The ramen , the meat/protein is too small, thinly sliced, once you are done at the top, you find your self in a Mariana trench of noodles. Not worth the price.

Awful service from this restaurant. Cancelled order after waiting for an hour- but whenever the order has been successful it has been slow or cold. Avoid if possible.

Wagamama Bracknell are always very accommodating when it comes to families with small children. They offer high chairs, crayons and a kids colouring menu. The staff are most friendly and helpful, and the service is relatively quick so it’s great for when you’re really hungry and just need to pop in for a quick bite. We love the bench style seating and the slightly dim hanging lights, it gives the restaurant a nice urban feel. The menu is great, they continue to add new dishes. There’s a wide range of flavours and types of dishes; from rice dishes to noodles, soups, bowls, salads. The starters and sides are all very tasty too. The kids menu is amazing, there’s quite a bit of variety and good portions. And it’s not your typical kids chicken nuggets and chips, they have noodles with tofu and veg (for example), it’s great. It’s nice to see the chefs right in front of the seating area cooking all of the food fresh. It looks like there are good kitchen practices, cleanliness, and hygiene (one of the reasons why we love this restaurant). On this particular visit there was an issue with one of the dishes ordered but the waitress was extremely understanding and quick to get it rectified, and even took this item off the bill despite us saying not to. And she offered a sincere apology for the inconvenience and impacts it caused to our lunching experience which was really nice to hear. We love coming to Wagamama in The Lexicon, it’s a great pit stop when doing the weekend shopping.

Dishes and cocktails are delicious, fast serving of dishes! Very large portions!! Nice service! But it was too noisy in the evening. As in a beehive, they could not sit and rest for a long time.

Food was very good, appreciate the clear vegan labelling on the menu! Waitstaff were very friendly, but not very attentive unfortunately. The long communal tables are very cool for those who want to participate, but there are also booths for those who want a more private dinner. Will be back!

We regularly dine at wagamama it's our kids fave but this time it was so good way better than our local one. The staff were amazing so kind and courteous. The food came as usual but tasted so much better with depth of flavour. We even had dessert which we normally skip and the kids loved it. When in the area again would def come here again

Went to GBK in Bracknell, there were 3 members of staff as we arrived, 2 trainees, 1 other seemed to be the manager. The manager needs to be retrained as there was NO URGENCY when it came to the service of new customers! Whilst we were there, there was only 3 tables and that seemed overwhelming. Toooo busy on her phone instead of assisting the Trainees. I’m an Australian on holidays, they would not survive in hospitality in Australia!!! I don’t believe GBK will survive in Bracknell

Great Wagamama! Tasty, fresh food and very kind staff. Thank you to the staff member (I didn't catch your name!) who rescued my phone and kept it safe until I came back to get it.

Having read some of the other reviews, it's clear I am not the only one with this feedback. Customer service is terrible. As mentioned by other reviewers, unfortunately deliveroo drivers take priority in this branch. Not even sure why they bother having tables at all. It took them 30 minutes to serve 2 pints and the staff were walking around huffing and puffing despite the place being half empty, one guy swearing... I emailed the branch and left feedback via the online form and heard absolutely nothing back. These same issues span months and the management have not taken anything onboard.

Another chain, another menu full of reheated food, but for the price an independent restaurant would charge for fresh. Not sure you can seriously call the ramen, ramen. It's much more like pho, not that that's a bad thing, but it's not authentic ramen. It doesn't taste anything like it!

Must have chicken noodle soup. Hot, tasty, good fresh vegetables, and a clean taste. Also a gluten free menu available, so this place is added to my favourites.

I absolutely love it here. The food and staff is amazing. It does get relatively busy and sometimes need to queue up but it’s totally worth it.

Friendly and amazing staff. Modern atmosphere and great for both big groups and smaller groups of people. Food was flavourful and well presented.

Had this so many times and it’s always been really tasty, but tonight it was very bland and quite tasteless.. such a shame as it’s our go to!

Another excellent meal. Great value too. Burger was great, as were my skinny fries and chicken tenders! As a side note we always ask all servers if the tips paid go to them 100% as you would be surprised how many companies take a cut for themselves! In this case we were told the latter was the case so we paid the bill by card and tipped direct with cash.

If you don't consider the taste, it can actually be compared to four stars. The waiters are very nice. The food presentation is attractive and the place is clean. But the taste really has a lot of room for improvement. The texture of the udon is too watery and not suitable for stir-fried udon. The chicken chop is fried to a crispy texture, but it's a pity that it has no taste at all.

Right I came in for a meal with my boy and all I wanted was a curry without coconut sauce but NO that was not allowed they made me have catsu curry witch was dry only and also made fun of my boys serious mushroom allergies

We visited the place on a Sunday, it was our first time. We loved it. They had huge portions (kids and adults both), though. Taste was great, would love to be back.

The food was excellent and the restaurant were extremely helpful. The delivery issue was with the Just Eat drivers who never turned up. Although the order says it was delivered at 18.15 we actually picked it up from the restaurant ourselves at 19.30

Lovely staff. Well trained, humorous and surprised to see them genuinely put effort in. Food was clean and quick. I’d give the K dog a miss next time but everything else was on point. Would come back simply for the service. And they haven’t even made themselves one of the places that automatically adds service charge - fair play.

