The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving American food

This kfc isn’t that good and once I been to this kfc there fries tasted quite bad and undercooked and there food has gone utter terrible

We went for Friday lunch. Enjoyed the meal and relaxed atmosphere. Service was excellent, as was the meal itself. We had the sirloin steak which was cooked to our requirements perfectly. The pudding was also lovely. Portions were generous. Waitress was attentive. Overall a very nice experience and would highly recommend. We will be back.

Delivery driver always finds my house when others fail, food is always hot and fresh and usually get something extra like a garlic pizza. Often early as well. Lovely staff in store.

Always have to wait in bays in the morning for 10 minutes, very slow!

Yesterday evening I was with my friends for dinner ... was very good and amazing experience food drink and atmosphere....... specially thank you to the Manager Gabriel he looking after ours table smazing he was really attentive he very helpful and professional.. I really raccomend and I will back soon Jan

Regardless of everything, (The guy on the front desk) Why do you have to be rude. Not welcoming place at all.

Had the best ceaser salad and truffle parmesan fries here, the staff were absolutely lovely and service was quick.

Went in yesterday and ordered lunch which was an iced coffee and ham and cheese toastie. Iced coffee.... when I watched it being made, was a glass of water some ice cubes and a small espresso sized cup of black coffee poured into it, it looked and tasted awful and not what I expected an iced coffee to be 😞. I then tried my toastie which was burnt one side and untoasted bread the other side 😞. ....As you can imagine I was not impressed. Added to this....the staff were unfriendly and seemed uninterested in serving me and more focussed on the drive through than people in the restaurant. This is the second visit in a week to this branch of costa, at my first visit the toastie was burnt and awful. A really poor experience costa 😞😞😞

Came in with a few friends for the bottomless brunch. Best food, best staff , continuous drinks! 10/10

Within minutes of entering we were given a choice of seating types, menus, and glasses with a jug of iced water with lemon. 4 of us had the 3 course lunch menu which is so reasonably priced. Got immediate answers to all our questions about gluten free and about how hot spicy dishes were. All our food was served quickly and was hot and really tasty. Loved the salted caramel cheesecake. One free birthday main, and an additional free ice cream scoop with a 🔥 lit candle. Wonderful service from Jack, but embarrassing singing from my sisters !

I’m absolutely disgusted to have visited this restaurant and to be asked upon arrival if I have any allergies, to which I responded yes and explained I cannot eat onion or garlic. I then went on to order the carbonara and asked the waitress to confirm with the chef that there is no onion or garlic in the sauce, to which she said she cannot check. The host who seated us explained she would let the chef know of my allergies so I’m unsure what the difference is. Surely the person who is cooking the food within the kitchen is able to advise what ingredients is in the dish. I was informed this is company policy and they can’t check the packaging, however when I visited the Cheshire oaks restaurant the waiter was incredibly helpful and checked the packaging of the chicken for me to assist. I feel discriminated against for having allergies, that are totally out my control. I was told by the waitress that she is protecting the company’s reputation as you would be liable if she checks… what would make you more liable is if I order something after telling you of my allergies and then I have a reaction. You seriously need to rethink your policy. Every other restaurant I ever visit will adapt their dishes to suit my allergies, as should all food establishments. I was told you will only confirm the top 14 allergens… as though people with all other food allergies are irrelevant! I have never been made to feel so discriminated against in my life. Disgusting!

Decepcionados cuando llegamos tuvimos que esperar a ser recibidos algún tiempo era obvio a medida que avanzaba la comida que el camarero estaba solo La comida no era muy buena mi hamburguesa estaba seca y poco apetitosa comida equivocada dada y la solicitud de no ensalada y tomates ignorados. Dispensadores de sal y pimienta no funcionaba tuvimos tres saleros diferentes dos no dispensaron uno solo con una lucha. Todos nos sentimos decepcionados por la experiencia. No, porque era el cumpleaños de mis nietas y no queríamos arruinarle el día. Espero que intenten investigar los problemas. Comida un desembolso caro para las bebidas y la comida con los problemas que encontramos Debo decir que el camarero era muy agradable servicial y educado. Volveremos, no estoy seguro.
