Kfc in Glasgow City

Food ready quite quickly and served hot.

By far the worst kfc about past 3 orders I’ve had have had missing items plus everything’s over cooked or soggy it’s rank workers need to get their finger out instead licking the floors

Asked for a breast of chicken in my box meal. Was told this could not be guaranteed. This happens in most KFC's I attend. Specialise in chicken yet im told their is no breast makes no sense. However, there was one breast left albeit it looked like it has been sitting awhile. Nothing bad to say about the staff. Just disappointed again

food was cold not just warm it was actually cold

order was late by about an hour despite being ordered early for a specific time slot, resulting in one of the family beING unable to actually have theirs because they had to leave to go work

£29 for 4 pieces of chicken and few chips which was all cold, beans were very dry. Was not the same without the mash potato’s that i had asked for.

Burger was lovely, beans were alright, chips went in the bin

The food was not the best portion small and 2 legs in the 2 piece is unusual

As ever you get half your order. I can then wait 7 days to maybe get the money back. In the mean time i have paid a delivery charge again to get my child food.

the worst experience I ever had . they delivered my food after 2 hours of order some items were missing and the worst was that 2 pieces of chicken were just halfway cooked. all order went to the bin . very disappointed

sent my original order. called about missing product and girl was absolutely lovely about ut and sorted it asap. Great customer service 👏 👌

Delivery guy was very nice but the delivery time kept changing so the delivery was ok the food was really nice and that's my review.

ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMERS I THE PLACE AND THEY ASK YOU TO ORDER AT THE STUPID HIGH TECH ORDER POINTS...... WHICH I HATE... AND COULDN'T DO WHICH LEFT ME GOING THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH AND SITTING IN THERE CAR PARK WITH MY CHILDREN.... UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED RUINED OUR DAY OUT!!!!! git my order there wasn't one single thing right on my order there were items missing and things I asked ti be took off were swimming in it lettuce and sauce when I asked for it not to be absolute disgrace then phoned and were supposed to send out another order which never got delivered and apparently was the fault of th3 driver and this cost me even more money London road kfc are an absolute disgrace

Spend over £80 on a order and was messed up so phone up and they have sent a new order out but the just eat driver has taken the food and not delivered it almost 2 hours later they still can't tell me anything and now say the shops closed complete waste of money and time wouldn't order from here again pure robbed and messed about. Fuming with this restaurant utter joke

Took far too long for food. Only ordered 2 meals through the drive thru & waited at least 20 minutes. The whole time I was waiting, i didn't see one person go through the drive thru & come out with food. Every single person. Got their drinks and then told to park and their food would be brought out to them

Every time we order a bucket that includes popcorn chicken, the popcorn chicken is missing. Fair enough we can get a refund but the fact the popcorn chicken is for someone and they are missing out on part of their meal is not acceptable

Delivery driver, careless, and rude did not check the receipt before leaving the restaurant to ensure that he had all items restaurant also negligent in making sure all items were there

Ask for drumsticks in my 2 piece meal in the notes &that’s what I got ,food was lovely &hot ,chips had a bit to much pepper on them for me ,but overall great service

Went into the KFC for food and was given excellent service by all employees, the quality of service in this kfc compared to the one in Argyle Street. One of these employees I believe is named Jamie.

meal for 2 comes to 36 quid- joke. bottle of coke missing at 3.49. chicken bites at 3.99 missing.

There was no chips with it, just can’t seem to find phone number to phone yous, very very upset, paid a lot of money for my order, want my chips….

Food was missing items as usual! Chicken was solid brick hard couldnt even bite in to the burger, the wrap looked as though it had we flung off a walk absolute waste of £40 never be ordering for here again far to many times now somethings went wrong.

Tried to use my Blue light card. 1st member of staff was young and was no help at all .. tried again myself to no success .. approached staff again .. was told to use order board and scan my card .... Hate the boards to start with .. end result .. payed FULL price as NO option to scan my card. Not happy with KFC and Blue light. Also signal on phone to access blue light card and KFC app was crap.

Once again the KFC clowns excelled themselves. I ordered a Double Gravy bucket yes you guessed it no gravy!!!! Which ruined my enjoyment of the meal. Come on KFC London Road Glasgow. Must do better!!!

Ordered a boneless box at £25.99 and paid another £5.99 for extra hot wings. They sent the hot wings and left out the boneless chicken. Like why would I order a boneless box if I just wanted wings. Need a degree in stupidity to work there

Very poor service, I had to contact the courier via the app as they were lost, I could see they were sitting about 2mins from our address. I then had to give them directions which they didn’t understand and drove straight past our offices which are clearly sign posted. The courier finally phoned me and took another couple of minutes to drive back down the road where I was waiting outside the gate. All the food was cold and one of the meals wasn’t delivered, SHOCKING SERVICE

All chicken was so dry we could not eat it. The chicken skin was so hard. The chips and gravy were fine. This cost me over £30 and I am looking for a refund on the 10 pieces of chicken. I think the chicken has been made ages ago and has all dried up.

I didn’t receive my full order had two missing items. I’ve been in touch with just eat about this and sent them photos of my receipt and the order bag and the items I received to show what was missing.

The chips were black and frozen and the chicken was so dry I couldn’t eat it the meal was a waste of money which I would like back
