Food never arrived. App said delivered , tried to contact shop with no answer. Had to order elsewhere after an hour waiting.

Decent guy who delivered my food early was polite and well spoken.

Spend over £50 for a very minimal amount to only receive half of the order. Minimal chips and cold wouldn’t ever order from here again

The original recipe chicken on the bone is my favourite and I would highly recommend this KFC as it's chicken is done to perfection.

no complaints with delivery. KFC on the other hand.. I don't think we will order again as this is the second time order not all there and it wasn't that big an order very disappointed

Courier would not enter my block of flats to deliver the food and sat in the car until I came outside for the food. First time this has ever happened and I withheld his tip for this reason.

waited for 2 hours. we had to come down to kfc to be told the J.E driver canceled the order which is disgraceful. Drivers should be given the authority to cancel peoples orders like this. Really not happy at all!

Ordered 2 twister box meals through the drive throu .Was serve at window twisters chips and a drink .Stated it was box meals was told by a rude man could not be changed..Tub of hot gravy was thrown at me with the lid not closed properly.Had burnt my hand and was covered with gravy.In the bag of food no napkins to clean my hands and no straws to drink my drink .Some staff have no consideration and manners for customers.Not good for business.

changed the delivery time 3 times. There is probably 4 KFcs within 3 miles of my house and I always used newtownabbey. my friend lives in longlands avenue literally ordered theirs over 40mins after I did because I put them in thexmood and the delivery driver had the cheek to deliver theirs on the way to my house. I will never order out of here again

I was missing a flaming wrap, put the request form in said you can’t give me one. £50 for a kfc and they forgot items now you won’t refund me joke. If I don’t get it back I’ll never use this service again

my family and i use this app quit often over the years, we did research on our orders from various company's through JUST EAT and have found out that a staggering 13% of our orders had items missing and in one case not delivered at all,

ordered a tower burger box meal didn't get the original piece of chicken! was looking forward to it after a 12hr shift!😪

The driver was very nice and the chicken was hot. My only complaint is that they put scrap pieces in a bucket. KFC is about chicken (not sandwiches) when I order pieces, I get backs and but pieces. No thighs or drumsticks. For the price that sucks

Asked for 1 corn on the cob. I got x2, asked for 1 mash and 1 small gravy. Got 2 large gravy. The bargain bucket was correct. The food was cold.

I assume it was very busy night as time of delivery changed couple of times and imagine staff doing their best. But chicken was overfried and hard on edges, wrap just not tasty. Both borderline cold.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE - My order took more than 1 hour and 45 minutes to be received and I live 0.6 miles away from this KFC. Food was cold, chicken slimey not crispy at all. Pop corn chicken was like chewing cardboard. Chips freezing.

Ordered 8 hot wings. Received none. Order 4 regular fries. Received only 3 and very small portions. Gravy was watery and generally very disappointing.

Food arrived over an hour late and was terrible quality. Had clearly been left sitting out; was cold and stale. Spoke to the kfc branch over the phone when I was waiting for the driver to collect and they said at that point the food had been sitting out for 45 mins and driver was a no show. Very disappointing delivery service. Drivers clearly care more about taking on more deliveries than they can fulfill in a reasonable timeframe than providing a high quality service

the beans were cold, the chips tasted off and still chunks of potato and the chicken was goey!!

Chicken was good but the chips were cold and rubbery. They don’t travel well.

Driver arrived with wrong order which he took away and said he would bring the right order. Nothing has arrived and after a call to KFC, I was told won’t arrive. Total disgrace and £30 holding on my account. Emailed just eat and if it’s not entirely refunded, will claim back through the bank as just eat are too keen to offer partial refunds when customers end up with literally nothing. Disgraceful service from just eats driver, KFC and just eat as a company as they have no option to call them.

3rd time here and the 3rd time my order has been wrong. The word 'Boxmeal' doesn't sound anything like 'banquet'! Is they're another term for the staff that work at this store. It's not rocket science. Simple English. I'm sure they're isn't many banquets sold at this premises considering they haven't a clue that it's not boxmeal. Get it sorted or sort the staff to know what the store actually sells and how the words are pronounced before employing them. One time is fair enough but 3 times is just pathetic. Get it sorted
