Poor slow service even when empty. Dirty tables. Flat lemonade. This branch is consistently a confused mess.

Great place to take children and good they do some healthy options now.

Probably the driest steaks you can get anywhere, seems they use old meat. Aside from that, the side dishes were good and the place / atmosphere is too. Be careful of their upselling when you order!

I didn't appreciate the door staff accusing me of starting a fight with my best friend and giving me a final warning when I've only been to the been to the venue ONCE until close, so it was very degrading being told I had been kicked out when I was not. Additionally I was given no reason, evidence or proof to why I had a final warning, so unless you actually have evidence don't point fingers at random people... That's just unprofessional as a business and in that case, no wonder your venue has 3 stars... Reading past reviews I've seen alot of people have problems with the door staff and management... so as a suggestion in the future please hire more professional door staff and get new management, or take a photo of the offending people, not to jump to conclusions so you don't mix up it up with other people and say the wrong thing! This has really affected me as a gay person who felt safe in Pulse during the one night I was there.

I had a great experience at Grillshake Havant! The burgers, steak, and whole grilled chicken were all absolutely amazing — full of flavor, cooked perfectly, and very fresh. You can really taste the quality in every bite. On top of that, the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service. Great food, great people — I’ll definitely be coming back again!😀😀😀

I used to be a loyal customer and order form here quite regularly but after the last two occasions I will now go elsewhere. On the first of my last two visits I was short changed on my regular order and on my most recent visit I ordered a doner meat, with wedges and salad, but all I got was wedges and salad...

As usual satisfied, the burgers were delicious and very nice service. I recommend everyone to try.
