Best bacon sandwich for miles! Staff always friendly and coffee was lovely as well ! Dog friendly as well which is very handy. Had a little look at the furniture as well all looked lovely.

No llegamos a Portslade con frecuencia y la última vez que probamos Franklin's, llegamos justo cuando estaban cerrando. Esta vez nos aseguramos de llegar antes y decidimos almorzar. Llegamos en coche y hay un aparcamiento gratuito en la calle al oeste de Boundary Rd. Era un día soleado y las mesas exteriores se veían atractivas, pero optamos por el interior, con los muebles eclécticos y una gran parte del negocio de antigüedades. El menú es simple y tuvimos un buen deshielo de atún. Y hacen un gran café. Pero fue la muy cálida bienvenida lo que realmente nos deleitó y el hecho de que el perro se hizo tan bienvenido. Definitivamente vendríamos de nuevo si necesitamos estar en Portslade.

Sampled homemade soup, sandwich and salad for lunch. All very fresh and tasty. Good coffee too and tables outside to enjoy the sunshine.

Lovely place with quirky interior pieces. Salami and avocado sandwich very delicious and honey/almond cake light and beautifully tasty

Friendly welcome and excellent coffee and cake at this little gem of a place! Easy to find and the bonus is that it's also great for browsing for those special gifts.

Franklins has a very nice atmosphere to it as it is situated in a shop with lots of interesting vintage recycled/reclaimed pieces of furniture and stuff. The coffee was good and the Victoria sponge was very nice. Altogether pleasant!

Nueva cafetería oficialmente apertura Miércoles 30 Marzo 2016. Fuimos para una inauguración el lunes y una absoluta encontrar. Antiguos y pintados a mano que ahora tienda de muebles disponía de una elegante cafetería. Creo que Bill se encuentra con lotes pequeños. Excelente café recién hecho y pasteles de panini y tartas preciosas que me dijeron de la Flores Panadería Pot Una adición muy necesaria a Boundary Road, compruébalo.