Food was tasty and fresh. Would have been 5 stars but for the service. 1 of the 3 dishes we order we had to wait 10 minutes so we couldn’t eat together. Update: ordered takeaway, we had teriyaki chicken and chili chicken ramen. Was delivered promptly and both were tasty. Love the Wagamama containers too.

Service was poor and with a toddler was more difficult waiting!! Even though the place wasn’t crowded not sure what was taking so long! Food was okay but the cheese cake was yummy!

Our server Josh was fantastic, great service. He helped us pick the best dishes and was kind and fun.

We really enjoyed our first time here. The staff were really friendly and we felt at ease with it all. We both ordered a burger and a shared fries as the burgers are a really good size. Was both very impressed with the speed and how delicious it all was. Wasn't pricy at all so will definitely be coming back thank you :)

Fantastic as usual with great servings and super flavour.

The burgers here are simply the best in the area. They have a lovely smoky flavour to them, unlike anything else. You can buy GBK branded burgers in Waitrose but they taste nothing like the restaurant ones. Oh, and it's not just their burgers - their Cajun fries and onion rings are also excellent, crispy and not greasy. Excellent food that keeps me coming back (we even get Deliveroo orders to my workplace as a rare treat!)

The restaurant was busy but we were seated quickly. We were in a bit of a rush but sadly the waiting staff took the orders of tables who came in after us before they came to us. We ordered a range of meals/dishes and drinks. The dish i ordered I selected duty to it not having chilli listed on the ingredients but it was certainly spicy and my tongue and lips suffered (I can’t eat chilli!) The other dishes were lovely and the kids enjoyed their ramen and we all love the steamed buns and giozas!

Even though I'm a very picky lady when is about food, we decided to try Wagamama restaurant today and we spend lovely late lunch time there . The welcome and staff was lovely. Thanks to Callum for being so patient with us and mine 1000 questions about the menu, and for his great advice and smile! And to Michael if I remember his name well for the kind service. Generally all stuff is working hard and the service was very quick ( that was important for us because we had limited time to have a small birthday lunch with my partner) but you don't feel under pressure, so they make you feel cosy and relax. The food is not the topical style for me but it was tasty and we will repeat when we have a chance. The desserts were very teasty and good combinated especially the chocolate one with vanilla ice-cream was perfect for me :) Joy ( Radostina)

Got stuck under a air conditioning vent

This has not been delivered. The delivery driver told me he had an incorrect address. The address was not incorrect. He then told me he was outside. He was not outside. This was appalling.

Went for my son's birthday last night and they were very kind and attentive to all our requests. Lovely and fresh food. Cannot wait to visit again.

Great service from the moment we walked in. Food and drinks came to our tables very quick - quality was brilliant. Having been to other branches this bracknell branch clearly stands out as much better. Well done to the whole team at Bracknell. We will be back soon!

Visited here 2 weeks ago. My friend a 66 year old lady who simply loves Wagamama had food dumped in front of her by a somewhat miserable employee. No cutlery on table. None offered. Cutlery holder filthy with old food. When my friend complained about the quality of customer service she was accused of being a racist (she's Iraqi) and barred from the restaurant by the slightly bizarre manager. If your looking for fun times then please avoid!

Terrible food. We ordered two burgers medium rare and they were charred and burnt. The size of the patties was another issue we had, they were kids sized and you couldn’t even see the burger beneath the bun.

Excellent friendly service, great food, served nice and quickly. Interesting choice of toppings too…my son loved smashed avocado on his burger!

Dining here is always better than takeaway cos the food can get steamed in. The new additions to the menu are excellent. Keep innovating Mama!

Such a lovely place with a modern feel .with a complimentary super friend staff, this is a must place for wholesome food.very busy when visited .nearby is a good selection of shops and cinemas on your doorstep.

The grande I ordered, had no ham or chicken in it at all. The pasta is dry - no sauce. This was not a cabonara, plus the mozzerella was just placed on top. Sometimes the food is good but at others tis like no care or effort is put in. I ordered 2 grandes - I really should claim refund for both.

Over an hour and a half late if it stated a long wait for order we would have ordered elsewhere, the time changed 3 times, tried to cancel but couldn’t find how to do it. When order arrived it was cold so went in the bin what a waste

Absolutely zero gourmet quality about this experience. Order at the table via QR code, disinterested staff, cold fries and zero atmosphere - and not cheap! Really disappointed. Save your money and go to MacDs or Five Guys.

Food was lovely as always and wanted to take the time to say how lovely all the staff were especially the lady who served us today. I think her name was Evelyn she was warm and attentive - great service :)

Went to eat on a cold windy day The restaurant was busy and I was asked to wait outside in the cold. I asked the manager if i could wait in the warm as i am 64, permission was refused so i left to eat elsewhere. Manager of Breknel branch needs training in hospitality.

