dry and expensive. Pork was nice, everything else was dry and overcooked and very expensive.

Ribs we're more like biltong and the wife's belly pork was rather chewy terrible meal!!

Came here for my sister’s birthday and was served by Jack who was really attentive and sweet. Even separated the meat platter due to one of the party not eating pork. Even when bits where missing he sorted it out straight away.

Today we attended the smokehouse for our Chrismas BBQ dinner. The food was fantastic & serviced by Jack was superb 👏.. really lovely evening & very reasonably priced. As leaving everyone talking about coming back.

A restaurant where you can eat authentic American BBQ. However, the inside of the restaurant is pub-style, and the atmosphere is both British and American. There are many types of alcohol, so there are many uses for it.

Few things could be improved but overall service and atmosphere remedied that.

Really lovely meal for our anniversary. We shared a platter for 1 and a pizza along with the mac & cheese and BBQ beans sides. Amazing and couldn't finish it all so took some home, the BBQ beans are a MUST!I had a Squashed Cherries cocktail which was one of the best tasting cocktails I've had, so good I had a second. Great service, friendly staff and good food, what more could you want. Much nicer than another smokehouse with a similar name in Windsor! All on our doorstep in Bracknell

Very nice food. We had the chicken thigh with bacon on waffles and the pulled pork witn mac'n'cheese and both were very tasty. Cocktails were amazing. The service was outstanding.

I am sorry to say but we will not return here, first impression was really bad, the evening during the week was not busy at all, I think the place only had about 5 other customers at the time we went, but still staff were more interested in talking and laughing to each other, rather than coming up to us. it took a very long time for someone to come over and take orders, then again very long time to make the cocktails (even though the bar was NOT busy at all) again the bar staff was more interested in talking to colleagues. then when I saw my cocktail was ready on the bar, it took sometime for the waitress to bring it over. the food was okay, but the meat in the sauce was 100% reheated as it was really dry & you can tell it has not been freshly cooked. and tables were sticky, not cleaned properly! we were made feel really awkward with the disinterested staff. such a shame.

Alina was fantastic. Made us so welcome and at home. We have 4 young kids who were really well looked after and had a great time.

Ordered the challenge, but for two to share and the amount of food was fantastic! No hope of finishing it in one sitting! 3 could have shared! Volume aside, food was incredibly tasty, served quick and I'd come again in a heart beat. Great value for money.

Awful place. I walked in behind a group of people waiting to be seated. They waited around 10 mins to even be recognised and seen to. The place was dead with three front of house. I waited for 12 mins just to ask if anyone was behind the bar. There were no bar staff. When I questioned if anyone was working behind the bar, the staff member wasn’t even interested. I walked out after around 14 mins of waiting. There are other better places with better service in Bracknell. I do not recommend.

Blues BBQ chilli very underwhelming

Food was really tasty and portion size was decent. The service I received was satisfactory, our server was very friendly and attentive. Prices aren't the best, I was charged £44 for a small round of drinks but I guess this is to be expected nowadays. If you're a meat eater then I would highly recommend visiting this restaurant!

Overpriced, cold food and the toughest ribs I’ve ever had. Weird side dishes on the platter which we didn’t eat. Waitresses nice enough but decor tired. Ripped and taped together booth seats, smelt damp. Such a shame as we had been recommended to go there.

An excellent service(Alina), good food, reasonably priced

Nice environment, we visited when less than a quarter of the restaurant was filled, yet we had to ask after ten minutes to be served. Starters was excellent really hot (temp) and flavorful, awesome mix, great value and some of the best chicken I have tasted...the mains however, 'ultimate brisket' was underwhelming, dry, not succulent and generous as you might expect and there was not much of it, the equivalent to six rashers of bacon and same thickness. The sharing platter was half good and half not, chicken was dry, the rest was as expected, but not outstanding, pub food at best, but a platter for 50 quid should be a lot better (didn't look like the photo here), not good value by any stretch. Beer 7.50 a pint. My tip, go to a Weatherspoons and take a bottle of BBQ sauce with you, save 75%.

Best barbecue I’ve had in the UK and the house sauces are absolutely banging. This place is top of my list when visiting Bracknell

Went here on a date with my boyfriend, the waitress was lovely and welcoming, the food and drinks were brilliant, it's my new favourite place to come out for a meal in Bracknell.

Overall very dissapointed. The service was lacking, the table was sticky some of the staff were lovely but management was rude when we confronted on how disappointed we were with the food. It's not how we imagined in it was dry and some bits of the chicken were still pink. In my opinion the food was not fresh. The brisket was tough and fatty chicken very dry! Only good points the belly pork was nice and the popcorn the rest was an utterly disappointment will not be going back

Excellent food even better service parking is a problem but worth it

• The table was sticky (the wood needs to be treated). • The brisket was more like jerky - thin and fairly tough. It had a nice beef flavour, but really wasn't tender. • The coleslaw was basically raw slaw (not necessarily a bad thing - but it should say that on the menu). It was very bland. • The corn/green bean medley was also bland. • The music was too quiet... I wouldn't want it blaring out, but a little louder would create a better atmosphere. • The fries and sauces were very nice. • Can't knock the service, everyone was friendly and attentive enough. I could have excused some of this if the price had been cheaper, but at £22 for the brisket it really should have been better.

Food okay, one waiter didn’t know answers to questions about the food, the other was very professional. Nice local beers on the menu, tater tots were delicious. Menu was the worst part, spelling mistakes and 7 different fonts on one page.

Dreadful - food was awful - we had a burger and it was cremated, struggled to cut in half, coleslaw completely dry and chips over cooked - when asked we fed this back and we’re told their chef wasn’t in and there was no communication in the kitchen - paid half the bill but only ate half the food anyway, table was sticky too 🙁🙁

My family took me here for a belated birthday meal. Food was yummy, cooked well and plentiful. There where lots of great drink options acholoc and non alcoholic. (they nailed the old fashioned) Service was great, attentive, funny and polite. Great team, your all assets to the company Thankyou for giving us a great evening all a blue house. Rather disappointing meal. Had the meat platter for 2 - food was cold and chicken was hard and dry. Just looked like it had been warmed in a microwave and slapped on the platter. Tables were sticky and cutlery was gross. Service however was fast

We had an excellent meal at Blues and will be back again to try more of the menu. I had the Soooo British burger which was huge and tasted amazing whilst my companion had the link sausages which they thoroughly enjoyed. The only "downside" was we were so full from our mains we couldn't try any of the deserts. The service from Tiffany was excellent as she was efficient without being over bearing.

Did exactly what it said on the tin. Will definitely be going again.
