Pretty pathetic, food was all frozen stuff reheated and tasteless. Expensive and nothing special at all. Wanted to change the side for something else that was cheaper and they said no. Save your money and go to next door KFC, Tortillas or McDonald's instead

Français : Nous connaissions le Ed's de Picadily (parfait❤), et avons voulu essayer celui-là. Tout d'abord on nous places sur une table non nettoyé, voyant notre réaction la serveuse nous change de table...La commande fut rapide et le service tout autant, peu d'attente entre les deux.Une fois notre plat terminé, nous regardions la carte des desserts quand la serveuse (Nadya) nous apporte directement l'addition SANS nous avoir demandé si nous voulions un dessert, en faite elle nous a simplement mis dehors!!Cette "Nadya" avait l'air de faire la tête tout au long du service.Ce sera donc notre première et DERNIÈRE visite chez Ed's Victoria Station English:We knew Picadily's Ed's (perfect), and wanted to try that one. First we are placed on an uncleaned table, seeing our reaction the waitress changes us table ... The order was fast and the service as much, little wait in between. Once our dish finished, we were looking at the dessert menu when the waitress (Nadya) brings us the bill without asking us if we wanted a dessert, in fact she just put us out! This "Nadya" seemed to be the head of the service. This will be our first and last visit at Ed's Victoria Station

Llegué, reservado con una fiesta de 24. Mayor con una cálida sonrisa genuina y sentado a la vez. La comida llegó en 15 minutos y fue fabulosa. Para los 24 invitados, los platos principales se sirvieron dentro de una ventana de cinco minutos, muy impresionante para una fiesta de 24, de hecho lo mismo con los desiertos.La comida fue presentada como se describe, se veía y sabía apetitosa y fue devorada por mi grupo!Durante nuestra estancia, el personal fue muy atento sin ser dominante. ¡Definitivamente regresaré, tanto personalmente con mi familia como con mis clientes! Muchas gracias al equipo de Victoria Place Ed's Easy Diner, ¡fueron increíbles!

Después de haber visto a Ed en Instagram, la comida es definitivamente más pintoresca que sabrosa. Quería probarlo, pero nunca tuve la oportunidad debido a que un restaurante no era local para mí, pero en un viaje a Londres tuve la oportunidad de creerme, no hay nada que gritar. Como camarera, puedo ser hipercrítico del servicio pero, aquí, el personal fue desatento y prestó poca atención a nuestra mesa durante toda la noche, ignorándome en algunas ocasiones cuando fui a pedir la factura. El servicio de comida fue rápido, sin embargo, fue arrojado como un buffet sin ningún control de calidad. La carne en la hamburguesa y el perrito caliente sabía a prótesis como si hubiera sido inyectada con un líquido para rellenarla y hacer que pareciera más grande a la mitad del precio y el pan en el perrito caliente parecía empapado en vinagre o aceite. La calidad de la comida y el tamaño de las porciones eran deficientes para decir que los platos principales tenían un precio de 8. 50 (solo) y 11. 50 con un lado de tamaño estándar: puede obtener una hamburguesa y papas fritas que son de mejor calidad y porciones más grandes en Five Guys por aproximadamente el mismo precio. Las bebidas ni siquiera valieron la pena, siendo 3 para Pepsi Max recargable que sabía a agua carbonatada marrón. No lo recomendaría y no volveré. Decepcionado de haber esperado casi un año para probar esto y no fue lo que esperaba

If you want to experience American diner style, you are at the right place (nevertheless I suppose that the Ed's restaurant in Soho is better for the atmosphere). The food is quite nice (but nothing exceptional). Unfortunately the seats are outdated and deserve to be replaced. A little bit disappointed by the Cheesecake. I recommend anyway.

I visted this store this afternoon around 5.15. The train station is always busy but with it being gay pride in London today lots of families were out and about and looking for somewhere to eat, plus the ususal travellers that are looking for food between waiting for their connections.We opted to go here as the menu met with my fussy sons aproval. We were seated straight away, which was pretty impressive as it was quite busy, buts thats when it all went down hill. We looked at our menus picked and waited and waited for the waitresss to come and take our order. It took nearly half an hour to get to this stage and I would have left but my son has autism and he had set his heart on his meal and to change it and try somewhere else would have caused issues.Once ordered out food didn't actually take that long to be served up, but we were still waiting for drinks. It was very hot today and we needed the fluid. I approached the waitress to remind her we were still without drinks and she snappily told me she has 21 table to cover, to meet, greet and seat, hand out menus, take orders, serve, clean away and settle bills. And she was right what kind of restaurant tries to run it with such limited staff. There were two people cooking the food, while she did the rest. From reading several of the reviews this isn't a one off, it seems to be a recurring problem.When we go out we would normally have 3 courses as a treat but after the long wait we just had a main meal and left it at that. Whilst we were there several people came in were seated and like us left sitting threre, but a lot of them didn't stay sitting they walked, right to the nearest restaurant next door. I'm sure Prezzo are really grateful for the extra business you are putting there way.Sadly despite the food being tasty, and served quickly, everything else lets it down, at least if you have a drink in front of you, you feel that you are being looked after and valued. Most restaurants at least offer a drink and let you know that there may be a delay in dealing with you, but this obviously isn't the case here.

