McDonald's - Kings Cross in Camden

This is one of the better places in the area, you are welcome to eat there and sit there without harassment. They tell you when they are closing from cleaning and the tone is nice. The food is good, doesn't taste like in the US but it's good and they are quick. Only thing is the stairs, but we made it even with the suitcases.

We love McDonald's and this place hasn't many seats but Esther always looks after us and finds us a seat and makes us feel welcome. Thankyou Esther.

Prime example of how NOT to do customer service. McPlant was left out of order and when we went back to enquire and collect it we were simply ignored for thirty minutes before a more senior member of staff came out and told us it was our own problem. This was because we left our receipt at the till, he reiterated this in a very condescending manner. He then refused to give us the food or a refund. Out of money and upset with the horrible way me and my friends were treated. Will not be back.

This might be the worst McDonald's in the country. Sent my order back 4 times and they couldn't get it right - it was chicken in a bun! Got my refund and went over the road to a different restaurant. Avoid if at all possible.

OK the food was as expected and I like a big Mac. But the place is crowded with the automatic ordering screens not working properly. Staff shout the order numbers out and the whole place is chaotic and unpleasant. If you are buying whilst rushing for a train you probably don't mind.

Efficient service as it was very busy. Food order quick as well. BUT, collecting order the sour and miserable woman behind the counter didn't bother to ask if I wanted sauces etc. So I asked her. Still no smike or comms, she threw them on my tray. Yes, threw them!!!! Asked her what other sauces she had and she threw another 2 on my tray too!!!! It's not my fault you're behind the counter!!!!

The worst, used the computer ordering, ordered a plain Big Mac before catching the train, despite 10 minute wait and the Big Mac having a sticker on it claiming it was plain, yep, it arrived contaminated with all the pickles and gherkins etc, what a waste of time!

Visiting London with family and decided to get a McDonald’s. Being a fast food worker myself I know what things can be like on Friday nights. The service here was excellent. Friendly security on the door keeping things orderly. Ordered food on the in store screens. The receipt machine got jammed but there was someone on hand to help fix it straight away and provide us with a receipt within minutes. Amazing service all round.

Decided to pop in for a coffee and was stopped at the door by a manager who silently held his hand up to stop me. Assumed this was to control numbers due to COVID but did note that he let an unmasked person in ahead of me. Stood there for two minutes waiting to be waved in. Worst service today since the infamous "my bagel looked like it had gone ten rounds with a baby armadillo" incident. Took over 20 minutes to receive a cheesy bacon flatbread which had the consistency of cardboard filled with putty and then instead of a nice sausage bagel they gave me a very sad looking, partially unwrapped double egg McMuffin which tasted of extreme sadness.

We went to this McDonald's for breakfast before getting on the train. The kid taking the order wasn't to swift. Had to keep repeating what we wanted and it wasn't real hard. We had three of the same sandwich and one different and two coffees. He had to keep looking at the register to see what we ordered and just handed our bag to us. I didn't leave until I checked to make sure everything was there. Most times never have problems at any McDonalds.

Had a voucher from my last time at McDonald's, so got a BIG MAC and fries for £1.99 and an orange juice for £1.29 on top. It was the usual fayre. The staff were friendlier than other branches I have been in. It was also cleaner, with someone constantly clearing away, which is what is needed. It is handy for King's Cross and St Pancras Stations, as they are just five minutes walk away.

夜遅くなっても営業してるので、キングスクロス駅の店が23:00～0：00過ぎに閉まってしまっても利用できるので助かります。味も同じなので安心感あります。

Myself mum and daughter went in for breakfast and the staff were quick and polite my order was wrong and we weren’t given straws so it was a few trips to the counter but our server was really helpful and quickly resolved our issues and was very polite it is also one of the cleanest McDonald’s I’ve ever been too

Tenía servicio genial en este restaurante en 30 / 6 / 18 en temporada alta. Tuve hambre y niños 28 muy secas conmigo, y el servicio era genial. CRISTINA que cuidó de nosotros, se llevó las órdenes, dieron cada uno de ellos correcta y que los niños muy contentos. Simplemente para que todos nuestros niños más difícil pedir comidas comidas no adulto, feliz y estaban todavía del todo correcto. Recomendaría incluso cuando estaban ocupados.

