Tuve una deliciosa comida de dos platos de nuevo esta noche. Nuestro servidor era John y nos ha servido 3 veces en el último mes. Él es tan agradable y servicial haciendo sugerencias de lo que debemos probar del menú. sin duda volveremos de nuevo.

Bien cuidado por el maravilloso John que era nuestro servidor. Fue muy amable y atento durante nuestra visita. Es un gran embajador de la compañía. La comida era increíble y el menú es variado y atiende a todos los gustos. Volveré seguro.

Gran lugar para visitar cuando compras en Glasgow fuerte! No puedo esperar a mi próxima visita para la envoltura de cajún - literalmente obsesionado! Servicio siempre increíble! ¡El equipo de espera siempre hace lo posible para garantizar que lo pasemos de lo mejor!

Food was absolutely disgusting. Frozen burnt chicken tenders. Almost broke my teeth, pasta was worse, tomato pure with a few chillies, kiddies pasta shapes lol.. first time I’ve left a restaurant without tipping. -1/5 stars

Went here at the weekend , ordered 2 spaghetti bolognase plus 2 glass of juice cost( £33 40 ) shocking for quick lunch. To top it off the portions were a disgrace over £13 per dish. The portions wouldn't have satisfied a kid

Surprised to find a F&B still open, place had a good atmosphere, good menu and special meal offers, staff were friendly and overall it was very good

Out shopping at The Fort and ready for dinner. Visited this well known outlet and was not disappointed. Our server was Kirsten and she was so friendly and attentive during our visit. She is a great ambassador for the company. A big shout to the kitchen brigade for the amazing food. Menu is varied and caters for all tastes. This is a must visit restaurant when in the area. Will be back for sure.

Visited a couple of days ago and we were seated immediately. My baby is still too small for a high chair so staff seated us at a table with enough room for a pram to be placed next to us. Our drink and food order was taken very quickly and staff worked around an extra chair being placed at booth to feed the baby! Food was amazing! We bought from the lunchtime menu and portion sizes were still decent. Haven’t been here for about 10 yrs but will definitely visit again soon.

Came out for a birthday celebration with family. Called to book a table of 9 and got the time we requested. When we arrived we got a friendly welcome & seated straight away. Service was prompt & friendly throughout our visit. We really enjoyed our meals, which where served hot & right even although we had a few fussy kids. They ask about allergies at the start of visit which is great as we have someone with a dairy intolerance. Overall we had a great lunch & will come back again.

I really hate writing a bad review as usually our visits here have been lovely. My husband and I went for breakfast and after reading online that they serve until midday we left the house around 11.15 and got there at the restaurant for exactly 11.35. We asked to have breakfast and the woman at the front desk said no our breakfast stopped at 11.30.. really!!! I said oh no we were so looking forward to it. And this was met with a blank stare. For 5 mins out.. they lost our custom which I doubt any restaurant can afford with the current climate. Please either update your website information to reflect this change or have a little heart and don't be so stingey with a 5 minute time difference in future.

Our family of two adults, a 7.5 and 5.5 year old visited here one Saturday evening. We booked online using the app which is very efficient. We had a 20% voucher to use from subscribing to their emails. The restaurant was packed as you'd expect on a Saturday. A warm welcome and seated at a nice booth by the window. Table and chairs clean and service attentive throughout. Kids food choices were good though I'm not sure there's much difference between portion size for small and big eaters. My daughter had the chicken nuggets which were good and my son enjoyed his cheeseburger. The deal comes with one side but you can order more sides. My wife and I had burgers. She perhaps chose wrongly as she just wanted a cheeseburger with extra bacon but chose the double cheeseburger! She was floored by it. My blue cheese and mushroom on the burger was excellent. Kids had ice cream and brownie for dessert but my wife and I just enjoyed our drinks. Food is what you'd expect from F&B but full marks for service, atmosphere and having an all age menu. Enjoy!

I’ve not been to a Frankie & Benny’s in years so myself and my girlfriend decided to go here for dinner tonight. I had mozzarella sticks to start which were good and she had cheese + bacon potato skins which she liked so we thought we were off to a good start. I ordered a margherita pizza and she ordered bolognese… the cheese that was on the pizza was hard, congealed and plasticky (definitely not mozzarella) & I had to pick a lot of it off and the pasta was a funny brown colour rather than a red tomatoey sauce and my girlfriend thought it tasted funny (some of the pasta was also congealed). We ordered a side of loaded lava fries which came dry with no sauce on them and I had to send them back to get them made properly. The bill came to nearly £50 but luckily they took my blue light card, so we managed to get 20% off. If we hadn’t gotten a discount I would’ve been even more displeased, definitely won’t be back - save your money and go elsewhere that will actually serve good quality food.

This is usually a place I would just walk past and not really go to as it has such a bad rep, but I am so glad i tried it for myself. Me and my boyfriend came here and for starters we had garlic bread, mozzarella sticks and chips with pulled pork all over. The mozzarella sticks were the best I have ever tasted, super crispy and cheesy as well as the loaded fries were 10/10. For mains we had the BBQ pizza which was unreal. I must also say the sweet potato fries were to die for. The server was so nice to us and really catering. Definitely will be back here, super fast service too

Great food and excellent service at glasgow Fort. JOHN is by far the best server. Quick friendly service with a smile.

I took my family out for breakfast as it was my sons 15th birthday and food wasn't as good as yrs ago, then to top it off my son found a hair in his food. Never going back!! I could have made the food in the house for less. NOT as great as it used to be!!

Was in for dinner last night, had the chicken and prawn Alfredo and my husband had a pizza, both were just delicious! Restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, even though it was busy, great attitude from staff, very attentive and friendly! Our server was Helen, what a delightful person with a great sense of humour, nice to see the staff happy in their workplace! Highly recommend

Popped in for lunch with my family on Sunday afternoon, had the best time! Food was lovely, arrived at appropriate times, the staff were amazing, we were served by Helen and she couldn’t have been nicer! The kids loved it, will definitely be back

Great service from Lukas and really tasty food. Service made us feel very welcome and at ease. Will comeback soon.
