I’m a regular to the sandwich shop. Rolls are big and packed with filling. Great value for money. Cakes are also very nice and reasonably priced. Staff are always friendly and polite Would recommend

El viernes comenzamos a comer sándwiches crujientes de tocino y aguacate en la oficina y es un excelente comienzo para el día. Gran servicio increíble tocino.

The food and service here is excellent with well cooked and inventive dishes served by attentive staff. The face lifted surroundings are also good but lack atmosphere and would benefit from wall hangings or drapes in the evening.

I am currently devouring my second generous helping of breakfast. Mushrooms on toast. OMG. My eyes want a third but my belly prevails. I am pleasantly stuffed :). What a relaxed location. A warm feeling inspired by all the friendly staff. I felt very comfortable and at home here. Thank-you, thank-you, thank-you.

Best bacon sandwich for miles! Staff always friendly and coffee was lovely as well ! Dog friendly as well which is very handy. Had a little look at the furniture as well all looked lovely.

Fui a desayunar con un amigo un sábado por la mañana. Había una buena selección para un menú de desayuno y a un precio muy razonable. Tuve huevos halloumi (huevos Benedict con halloumi). El huevo fue escalfado perfectamente, una salsa holandesa muy cremosa y sabrosa y el halloumi estaba crujiente. Porción de buen tamaño para 5. El restaurante estaba probablemente 3/4 lleno y solo 2 miembros del personal, así que tuvimos que esperar un poco más de lo que nos hubiera gustado, sin embargo, la comida obviamente estaba recién hecha y feliz de esperar si la calidad está ahí. Definitivamente regresaría

Without question the food here is good. The tastiest sandwiches and cakes. However, the reception can vary depending on who is working. On our last visit the dark haired lady serving couldn’t even be bothered to say Hello and was actually a little rude. Felt rather unwelcome and uncomfortable whilst spending £20 on 3 sandwiches. We think we’ll spend our money elsewhere going forwards.

Perfect coffee and oh my the monster cookie is to die for. This has been my go to coffee shop during lockdown

Finally.. somewhere in Swanage with real taste! The Sandwich Shed is a hidden gem. Run by a lovely couple who have crafted a small and delicious menu, made up of gourmet sandwiches. All on homemade focaccia, my favourite was the BBQ beef brisket served with sauerkraut, smoked cheese, crispy onions and homemade black garlic sauce. Accompanied by some freshly cooked skinny fries and smoky “shed” slaw and a drink from the pub in which the SS is situated, there is nothing to fault. Would highly recommend to anyone who enjoys home cooked, quirky food.

Took my daughter and granddaughter to York , as a Thankyou my daughter took me to the Mad Hatters Cafe, all themed on Alice in Wonderland Mad Hatter's Tea Party. Great fun lots of oddities in the place. We had lots of fun

A friendly, family run local pub with great fresh food. We went for dinner to watch live music afterwards. I had the home made fish and chips which were excellent. My partner had a mixed grill which was huge! Can highly recommend the pub for meals and also for live entertainment. Good range of drinks at reasonable prices too!

Had an early start today, so popped in here for breakfast, never been in before, excellent service, very clean, lovely waitress and the eggs benedict was as good if not better than any I've had before and paid probably at least twice as much for. Partner had full english and said it was good, plenty of toast, so to summarise, good clean local cafe, exceeded expectations, just cant believe we've never been in before !!

Absolutely love this place. It's literally a minutes walk from me and I visit quite often. All the food is great quality and you cannot argue with their prices. The staff are always so friendly even when I put in my awkward breakfast order! The home made cakes are to die for. Can't recommend this place enough.

Was here this morning only had a porridge with Nutella but it was lovely and very filling will definitely go back for lunch as they have a lovely selection of salad and chicken all flavours

Lovely friendly staff. Even at busy times the staff remained really focused & served people with a smile. Drinks are very reasonably priced & I will become a regular.
