Such good food, the portions are perfect, the delivery was so quick and the workers delivering are always lovely

Ordered for pick-up: Drive Thru Pronto Burger with Brisket Loaded fries and Cheese Burger with Cajun fries. Absolutely amazing food, perfect portions. Would definitely recommend.

This was one of the worst deliveries I've had. Soggy salad, burnt and dry burger bun, stale chicken batter, the cheese sauce is almost like they've melted a thousand American cheese slices. The chips were so dry and everything was far from fresh. No number, can't complain to anyone. Unbelievably high prices for the lacking quality. Don't waste your money.

Waited 2hrs for delivery and was told its because they only had 1 driver no offer of compensation just they only had 1 driver

Food soggy and late. We don't live that close but took 1 hour 40 minutes. The food is shut in cardboard boxes so arrived hot but had been steaming the whole way so both chips were completely soggy and chewy and the burger top bun was okay as the top of the box had air holes but again a tight box so the bottom of the burger was soggy mush like holding a wet paper towel. The expensive milkshake was just slightly cold flavoured water. I appreciate we are not close but if somewhere does deliveries a 15/20 minute drive they should ensure they can deliver adequate food to that location. I would prefer them to not deliver to our area in Uckfield and I would have gone somewhere else.

Ordered bbq burger, chicken burger , loaded fries and sweet potato fries. Banana waffles and cheesecake! Everything perfect. Large portions and great quality. Food delivered In recyclable boxes that kept food warm. Will def be ordering again!

This place used to be great, but it’s really gone down hill. Food turned up half an hour late, I called to find out what was going on, they said it was just leaving with the driver… it was a 3 minute drive, but it took the driver 20 minutes from that phone call to get to us. Food arrived stone cold. Fries were soggy, I had to re-fry them, and I actually had to cook extra to make up one portion. The size portion that was sent out was less than a McDonald’s happy meal. The burgers…. Well the only thing in them were the patties, I literally had to add everything else myself…. Which considering one was supposed to be the hot one, was a huge let down. Like I said this place used to be great, but now I will definitely never be ordering from here ever again.

Burgers are good, but chips are always soggy as they put them in a bag. Ordered mozzarella sticks, the website says you get 8, however have ordered a few times and you only get 6.

Ordered a few times. First time was fantastic, since then it’s gone down hill rapidly. One order they sent with nothing in the burger but the patty, it was dry and horrible to the point we had to go down there. Now when thinking we’d give them another try, we ordered online and no food to be seen. They have now shut with no way of being able to contact them until tomorrow.

Lovely food and great service. Hot Pronto Beef Burger is incredible. I love the boxes the burgers come in, stays fresh and in shape like when you eat in a restaurant. Perfect box for a takeaway burger.

My first time visiting Pronto this evening, staff were friendly but the food was awful, completely inedible, we ordered two chicken burgers and a wrap, the chicken was dry over cooked and rock hard, couldn't eat it, the sweet potatoes chips were only half cooked, couldn't eat them either, the wrap was soggy and the teriyaki chicken inside very bland, the normal chips were okish, im the last person to normally complain but this was poor, the dog had it all. I phoned and complained but no offer of any refund just offed a replacement, no thanks, wouldn't recommend

I’ve had loads of really bad experiences with pronto, but in a weak moment I decided to give them another chance. Food was good and delivery was very very quick but I would order again simply because that was nicest delivery man I’ve ever met. He was so joyful and lovely, a credit to pronto. He thanked me for ordering which was a contrast from the normal dump and run! 5 stars for that guy!

Take away was not cooked and chicken and meat were still bloody and no one wants to take responsibility for it 🤮 never eat here again

Order arrived an hour before selected time slot, cold and with incorrect items. I don't like to leave bad reviews but after the awful service from start to finish and the fact I have been waiting for almost 2 weeks for a call back or a refund it has left me no choice. Have spoken to numerous members of staff who won't give you their first name as it's against Pronto policy. No one in management is ever available. I can tell you the 6 month closure has not helped staffing or food quality and I will not be ordering from Pronto again

We've been to the drive thru twice when it's supposed to be open but there's a hand written sign stuck to the order window saying they are closed. Coffee and shakes have been nice in the past.

System mite be a little messy. It's Fri I've worked all day gone to the pub and order a delivery. Get a text saying foods ready to pick up. So one asked to be delivered so we rung and said nah defo not for collection. They sent someone out ASAP to deliver. Food rocked up and was great. So no complaints in the end. Would use again maybe next time just to ring up and double check it's for delivery. But foods good

So happy they are back. I love the breakfasts they do.

