guy was great but order was missing item

So disappointed in the quality of the food. The fries were cold, hardly any in the bag and the zinger wrap was dry and tasteless.

asked for burger to have no lettuce or mayo got both meant to get a drink with my meal plus paid for another one only received one

I had to wait 2.5 hrs for this order and by the time it came it was very cold and I had to bin it. There were very few chips also. This is the worst experience ive had with this app. The delivery guy seemed extremely busy but I dont think it was his fault as it took the restaurant a very long time to prepare the order.

Never received a bottle of Pepsi max that I ordered

Not somewhere I visit needed bit to eat and drink. Young Churchill was so helpful by helping place order for me and bringing over. This young man has been raised correctly and it shows. The establishment was clean, not having to wait to long for order . Liked it was quiet and you could hear yourself think. Music playing loud enough to hear but not invade. Well done all. Management take notice of good customer care from Churchill, this makes a huge difference to customers 😀

large gravy tub was half empty

Food was cold and very dry 😒. Staff not very helpful when asking my drink to be changed as they given me wrong one.

Horrible staff on 15th March 2025 at 8pm, watched a man walk to till to be served and refused service and told to order on screens when he wasn’t able to read the screens because he didn’t have glasses on that day. When he asked for a manager she came out and made cheeky comments and made him order on the self service screens with her. What’s the point in having “happy to serve you at till” signs when the staff are clearly miserable horrible girls that try and seek validation from other staff after sending an old man out the store because he wasn’t able to read or work the self order screens. Ridiculous! The 2 girls who spoke with him don’t deserve a job there if they can’t communicate in a professional manner with the public with disabilities. I wasn’t with the old man but by seeing the way he was spoken to I will NEVER be coming back to this KFC. Appalling!!!!

Went for a drive through we’d 5/3@6 pm I , got a party box and the chicken was packed into one bucket all ,squeezed in .chicken , pieces , hot wings and strips . Went back in and asked the staff to pack it properly the way it should be and all he did was take the hot wings out . The chicken strips were left in the bucket and had been packed that badly that the coating and the strips were all stuck together . Salt was in the small packets lying at the bottom of the bucket . £37 odds and half of it thrown away . The lovely lady at the drive through said at the time . I’ve no idea why they have put this in the 1 bucket . A total disgrace it was a waste of money and won’t be back . A small Asian girl said it’s fine it’s all there . Totally unacceptable, what is it cutting down on using other buckets in this place for packing the chicken .

Ordered a 3 piece Colonel’s meal and got three lousy drumsticks. Why don’t you mix up the chicken pieces. This has happened on numerous occasions. I don’t mind one drumstick in the mix but 3 … ridiculous! £30 order… !

As ever you get half your order. I can then wait 7 days to maybe get the money back. In the mean time i have paid a delivery charge again to get my child food.

git my order there wasn't one single thing right on my order there were items missing and things I asked ti be took off were swimming in it lettuce and sauce when I asked for it not to be absolute disgrace then phoned and were supposed to send out another order which never got delivered and apparently was the fault of th3 driver and this cost me even more money London road kfc are an absolute disgrace

Spend over £80 on a order and was messed up so phone up and they have sent a new order out but the just eat driver has taken the food and not delivered it almost 2 hours later they still can't tell me anything and now say the shops closed complete waste of money and time wouldn't order from here again pure robbed and messed about. Took far too long for food. Only ordered 2 meals through the drive thru & waited at least 20 minutes. The whole time I was waiting, i didn't see one person go through the drive thru & come out with food. Every single person. Got their drinks and then told to park and their food would be brought out to them

Every time we order a bucket that includes popcorn chicken, the popcorn chicken is missing. Fair enough we can get a refund but the fact the popcorn chicken is for someone and they are missing out on part of their meal is not acceptable

Went into the KFC for food and was given excellent service by all employees, the quality of service in this kfc compared to the one in Argyle Street. One of these employees I believe is named Jamie.