The restaurant was really nicely designed and lit, with truly lovely staff. Everyone we encountered was super welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our waitress was so sweet, we didn't have the heart to tell her how bland the food was. To be fair, the fresh juices and chilli squid were very good, but our ramen was truly lacking in flavour, almost like the broth had been super watered down. The chicken in my son's wa overcooked and unseasonal, which was disappointing. The Korean brisket in mine was very tasty but there was so little of it. The kimchi was lovely also, but even with the addition of both of these strong flavours, the dish overall was really underseasoned and lacking umami. My husband enjoyed the pork belly in his bowl, but again commented that the dish was very bland. None of us finished our main dishes and we left really disappointed. The reason for three stars is the fabulous staff. Whoever trains their front of house should get a raise.

Worst restaurant in Bracknell. Just a small step up from McDonalds but at twice tbe price. Canteen style tables order at at the bar not table service. Only 3 items for starters one we wanted they didnt have. Not the best choice of Cocktails or even the drinks menu. Cocktail were off the menu as well. Poor service fries came out 5 mins plus after the burger. They seemed to be more interestedintake aways like McDonalds, than the people eating in. No one came and asked if oyr meal was okay, because i expect they know what the answer would be. Look at tbe kitchen staff from my seat and noticed they were eating and drinking cans of coke infull view of the public. Extreamley disappointed no wonder it was the only resturant in Bracknell that was struggling for customers

Unbelievably poor service. Ordering took ages as we stood at the counter ignored by the staff as they made milkshakes for Deliveroo orders. They didn’t even acknowledge us. You would hope that actually being in store would mean that you get a little bit of service. Sadly you’re made to feel like you’re getting in the way of the take away orders.

Its okay. Just like another wagamama. Crowded but customer services was good. Place is okay. Sitting very uncomfartable.and toilets were not clean.

I ate here a couple of years ago and I remember it as good, but not great. Fast forward to 2023 and a work colleague and I decided to order GBK via Deliveroo for lunch. They were doing a 2 burger 2 side deal for £22, so we had that. My burger with French fries was delicious - it's the best burger I've had in ages despite it only being a "Classic" - less is more in this case! The meat was beautifully cooked and the burger had a wonderful smoky flavour to it. Fries too were nice, they were only lukewarm but then they had travelled from Bracknell to Ascot via Deliveroo so that is to be expected I guess. I think I will have to go back there in person again and sit in with my fiancée, as it was a damn good lunch today! Full marks.

Finally this restaurant seems to have caught up with the standards of the Wagamama franchise, the food is now good quality, and no complaints about the service either. Five stars.

Just eat service has been so poor today. It clearly says the restaurant doesn't start making your order until a driver is assigned but when trying to cancel it says as food has started to be prepared you have to pay the full amount even if you cancel. Shocking service

Food and staff were pleasant; however waited over 45 minutes for sides (tea stained egg), meaning our food was cold waiting to complete the meal. leave the ‘wholesome’ cocktails alone, they’re violent. stick to what you know.

To be honest wasn’t keen on having a burger on our night out but my husband was adamant. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Not your average burger, presentation was spot on too. Thoroughly enjoyed the ‘gourmet’ burger and the condiments were a nice touch. Definately will be returning as my husband was beaming when we left and as you know the saying the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach! Now I know how to keep my man happy when he’s hangry!

Prices have gone up, and the size of meals has gone down. Not keen on sitting next to strangers while eating, especially ones with no table manners.

Visited on Sat 7th Jan for my son's birthday. Made it clear on the booking (which I had to chase up), that it was a birthday celebration. This was not acknowledged at all, so that was sad for my son. Sat for ages watching the deliveroo orders coming and going. It was like sitting in a take away as a spare part. Food was dreadful. Sent an online complaint. Heard nothing. Avoid.

Not only great food but also amazing staff! Susie was such a laugh and made us some great drinks as we chatted , Highly recommended.. Will be back just to see susie again if anything. Thanks for the cocktail!

Pretty poor restaurant. Came in for a family meal, staff were bright and cheery, but food took forever to arrive, mains came 10 mins apart, and burgers although tasty, weren’t warm. No-one bothered to ask how our meals were, or if we wanted more drinks....

They add msg to the dishes so I always get sleepy and headache after eating the food but it's tasty enough and fairly affordable. It's ok in a pinch...

Love this place 👌👌👌..you get the best prawn rice curry and chilli squid. Go for it !!! It’s truly delicious, yummy and super tasty. Wagamama Bracknell branch is super cool, great hospitality and quick service. A must visit and you will really love the food. I also tried the mackerel with brown rice - a good healthy option with some broccoli 🥦. If you like some spice on the mackerel, this is a good one. The prawns are fresh and cooked to perfection and curry goes well with steamed rice. Highly recommend you to visit Wagamama 👌👌👌⭐️

Went in for a quick burger before the cinema but was so put off by the lack of cleanliness and state of the restaurant that we walked out and went to Nando’s instead. Table was dirty, you had to brush your seat down before sitting,...

Fab as always. Quick service and great food. Don't forget to ask them to leave stuff off if you don't like things like onion, coriander or kimchi!