Came here because I was starving. The wait at both the counter and the machines was too long. The managers seemed out of their depth. The place had been invaded by secondary school students engaged in a yelling match. Not good.

Really disappointing experience. No milkshakes. No receipt paper in the machines. Customers struggling with self service which makes you wonder why McDonald's bothered. Just poor all round.

I visited this McDonalds for a a quick breakfast. I entered and there was a single queue for half a dozen counters. It makes sense. All of a sudden, the manager in a white shirt shouted "Who is waiting, come in and pointed at the tills". People from the back of the queue rushed forward to queue at the counter and got served whist others that were in the queue looked on wondering what is going on. There was a member of staff (also in white) standing by queue just starring and not doing anything. If the queuing system is behind each counter, that is fine, they should tell the customer that and direct them accordingly rather than cause complete confusion when there was a system in place (single queue). This can upset people, especially for those that have been waiting for a while and it will cause arguments between customers.

We used the self select menu which went quickly and smoothly until it came to printing confirmation and order number. There was an error. Resorting to the only option left I viewed the number on screen. Service was quick enough for me not to forget the number.

went to this restaurant twice in 7 days with 2 large school groups, both at peak time. staff were absolutely brilliant in getting the food and drinks to everyone in such a short space of time. first group had 36 children and 2nd group had 30 children and nothing was too much for the staff. staff and teachers would highly recommend going here. plenty of seating upstairs too

Luego fue mi tocino bagel, que había sido improvisado así descuidadamente parecía que habían ido 10 rondas con un bebé armadillo. Si combina todo esto con la envoltura de piedra fría desayuno me dieron la semana pasada, es muy decepcionante.

Came here early morning for a coffee. Service was rushed as the restaurant was busy and no smile, which I think is important. Quality of coffee is standard from a large chain of a fast food restaurant.

Whilst eating our meal on the food stained table we observed a beggar collecting leftover food from the tables then he went to the bin to see what goods were available, during this time he was observed by a member of staff who pretended she saw nothing. No sooner had he left then a second man came in pestering customers to buy him a meal, again this was observed but ignored, we were only too happy to leave.

When you really need something to eat rather quickly, this restaurant is perfect from the hotel I stay this past weekend.

Stopped here for a quick McDonald’s before heading home. The woman on the till (blue plaster on nose and huge fake eyelashes) clearly doesn’t like her job much which is fine but her attitude towards customers was awful, she came across rude, bored and like she just didn’t care and the woman cleaning the bin was also rude. A man came to the till to ask a question and the woman wanting to wheel the bin through just kept saying ‘excuse me’ ‘excuse me’ in a rude way and didn’t give him chance to move which isn’t how you should treat customers and then her and the girl on the till started laughing to each other about it. No where to get ketchup, when I opened my meal the chicken wasn’t even in the bun and fell out on to the table and I asked for a strawberry milkshake and got a banana which I don’t like by which time I was going to miss my train and didn’t want to wait for another one. On the plus side it’s one of the cleanest I’ve seen.

Exceptionally busy and yet everyone served quickly and efficiently, they even found time to bring those "extras" to those who couldn't carry, fetch or find their own.

For a quick cheap lunch, this is the place to go. McDonald's is set up for quick service and they deliver on it.

I used this McDonald's to get my daughters' a 'decent' meal before we got on the Eurostar. The member of staff serving myself was also doing the online orders (constant interruptions from delivery men). Yep, she neglected to give me half of my order (I think I was out of pocket by about £6) as she was too busy multi-tasking with delivery men and the online orders. She also did not give me a receipt. I asked to speak to the manager about my issue but I was told no. I was then politely asked to leave the premises by a gentleman. Oddly, this same gentleman was stood next to me the whole time I was being served.

I just went in to get breakfast on the way to work and the criminally incompetent staff first off failed to give me the hash brown that came with my meal order secondly the pancakes needed a sledgehammer to be cut they were so hard! Finally the snack wrap I asked for was completely the wrong one! By the time I noticed all of the above it was too late I was already at work and so could not go back but I have never in my life such an experience at macdonalds before even in really busy branches it was just poor poor poor service.

Visited this place which is just across to my hotel for breakfast. Staff was helpful n service was fast. Hot meal, good value for money. Place is clean too. Though not much normal sitting area. They do have a lot of high chair sitting along thin table tops.
