Owner is incredibly rude. I ordered through just eat for a take away for mine and my partner’s anniversary, unfortunately when it arrived it came stale, the cheesey chips were everywhere (owner wouldn’t even BELEIVE me?!) Called up and tried to discuss my queries with the owner about how my order had arrived, it was barley eatable! He told me “you were my last order and I can’t do anything about it now!” He then proceeded to try and tell me he would give me free cheesy chips, I said ill call up tomorrow to get them, he said “no you will get them when you order next time” I’m sorry but it’s the princable at the end of the day! Why on earth would you think I’d order from you again when you were so rude to me on the phone and 2 didn’t even apoligise for your mistakes, instead you ignored my querie & decided to do nothing! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Owner was rude, and started raising his voice at me on the phone and the food was disgusting! Won’t be ordering again, keep your dry fries or don’t work in a restaurant if you cannot handle your own mistakes at times. We are customers not enemies! Thankyou, I’m glad these aren’t my usual take away place I go to, vile.

Best chicken in town. I mean I'm going off one experience but god damn the chicken here is good and fast service. Only downside I can think is a little slow for putting an order in but they were pretty busy at the time. Update: used many times since then, never had a bad experience and food is always great, both chicken and pizza

Chips looked and tasted like reheated leftovers. The chicken (burger) was so salty it felt like i was eating a Himalayan lamp.

Used this place for kebab and chips several always gone there myself to order and pick up and i have always found the food and the service to be fine surprised at how many negative reviews there are here

I ordered chicken burger and spicy wings it had been prepared within 2 mins i was surprised I asked them i want fresh and hot they said its very hot after 10/15 I started to eat omg The chicken was dry its like they made it minimum 4/5 hours ago and the spicy chicken was terrible smell omg i lost my money Dont waste time and money.

Ordered a takeaway from here recently, Pizza was very good however my side of Wedges were mostly uncooked and mostly inedible, somewhat rude delivery driver aswell

Please dont order from this resturant. The person sitting on customer service line is extreme rude. They take your order and when you call to ask them he ll shout on you and then cancel your order. Please save your time and stay away from this.

As usual chicken is yummy , burgers are wonderful and juicy and pizzas are perfect melting and arrived super hot and tastey . Extra garlic bread as a free extra as always. Thanks USA fried chicken !

Definitely the worst meal in my life, The chips were so cold, and the food smelled like gas or burned oil, also the chicken wasn’t cooked enough. Don’t waste your money on this restaurant, because I just wasted 20£ for the worst meal ever. I did call them and they were so rude and clamming that never happened before and give some excuses, also I felt like they thought I wanted a free meal and they hanged up at the end.

The food was lovely and the portions large. The staff (including the driver) are also very polite and professional. Would definitely recommend.

If therer was a negative for service, I would have put that. So we went to grab a bite, ordered Chicken wings and chips worth £20. After we ordered then asked if we can have some chilli sauce which they charge too. I was happy to pay, i paid and as i was about to walk out i realised there are no tissues. So I grabbed some along the way about to leave. The man on the counter sarcastically said 'take some more'. I asked him are you seriously taking the piss? If you had given some i wouldnt have helped myself to get some tissues. This is a bare minimum courtesy. So i went ahead and grabbed more tissues as I thought you want to take the piss, I can too. But he got angry, start saying take the whole thing, whole shop. All the other staff ganged up together, there were other customers present, they were in shock with their behaviour. I gave their precious tissue back and walked out. Never ever going there again. Price are actually on the higher side comparing other shops. No suitable parking either. You will find better fried chicken around Norwich. AVOID if you have a choice not to go there.

Ordered via food hub , Order was excepted waited over 1hr , called store no answer then had a cancellation on the Order. Why accept it then mess us around gor a hour. Never using again!!!!!@@

Absolutely horrendous, Fries rock hard as been reheated, pitta burnt to a crisp, Chicken Pink and bloody in the middle took ages to arrive also! Stomach ache all next day and my partner being sick, avoid at all costs theirs some fantastic places in the city don’t waste your money on this dump

Completely hit and miss. Sometimes it's great and the delivery is so fast, other times you are waiting an hour and a half at least for your food from the point of ordering. They do the best popcorn chicken in Norwich and their wraps are good. Wings always tend to be a little pink.

