My favourite takeaway at the moment but the chilli sauce tonight tasted like toothpaste which we couldn't eat. The food is lovely though.

At the time we visited the staff were trying so hard. I could see they were understaffed. They were doing great.... Until all the servers went down and all the computers stopped working and they couldn't do anything mc Donalds higher ups need to stop this server problem because the workers and team were really good! Couldn't buy food or anything

Chips all marked. Tasted OK but won't be going there again

Extremely shocking behaviour displayed by manager yesterday evening. Worker at cashier made a mistake with my order which meant the manager refused to honour us with our free milkshake! The manager blamed us when it was the cashier’s mistake and did not accept it was their mistake. She then proceeded to cancel both our food orders and had the cheek to charge us for the milkshake, deliberately short-changed us on the refund then gave a sarcastic comment when we noticed. Never experienced such unprofessional, malicious behaviour!

I have been to many weatherspoons pubs and stayed at many Hotels and found them really good. The Troll Cart was a let down, 3 main meals were only Luke warm, and our child's pizza we could not cut through it and sent it back. The disabled toilet were discussing dirty, smelly and no toilet paper.

Food took ages to come, but it was hot. The order was wrong and took 15 minutes for missing items and all spicy food ordered…. Wasn’t even 0.5/10 spicy

Steak was cold, 2nd steak like old shoe leather. Overpriced and poor quality. Very disappointing.

I love this store. I did ask for broon sauce but got ketchup but who cares eh. I've got broon sauce in the cupboard.

El resto del personal parecía más interesado en tener una conversación informal entre ellos a pesar de estar relativamente ocupado. Tuvimos que devolver nuestras alas porque llegaron frías ya que nadie podía molestarse en sacarlas a tiempo. Gracias por los chocolates mate!

Dreadful experience order the food at 6:20 pm yesterday it got delayed to 7:35 pm. We called the restaurant say the food was coming it got to 8:30 pm and still no order and no food delivered do not order from this place warning

Had our 2 mixed grill specials been going to these boys for years absolute banging grub 👌from number 159 and thanks for our Turkish delight and bottle of Pepsi on the house see you soon

Friendliest pub I’ve ever been to!.. discovered this pub whilst staying in Haven and didn’t bother going to any other pubs the whole time we were here. All the staff (Tina especially) and the landlords Steve and Rick, really made us feel welcome and treated us as locals. Great atmosphere- the bar staff will play any songs you want on the Jule box- you just ask and as I said earlier, they are a really friendly bunch. As are the customers .. all happy to chat to you!.. cannot fault the place.. and really cheap drinks too!

First visit today, staff extremely friendly / helpful, very nice burger, not over cooked. Will definitely be going back
