I would 100% recommend Ephesus take away and the delivery guy was lovely but could hear from from outside my block of flats and coming up the stairs as he was on the phone.. very loud but other than that I’m a very happy customer

They got my order wrong and the shish I got instead of kofte was dry stringy, tough and tasteless. won't be ordering from here again.

I called the staff and they were VERY RUDE. SHOUTED AT ME FOR NO REASON? The pizza was soggy too, i wanted to call them back because the bottom was very very soggy but i dont want to get shouted for NO REASON. PIZZA IS COLD AND SOGGY. im so not buying from here anymore. the delivery man was rude too. no.1. bull s h i t place

Was looking forward to this food as son had before and loves it. Preordained because it was easier. A very simple quick order. Was almost 30 mins late after preorder time, called before and assured it was on way. 15 minutes later arrived. Cold and with the cold drink also in yhe bag sweatting from when the food was hot. Grumpy driver I personally won't be busing again. I'm guessing food might of been alright had we been able to eat it. But cold and soggy

Meat was a bit too charred and half was to grisly to chew or swallow without choking.

Very late and in the end despite paying for delivery I had to go and collect. They said they were very busy but the shop was empty and nobody was doing anything and my food was just there getting cold. Chips were cold and kebab barely warm.

We went there with family food was so testy and delicious staff was friendly I read the other reviews some people really got sad life they are complaining everything

I order from here alot, but never again. That disrepectful to there returning customers they send me a kebab with no pitta and loads of soggy chips under the meat. You just lost a customer, this shows you don't care for your regulars. Keep the money.

Most horrible burgers we've ever had, chips like cardboard and the chicken wings was so hard they actually snapped my tooth in half on the first bite! the only thing good about it was the canned drinks

didn't even have a option to ask for salad on burger so I got a bunch of stuff I had to pick out. Also didn't put much cheese and what they did put fell out of burger before I opened. Last time ordering from here. Shameful the prices they charge and can't even do their job fully.

the last to meals i have had from here have been dreadful had tea with my son and family and when it arrived the pizzas were cold like eating cardboard the chips tasted like they had been re-heated but then left so were also cold if i had paid for this i would have rang up and complained but my daughter in law wont do this dont think i will b ordering from here again in a hurry.

Can never fault a pizza from here. The buy one get one free offer is definitely handy when wanting to feed a few for as little as possible. Friendly staff always making changes upon request. Can’t fault and would highly recommend.

My husband ordered himself a kebab going into the restaurant to order, he told me how friendly and kind the staff serving him were. He said he enjoyed his kebab.

Been coming to Ephesus for years and i have always been happy with everything I have ordered and I have always been impressed with how affordable it is. When I go in to collect they are always very friendly and welcoming!. I suggest trying it and don't be put off by any negative reviews as they are a needle in a hay stack.

Used to be the best Kebab in Norwich...unfortunately it is now the worst!!! Cheap and very nasty ingredients!!! What a shame.

Asked for a chicken rap and got Donna mix also chips where like rubber bands no BBQ sauce and most of all said it would be 30mins took more like hr and bit and to top it of got pizza instead of cheese cake

Have ordered pizza from here before which was fantastic! Ordered Chicken kabab today was not so nice. Old salad and onions was soggy and unappetising. Also chips and onion rings not freshly fried so cold and soggy. It all went in the bin....

Great food but need to let customers know when they are going to open. Its stated on website that they sorry they shut but will open tomorrow but they havent as this is now the 3rd day ive rang

Great food but driver was late by atleast 20 minutes, driver never reads comments and knocks so loudly at midnight on a weekday. All i ask is read the comments and be on time!

Ordered on Saturday 17th October 2020 had two pizzas Ham & Pineapple and a Chicken, Bacon, Tomato and they were gorgeous so tasty, delivery was quick and the delivery female was lovely and polite! Very good customer service! Thank you ever so much xxxx

Gave a large order over the phone half the food didn't come - called to advise and was told the driver will bring it to us. Only to open the door to a rude delivery man demanding payment again! Called again was told I'd get a refund.....2hours later called again as no refund received to be told I wouldn't be refunded!

After seeing a post on Facebook with evidence of the owners attitude and how they treat customers with poorly cooked food and abuse I can say this is one to avoid. Go elsewhere for your cheat meal.

Look out for the "combination of 2 kebabs". It's a bit misleading as you only get 1 pitta bread kebab (just with 2 meats in it). Other than not getting what was expected and so having to cook something else for someone, the food itself was reasonable.

My partner and I are STILL suffering from food poisoning from here a week later. Just don't go here, not worth the hassle of throwing up for a week really. Awful service too, the woman was soooo rude it was unreal when we told her we weren't well, tried to tell us we were lying.

AWFUL. me and my boyfriend both got food poisoning from pepperoni pizzas,phoned them up and the woman was EXTREMELY rude. In her words "wellll, most people actually go to the doctor's when they get food poisoning, so unless you've got a doctor's not you've got no proof". So what, are we supposed to go to the doctor's whilst throwing up all day? Great one lads