It saying 44 minutes for delivery but the truth is they take 1 hour and 10 mnts sometimes more then that

All our food was cold and the chicken wings pink… I called up to explain and the guy just shouted at me called me a liar. He blamed salad and sauce as to why the kebab was cold and no answer for the chicken wings. Absolute clowns How is this shop still in buisness. Never again

Used to go here a lot years ago, but it has changed for the worse. They have a count down timer on their website (1 hour) which is pointless as it didn't even update. When I called to get an update as it had been well over an hour I got told food is on the way before I even gave my order number or any details....Clearly had no idea. When food eventually arrived it was dripping with grease/fat so much so that both bags for chips ripped and the chicken fell straight through the box it was meant to be in. 2 of us now feel ill after, will never order again

Fries tasted like cold microwaved McDonalds fries and the burger looked like it had been left in a Crematorium. So in conclusion never ordering from here again.

Hi I give 5 stars because I am always satisfied. Nice service, always fresh salads and fresh meat. Today I ordered a doner kebab with fries and a pizza. I got a large portion of fresh meat, fresh fries fresh salads and delicious pizzas. I am very pleased and recommend it to everyone.

The ham on pizzas is awful. Its like meat in cheap cat food. It's mainly water and tastes awful.I would rather have a lot less but have better quality meat like competitors. Delivery quick and friendly driver food was hot also, apple pie lovely . Just like mcdonalds.

Ordered chicken wings from here, ate one, noticed it didn’t taste right so I opened up the others and were completely pink inside!!! So worried I am going to get food poisoning, when I called the shop they didn’t even apologise , there reply was “well call just eat for a refund we use red chicken for wings” 😡😡 not even worth a one star … after this couldn’t even bring myself to eat the pizza !!!

Been eating from here for a while. Up until recently where me and my partner have both caught food poising from this place. Will definitely not be eating from here again, this place should be checked for its health and hygiene to prevent anyone else from being seriously ill.

Came to Norwich to visit family. Went in USA chicken for dinner. Ordered Donna and chips they were ok and the chicken we ordered was awful it spent of fish and gone off didn’t risk eating it as I have a little boy so stayed safe

Fries were chewy, pizza was cold and kebabs were just alright.... nothing special. When we contacted them they basically told us it was our fault for getting it delivered. Don't waste your money here.

Honestly an abismal experience, I've been served better food in prison than the garbage they served, the chicken that was delivered to me was pigeon like and was soaking wet. Also ignore the reviews on their website as "Yasmin" has written all of them. I've been to prison and even there the chicken was better. The chicken was so rubbery I'm surprised that Goodyear didn't ask for the recipe. The worst place I've ever been if you have any common sense don't order from here. Complete disappointment and a sham to the culinary institute

Would leave a 0 stars but can't, so we got given cold and food which looked like it was walked all over and then put in a crushed box.... We got 50% off next order and we used no issues... And we went to order again and our orders are being rejected after they take our money... AVOID AT ALL COST! The guy on the phone is so rude and refused us because we complained about the food... Even though they were our favourite takeaway... We ordered from them so many times.... Because we complained they decide to show there true colours.... Me and my boyfriend went there for food. When we opened it, they’d put the wrong sauce in my burger & none in his & the food looked undercooked!! So my boyfriend took it back & they denied doing it wrong & wouldn’t change it. They told him they wasn’t going to make it again or do anything about it & they wanted the rest of the food & drinks back! Luckily my boyfriend got his money back, but after a fuss!! Went after 10 o'clock, and whilst I understand that they weren't going to put any more Kebab meat on to cook (there was still enough to feed me) the staff were most obnoxious and basically forced me.into eating chicken strips. Once bitten twice shy don't recommend (well at least late on)

You will be much better off if you order in person and wait to collect, as this food after an hour that is needed for delivery will not taste as good. Fast food timings are short and an hour is already the top border. Time works against you. I always enjoyed to eat from there but only once requested delivery. Now I understand the difference. It applies to other shops as well.. the faster you get it the better it taste. Choice is yours. Try to order McDonald's and leave it for an hour before you start eating... Bin right away.

Ordered on a Friday night was very disappointed chips were hard and cold, donner meat was very overcooked, and as for the chicken burger it was pink with a large bright red blood clot looking thing in the middle shall never be ordering from here again!

Long curly black hair under the skin of my fried chicken and anaemic chips. Didn’t call to complain as what’s the point. I don’t want anything else from this place. Food was obviously travelling for ages as well a the bag was really soggy.

I’ve order a Shich Kabab wrap they’ve sent me a really hard lamp cubes in a wrap despointed of the service

No receipt, no gloves, no social distancing between staff and delivery drivers, no card machine especially during these times, food was greasy and the meat had a weird smell.

They forgot our pizza, and then the rest of the food was cold. The guy I spoke to was aggressive on the phone and said it's not his problem and if we don't like then just throw it in the bin but they won't be sorting this out even though it was their mistake.