Tried them the day they reopened last week, food good but just as before 20mins late and although we live within 3 miles barely warm when we got home, could be great just need to buy a watch😁

Could have been so much better…

I've been a fairly regular customer at Pronto Hailsham since it opened a couple of years ago and was impressed by the quality of their take-aways; recommending them highly. I hadn't ordered a burger from them for a few months and tried one tonight. What a drop in quality! I was disappointed to find that the burger patties were overdone and, in contrast, the french fries were soggy, white and undercooked. A noticeable drop in standard and presentation. It's a shame - I used to look forward to ordering them as an occasional treat.

The best first time here! The food was above and beyond what I was expecting, tasted amazing, massive portions and prompt hot/fresh delivery. The Burger box was from the future and meant it really felt like an at home restaurant experience, well worth price and looking forward to the next feast 😀

Terrible, 1 hour and 30 minutes late, food was cold garbage, then given an email to ask for a refund. An email that does not exist, no email on their website either. Disappointing.

Pronto definitely wasn’t the case with our order - an hour and a half late. The burgers were soggy, chips were like cardboard and staff unhelpful. £4 for 6 halloumi fries was also very over priced. Highly recommend to stay away

Well first time eating here. My breakfast wrap resembled road kill and i gave it to my rottweiler. My parteners breakfast sandwich was better. Coffees were frothy milk. Very very disapointing. Will down load pic of my wrap. What was all the burger relish doing in my wrap ffs.

i’ve visited pronto a handful of times and on every occasion i have been waiting well over 50 minutes for food…the food is NOT worth a wait of such time! sadly very very poor service!

Nice chips Quick service Better than McDonald’s

When it started it was great and sadly its gone downhill. Always late, when it does arrive there are always items missing, even when you have paid extra for them, wet hash browns as not kept seperate. Today it was late by 30 mins, not great when you have a business to open, whats the point of booking a time slot. I won't be back for a while, hopefully they can sort out these issues.

My girlfriend and I had the homemade sausage patty, egg and hash brown muffin….hands down AMAZING! Would 100% go/order there again.

Had a takeaway meal from here yesterday and we asked for 3 kids burgers, chicken salad and teriyaki noodles, well although it said kids on the box they all had a spicy sauce and the teriyaki noodles were sweet chilli, and the skinny fries were ordinary sized chips! totally unedable the only thing I can say good about the food was it was hot!

Pot luck from here if your meal is good or not. You can get lucky and have a good meal or you can be unlucky and get a bad one. I have had overcooked and dry burgers, what tastes like a microwaved breakfast with No Toast even though it's part of the breakfast, when I called them to advise this was missing the response was "it wasn't taken out of the freezer last night", the flat white ordered which was not by any imagination a flat white just at best a filter coffee but pretty sure it was instant.

Gave them a try, was quoted 30 mins delivery. After 2 hours and numerous phone calls to ask when it was coming, we had a call from the driver and they were the wrong side of town apparently. Gave up and had to cancel the order as even they said it would now be cold. Was then told they cant process a refund and it needs to go through the owner!? Who was away for a few days..... etc etc. What a mess. Still waiting for my refund.

Had our delivery an hour late last night from there own schedule 8.05 until 8.20, delivered 9.15p.m. Food was luke warm, overcooked dry chicken and beef burger, half the normal size portion of onion rings. One burger was also wrong, notes had not been adhered to. Called up and was told "Well I did my job and hi-lighted the notes so? My reply "Is that it then? That's your answer? " Apparently it was, this is the third time now! No more. Quality and service was amazing at first, unfortunately no more 🥺

Slow to deliver, or just don't turn up at all. Last time I had to go down after it took over an hour, and when I got it home it was cold. Management don't reply to emails either.

Have had a couple of deliveries from Pronto. They have been tasty but they do take a long time. Tonight, after waiting over 2 hours for our food, they called to say it would be at least an extra hour which would be well after 10pm and too late for us to eat dinner. We requested a refund on this occasion which resulted in them hanging up on us. Very disappointing as we had enjoyed meals from them before but won't be going back again.

I think this sad reality for a milkshake is appaling. Waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for 1 breakfast and after waiting all that time the breakfast was barely luke warm and milkshake melted making the food and shake taste horrible. I didn't expect to wait such a long time for delivery and the food be in this condition to be honest especially after paying £5 delivery fee.

Foods amazing but unreliable with delivering to area. Tonight we went to order our dinner to then find they had turned out area off. Completely messed up a relaxing evening

Food was half hour late and no apology or contact telling us so.said it had left the restaurant 35 mins before it arrived..cold and chicken burger was not nice.threw most of it away.would like my £30 back.