Lunchtime visit, busy mainline train station and one server. Waited to order as she was busy with everyone else. Food was ok when it came but management need to put more staff on as customers were walking away

Visitamos hoy, 20 minutos para incluso pedir una bebida. La comida finalmente llegó sin acompañamiento, recordé al servidor y llegó después de que termináramos nuestra comida, ¡así que no tiene sentido tenerla entonces! La ensalada de col era cálida y burbujeante, pero el gerente, que dijo que la habían guardado en la nevera, desestimó mi preocupación.No visitaré otro comensal, simplemente me alegro de no haber apurado por un tren

Visited Ed's for a couple of milkshakes as we often do before having to catch our train or coach from Victoria. The service has always been fine, albeit a little slow due to the lack of staff that are on shift at any one time.On this occasion however, our server (name on the receipt says Nadya) was extremely rude to me. We were sat waiting for a while & I was conscious of having to catch a coach immenently, but I could also see that she was busy, so when she brought our shakes over I asked "could we get the bill when you've got a moment please?"... she cut me off mid sentence and snapped "yes but I am very busy!"I can sympathise that its not great being on the floor by yourself, trying to make drinks & serve tables but her response could have been a little more polite, especially as the people in the booth behind us heard it all & could probably see the embarrassment on my face!

Went for a quick snack breakfast - egg muffin with bacon & cup of tea - and found the food good & the service pleasant.

went here last week after eating in lots of eds diners but this one is awful, was with my grandaughter we waited 20 mins for waiter to take order even after we were served with our drinks we did tell him we were ready to order , resturant was not busy and staff were standing around just chatting, tables needed cleaning, my grandaughter got the hotdog n chips was ok but chips were over cooked, i got the eds special salad and it was just a bowl of lettuce with a few strips of chicken , couldent see or taste no bacon or blue cheese as stated on menu . so for £27 i would really go elswhere .

We arrived on an overnight flight, dropped our bags at our hotel and proceeded to find something to eat. We thought this was easy and decided to stop before we got on the tube. Big mistake. It was good of other customers so there was no excuse for the inattentiveness. We were seated and given menus and we waited and waited and waited for 30 minutes before we have up and left after having our drinks. NO ONE took our order. Nada. So glad the rest of our trip was the exact opposite of this experience. Avoid because you will go hungry.

Nous déambulions dans cette grande gare ferroviaire - routière de Saint Victoria à la recherche d'autre choses que des sandwichs... Au 1er étage de la galerie marchante, j'ai fait un stop net devant ce beau "dinner" US des années 60.Bien servis, nous nous sommes régalé. Allez y sans hésiter

I want here with my family to eat the food was amazing the Service was spot-on showed us to our table and gave us the food menu the table was cleaned and the staff way very friendly the Burger was really nice and juicy nothing wrong with it at all the hot dog was perfect my daughter love it me and my wife had the Big American combo omg the food was so delicious the ribs was falling off the bone I don’t get way people put fake reviews about this place I say it how it is and take pictures for everyone to see what it’s like I would recommend this place to anyone anytime I will go back again very soon maybe next week when I’m off if you want real food that not microwaved come here Wetherspoons microwave lots of the food and I don’t see people put bad review about it people give bad reviews with out pictures because they tried to get something for free and failed believe me when I say this is out standing place to eat and cheap ps OMG the milkshakes is to die for and the Desert was the two but us 4 had it so well done see you lit soon

Pedi um hambúrguer vegano maravilhoso. Leve e saboroso. Não dá para dizer que não é carne vermelha. O ambiente é super descolado e divertido!

