The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving American food

Average food. Overpriced. We were the only people in the restaurant so there wasn’t much atmosphere. The wine was awful and we were brought the bill before the plates were cleared from the table. I wouldn’t go back but I did laugh a lot. 😆

We ate there the first day we arrived in Edinburgh, since we were on our way to the hotel and it was running late. My daughters were very curious to see what new products there were at the MC Donald's in Edinburgh that they don't serve in Spain. The truth is that with the machines you order the food in a moment and they serve it to you at the table. I was pleasantly surprised that they gave the option on the MC menu to change the typical fries for a salad. We liked the products we tried.

Food was nice, we both had the bbq burger. It was a little on the pricier side but I’m assuming that’s because of the area. Staff were fantastic, in particular Charlie. He was really attentive and all round just a nice friendly staff member. Thank you ☺️

Fui a mi cumpleaños a comer algo antes de una película y nunca he escrito una crítica antes, pero solo tengo que hacerlo esta vez. Angela, Nisma y Amanda eran simplemente señoras fantásticas que realmente fueron más allá de lo cual, realmente aprecio al igual que mi familia. Muchas gracias señoras!

Comida increíble, servicio increíble, ambiente encantador. Muy limpio, a un precio razonable. Muy recomendable. Gran comida para todas las edades

Recomendé visitar el club de desayuno Canary Wharf después de haber visitado en otro lugar, fue muy decepcionado! Desayuno frío, horrible y el personal fue grosero cuando intenté pedir que se quitara de la cuenta ya que mi marido no podía comerlo, sabía como si nos hubieran servido el desayuno viejo de alguien : ( cuando la camarera se llevó el plato nadie vino a hablar con nosotros y una vez que encontré a alguien que eventualmente llevara la cuenta no se había quitado, nadie se disculpó y para ser honesto excepto una camarera todos fueron bastante groseros y abruptos. ¡Evitaría!

Went here in 20203. Food wasn't great and the place was dirty! Went to Hensby in 2024 and it's completely close. It's the summer holidays so I'm not sure if sure its going to re-open??

Yo y algunos amigos reservamos una mesa para el boxeo esta fue nuestra primera vez asistiendo a este lugar y seguro decir que definitivamente no será la última. El ambiente era sobre todo extrovertido con la excepción de un pequeño grupo que estaban siendo extremadamente groseros con un miembro del personal que creíamos que era el gerente, debido a que no querían ver el boxeo, sino el fútbol en su lugar. Este asunto se trató profesionalmente y pudimos disfrutar del boxeo y el increíble servicio que dio este lugar.

Not surprised at the other bad reviews. Rude staff, desperate to grab your money.... Not happy how i was spoken to, the way they fronted us as we walked in and how he rudely pointed as well. Been to most of the shisha places round liverpool and the staff are always welcoming and respectful. Not here though. Won't be coming back.

A new manager has recently taken over this pub. Already the atmosphere has improved. We came this evening as it was the first quiz night. This was a great success and we can't wait to come back again next week.

Lucy and Brittany gentleman were brilliant .. they looked after us so well .. great food and cosy atmosphere all in all a lovely evening

Went in Friday evening with a friend for a few cocktails and some food… I was very indecisive on what I wanted as I’m not a big cocktail drinker but very quickly Hayden was there to make that choice easier; not to mention his cocktails were 10/10.

Disappointed with the new layout of the communal areas. It was much better when it was a seperate bar and restaurant. We went for a relaxing family birthday meal (our 2 course meal was included in our room rate) and found it to be anything but relaxing. No designated eating areas therefore we were surrounded by drunk, rowdy people knocking our chairs whilst we were trying to eat our food and generally being disruptive. Tables are too close together. The new work space where the bar used to be is a waste of space at the weekend. I think the hotel would benefit from creating a section for people who are having meals and a section for drinks only. There's nowhere else to sit in the hotel for guests. Couldn't fault our meals or the service however will not be returning for food at the hotel, we will just dine elsewhere if we ever stay again.

Foods amazing great taste and really good service by nance

We have visited twice in the last month. On both occasions we had a decent meal. The bacon sandwiches are very good and we have enjoyed various meals including the breakfast, the fish goujons & chips and the scrambled eggs on toast. Good value for money. Service was OK - it can get a bit busy/chaotic near the counter but relax and enjoy. A nice touch on Easter Sunday was giving children a cream egg.