First time trying Pronto and we were not disappointed.Food was tasty,hot and filling. Also presentation was on point. Not greasy or soggy...just fresh!Will definitely be ordering again some time in the future.Thank You.

Three breakfasts ordered and collected on Saturday 28 Aug. All three were incomplete, which isn't the first time from here. Management ask to be given the opportunity to put things right by giving them a phone call!! Have phoned twice since last Saturday and been promised a call back from management by very apologetic staff. Heard nothing and no more chances - will never use again, especially with other quality food available nearby.

29/06/21...Placed order at 18:30, was delivered at 20:50! Tried to call over 10 times, but no answer. Nachos were very dry, cold and chewy (inedible). The Biscoff Cheesecake was AWFUL (gutted about that as I love anything Biscoff!). When we first ordered from Pronto 2 months ago it was brilliant, but sadly it seems to have gone terribly downhill since then. . With a previous order the chicken burger was incredibly soggy.. And with another order my buddah bowl wasn't delivered, but the chicken that goes with it was.. Had to wait for them to send another driver out with the buddah bowl, by the time it got here the chicken was cold. . When we went through the drive though one day, we had to wait 20 minutes for 2 milkshakes!

Have ordered before and food has been lovely. This time food was cold, bun was soggy from mayonnaise and it took 1 hour and 45 minutes to arrive. Delivery driver was very nice and friendly, and apologised for the wait, but probably won't order from again.

Lovely jubbly. Was a great breakfast. Coffee was a little on the warm side but with the distance to drive that’s understandable. Would definitely recommend.

The milkshakes are my go to product! You get so much and for £4! The burgers are also top quality, amazing service and very reasonable pricing for the food available 😀

We waited almost 2 hours for chilliconcarne nachos, which hand no concarne, dirty fries (which were cold) and peanut snacks for desert, however they had run out and decided to provide us with something completely different without even checking. When we called them to ask they say they have no way of speaking to us once an order is placed (even though we called and she advised the food was just leaving) so why not tell us then? We then asked to speak with the manager to request a refund on the desert, at which point the lady on the phone refused to give her managers name or her name, and hung up the phone. Then kept declining our phone calls. Awful customer service. Would love to log a complaint but they refused to give a name of manager and refuse to answer their phone. Go somewhere else.

Ordered tonight at 7.22pm and only received our food at 9.50!! Such a shame as we order from here regularly. Always great food but disappointed tonight as the system said we would have got it at 8! When we called at 9.20 they said there was a traffic problem but then heard someone saying it was just leaving the kitchen now.

I always love the food here .... but our order yesterday was a disaster. Text message recieved that it would be delivered at 7pm. Tried calling them no answer. I had to go down the young lad didn't seem to know what was happening. The young lady delivering in car park said it was being cooked at that moment. We finally got our food at 7.45pm which I had to collect. The burger looked under cooked. Just a bit of advice if you can't manage the amount of orders you are receiving stop taking orders. Hopefully it will be better next time. You need someone to answer the phone or text people their orders will be longer

Absolutely loved this place when it opened. Food was so lovely and reasonable. There has been a massive drop in quality in recent weeks. We had a panini that was soaked in oil underneath, yet rock hard on top. Pretty much inedible. Over cooked chips, very greasy, which had previously been amazing. Over cooked fish in the fish wrap and my daughters kids meal. She couldn't eat it as it was too chewy for her. We won't be ordering here again sadly. It's such a shame because it started so well.

Absolutely gorgeous food. The chicken burger we ordered had three breaded chicken breasts, loads of cheese and extremely fresh salad. Normally you order a burger and the salad is an afterthought. The spinach was crisp, the tomato slice was huge and bright red and there was a lot of sliced red onion. The food was boiling when it arrived. Took about 15 minutes from when I ordered! Everything was packaged beautifully and it looks to be completely recyclable as well. Very, very impressed!

Worst breakfast I've had in a very long time!! Delivery was 2 hours after being told up to an hour. The food was cold, one piece of bacon looked like it has been forgotten about while cooking as it was black and the other was barely cooked, the same for the sausages. Asked for extra sausage and egg but they weren't there! My hash browns were soggy yet my partners were crispy. For how much it cost I was expecting a much better meal.

Just eaten for the first time from pronto, delivered through the just eat app. Absolutely fantastic!!! Chilli dogs and banofee waffles are a must!!

First time I tried this place. AMAZING. Portions are big, I was beaten by the double chicken burger!! Delivery was on time stated. The desserts are something else 👍Will definitely be coming back for more.