Ordered vegan burger & fries.Staff not welcoming & I had to try to grab their attention for a menu & to order etc. Food took a while coming. Place was deserted.Decor attractive.This was the worst vegan burger I have ever tasted , was like eating play doh. It had all green mushy stuff on it , couldn’t figure out what it was , definitely not mushy peas, it was foul.I felt let down as had been looking forward to trying their new vegan burger.I couldn’t finish it& actually felt sick after it.The chips were dry & not too warm ,they tasted unpleasant. Loved the strawberry vegan shake though( luckily I had some left after eating the burger&quickly drank it to take the taste away).After paying at the table I decided to leave , staff didn’t offer a smile or a thank you as I walked away & felt they were glad there was one more customer there for them to ‘deal with ‘& I walked away feeling anonymous & unwelcome, won’t return here.

Took kids quickly before seeing a show at nearby theatre. What a mistake. Horrible, greasy, cheap burgers. They managed to leave the cheese out of a cheeseburger. I ordered a salad that was more dressing than vegetable. Limp chips that tasted of dirty oil. Kids chose to go hungry rather than finish the food. Place was understaffed, so tables dirty, everyone trying to get served (it’s at a station, so people want something quick). To top it all, it was expensive and staff weren’t friendly. Nasty experience. Makes me feel grubby just to recall it.

I gave it a middle of the road review as we went there three times on our trip to London as it was right by our hotel.First night the 31st of Jan. I had the chicken burger my grandpa got a hamburger, the food was awesome.went back the 1st of Feb as we liked it so much. food was good but service was off.went back a third time on the 5th as we were tired and wanted a place by the hotel. The service was got great and the food was not great either.

I understand if you have a problem with Ed's because it's not the best run place in London and it's not healthy! However if you're after cool Americana and tasty comfort food then this is your kinda place. I'd give it 5 but we were overcharged for our drinks - probably by accident but it's quite lazy.

Apareció aquí el sábado por la noche cuando todo lo demás estaba cerrando, la señora dijo que se estaban cerrando en 15 minutos, pero todavía podíamos pedir, la comida era buena, no tenía prisa a pesar de que probablemente estaban esperando para ir a casa, el servicio también era bueno. así que tengo 50% de descuento

Tuvimos una mala experiencia en este restaurante. Mal servicio con comida de calidad inferior. La camarera no estaba atenta y desinteresada, claramente no quería estar allí. Tomó un tiempo para llamar su atención para tomar nuestras órdenes. Nunca nos preguntó si estábamos satisfechos con la comida, lo cual es una práctica bastante estándar.No me impresionó la calidad de la comida. Ciertamente no era valor para el dinero. Mejor voy a Burger King en mi opinión.No recomendaría! ! !

Fuimos para el desayuno y estaba satisfecho con la comida, aunque es un poco caro. Por ejemplo, un desayuno Burger normalmente viene con patatas fritas o patatas y judías, pero no sólo una hamburguesa, £7.95 . Que es un poco caro, pero por lo demás es muy bueno! La encantadora decoración pero lástima Máquina no jugar lo que quieres que te pierdas un 20 p!

Metimos en aquí para un almuerzo rápido entre citas! Me encantó el estilo del restaurante y la música! Hay mucho donde elegir en el menú y para los precios de Londres, me pareció que era razonable! Pedí la hamburguesa tirada de cerdo que venía con patatas fritas, aros de cebolla y col, buena parte de tamaño, caliente y muy sabroso. El único inconveniente para mí era el servicio lento lo que significó que luego tarde para esta cita! Me gustaría volver cuando no estoy prisa para disfrutar de la música y estudiar el menú más!

Me encanta el pero en el West End de Ed, puede que tengas que esperar bastante tiempo por una mesa. Este fue mucho más tranquilo y

Situato all'interno di Victoria Station in stile Fonzie con menu di hamburger e affini. Servizio molto lento e confusionario con personale in numero molto limitato. La qualità non è eccelsa.

Poor food, expensive and extreamly bad management. Hotdogs were deep fried, chips weren't fried properly, small portion of chips containing 6 chips, everything was cold. The place is a joke and I will be writing to head office over this.What a rip off!

This restaurant is in Victoria Place right by (indeed practically part of) Victoria Station. The decor is 1950’s American, with plenty of 4 seater booths. There is a good selection of burgers available, plus hot dogs and chicken. I went for the "Big Bubba's Bacon n' Cheese" as an "Ed's Plate", which added fries, onion rings and coleslaw. The burger was great - really tasty. The fries were also good, but the onion rings were average. On the whole a really good meal. They only serve filter coffee, but it was fine. Service was very friendly and quite quick. If you have a train to catch soon you may want to try somewhere else, but here you should take time to enjoy your food and a break from travelling or shopping. Worth a visit.
