We came here for afternoon tea which was amazing. Instead of the traditional sandwiches it consisted of a caramelised onion sausage roll, cheese and ham croquette, avocado halloumi and chili jam bap and a pulled pork bun. Unlimited hot drinks as well as your iced lattes. Service was excellent by all members of staff especially Rhys who couldn’t do more for us. One person couldn’t make it so he boxed it up for us and offered a takeaway drink as well. Thank you for an excellent experience and we would definitely come again!

Why does this guy from linivady get to shut early. Spinning mill has been loosing crowd, just cos this guy wants to go home, pay someone else that will stay open!! Bring back Connor, Nikita, and Rebecca!!!

Stopped here for some cheap pre gig food. Fancied a wrap. Chose the amigos wrap meal with chips and drink. Perfect. However...a bit disappointed it was nothing much better than the MacDonalds wraps. Something tells me I should have tried the buffalo one but I prob won't return here. They do burgers and a few side bites for variety. Maybe I just chose poorly. It wasn't awful, just not really worth the price. Clean unisex toilet though 👍

The steak was good, tender and tasty. The rest of the food and extras were average only. There were no vegetables offered as side dishes and it was expensive for what you got.

I have a serious allergy to fresh strawberries and we explained to staff and they were amazing at dealing with it and also putting our minds at rest of no risk! Brilliant to see an informed response to an allergy and staff going above and beyond for customers

Food was fine. But managers attitude was unpleasant. Our first trip to London. Very disappointed by nasty disposition about something very simple including arguing about the bathroom.

Fuimos en familia después de leer críticas mixtas, todavía pensamos que probaríamos las hamburguesas y todos teníamos mucha hambre después de un largo día. Para empezar hay un olor horrible en el interior. Visitamos la sucursal de Leicester Square. Las mesas claramente no están limpias y la nuestra estaba pegajosa. La comida estaba por debajo de la media. Los palitos de mozzarella en realidad eran bastante agradables, pero la hamburguesa de pollo fue una decepción, al igual que las patatas fritas con queso. Lo peor de todos los baños fue una desgracia absoluta. La salsa está sucia, los cubículos no se cierran correctamente, el jabón barato de Tesco y los portarrollos estaban rotos. ¡No malgastes tu dinero o tiempo aquí!

Food was tasteless.bearly warm. Place was dirty. Staff were OK. Won't be going back there again ever. Wouldn't recommend people to go there either

Hamburger discreto e patatine buone. Il tutto però servito in una busta di carta dove si mischia tutto (anche se i panini sono incartati con stagnola). Se vuoi prendere qualcos’altro da bere dopo aver pranzato non lo puoi fare perché dicono che possono vendere bevande solo abbinate. Rapporto qualità prezzo discutibile. A Londra ai trova di (molto) meglio allo stesso importo

Overpriced and not very good food, really basic ordinary fast food fare, a burger is 7-12 pounds and then you have to pay five quid on top for a portion of chips! Daylight robbery! If you are asking that much for a fairly average burger the chips should be included! No meal deals, if you want a burger, chips and a drink they are all getting on for 10 pounds on average for the burger then about five pounds for chips and five pounds on top for a drink! Ever heard of meal deals shake shack? At least Dick Turpin had the grace to wear a mask when he robbed you! Such premium prices might be justified if it were real cordon bleu fare, but it's really poor greasy stuff. Also why are hot dogs all beef now in these places? Proper Hot dog sausages are pork! Beef hot dog sausages taste awful! (also you can't have a decent hot dog because every ingredient that makes a hot dog proper is charged on top. So you're left with just a bland dry sausage and bread if you don't want to pay a fortune! Again daylight robbery-five guys has the same extortionate practice I hate it)

Over half of the other tables gave up waiting for their food whilst we were there. We waited over an hour for our lunch (4 burgers), when the food eventually turned up it was wrong (salad instead of a burger in one case). Complete lack of apologies or updates from waiting staff. Pretty shocking.

Poor value for money. Very overpriced for what it was, nothing like the pictures on the menu. Small portions and lots of things out of stock.