Absolutely amazing food. Can't fault anything at all. The portion sizes were amazing, the food was delicious and the service was great. We enjoyed our food so much we had 2 in one week. Highly highly recommend.

Fantastic burgers, good flavours, rolls excellent, no crumbling, held burger right up to last bite!😁 perhaps a tad more salad, would be my only criticism. And chips !! Well what can I say, hot, crispy, tasty. 👍 Packaging was the best we'd ever seen, great boxes, top range serviettes, none of the cheap paper sort. No soggy bots! This was our 1st visit and won't be are last, can't recommend it enough. Staff, friendly, helpful and well presented. (They bring your food right up to your car!) Our only piece of advice, more signage, on both sides of the road, more advertising and green isn't strong enough for your brand, blends in with the roadside. But keep up the good work, and hope to see you soon!

Very disappointed this vist our order was 45 mins late. Arrived on time phoned to say I had arrived and was told it was on its way. 15 mins later 2 cars came in after me and got their orders. Rang to say have I been forgotten was told they would investigate. Pronto rang me back to say they were backlogged but order on its way. Order Finaly arrived and I asked what had happened told that my order given to wrong person was offered a free drink but declined as needed to get home. My burger was fine but my wife's chicken burger was black on the outside and very dry so went in the bin did not bother to complain just won't use again. Dissaponiting as first time we used Pronto was fantastic

Too say disappointed is a understatement first time we had burgers from here and it was exceptional just had lamb shanks and dauphinuoise and the quality just dropped immediately resembled school dinner if im honest and was tasteless quite the let down.

I just wanted to write a glowing review for Pronto. As a thin man in a fat man's body I'm currently on the Keto diet and frequented this establishment again today for my meat infusion. I ordered a 'Keto' friendly burger without the bun and cheekily requested an extra slice of bacon to compensate. I also completely forgot to request no salad and no sauce ! Well arriving to pick up my 'Dub Cheez' I was pleasantly surprised with not 1 piece of bacon but 2 in what I can only describe as BACONZILLLA ! Not only that it arrived like I sleep in bed - completely naked and covered in cheese ! Suffice to say these people are truly the burger barrons and I would strongly recommend you visit and get your burkakke fix !

FINALLY a decent takeaway in Hailsham. We love the healthy options and you can tell all of the ingredients are good quality which we really appreciate! All the packaging was eco friendly and the branding is great. The complimentary ketchup and mayonnaise was a nice surprise and also good quality. We will definitely be ordering from here again and recommending to everyone!

Just had out first takeaway from Pronto on the A22 and extremely happy to find incredible quality food, great service, everything fresh and really tasty. 4 extremely happy customers will be a regular for us and highly recommend to anyone!

FOOD PERFECTION! The food from here is absolutely wonderful. Tonight I had the chicken and bacon burger and it was the best I have ever had. The chicken was massive and so delicious. The skinny fries were also so tasty and the Belgian Chocolate milkshake.......well.....it was out of this world devine! My husband also recommends the apple and cinnamon tart. I would highly recommend you stop off or order delivery/collection from here as soon as possible! 😋

Great packaging, the food however is poor! We ordered a burger and a Buddha bowl and sides, the food was cold and pretty underwhelming considering the packaging looks so good! We weren’t even given one of our sides and the lettuce in the burger was pretty soggy. Save your money and avoid a disappointing meal would be my advice

We used Pronto for the first time a few days ago and we were very impressed. The food tasted amazing, the price wasn't bad, the service was great and I particularly loved that everything was made from materials that could be recycled. Hopefully they will expand the menu soon to add some other pub grub favourites. We will definitely use again!

Apparently this is two large coffees. They are not even the same size. Not impressed.

I tried the new Pronto Drive-thru this evening along the A22. I had the Sweet Teriyaki Chicken Buddha Bowl. It was freshly cooked and the flavours were delicious. The staff were very helpful and friendly. What a wonderful idea to have a Drive-thru Bistro. I will definitely be back. I would certainly recommend this Drive-thru.

My wife and I had a meal from Pronto on the A22. It was a new concept of a drive through. Where you order your meal whilst in your car, or order in advance on line. The food choice was excellent, and when we received it in our car it was piping hot.We could not fault in any way. Presentation, choice of food, and how good the food tasted. This is a new experience in the uk of drive through, eating it there or taking it away.All the food is freshly cooked at time of ordering, and is par above other outlets. Well done, and we will be back.

Finish work today in bexhill and I thought I would try the new drive through pronto staff were very helpful and friendly ordered a bacon sausage chapatta will say it was really tasty and very nice was all cooked to order will definitely be using pronto again thanks again Darren pilcher .
