Kfc in Glasgow City

Dirty robbers. Delivered someone else's food. Someone else has 3 times the food they asked for. Kfc answer.....no our problem wait 48hours for a refund. Would you like to reorder... Go f&&k. Student has to wait 4 a refund n spend money they don't have on "just eats "mistake that has kfc food, bagging and their labels all over it customer lost for their ignorance. Wont matter to a company this size. Stay away

Where can I start on this food establishment! First of all food was disgusting looked and tasted like it was under a heat lamp longer than I’ve been on this planet! Didn’t get a chance to take any pictures as it went straight in the bin. The staff were incompetent and clearly didn’t want to be there. Senior staff were so rude to workers and customers. A note to all workers please get a new job recognise your worth because it’s way better than this pathetic excuse of a fast food restaurant!

Do like a takeaway but on a few occasions got home and they haven't put in the dips and sometimes the diet pepsi taste like there is not enough syrup and tastes like soda water

The woman that served us at the drive through was extremely abrupt. Then we got home and the zinger burger we got was absolutely un-chewable and completely solid. This KFC is a joke. Go to the one at the Forge.

Well it's been a while since I went here and it has improved, good food and polite staff

Went in and was served by chelsea, who was great and friendly. Food came quickly, was fresh, and tasty would come here again.

I have just been to kfc the customer service was terrible the girl got our order wrong at the window and we ordered cookies which we have paid for didn’t get them and tried to phone them to let them know pretended she couldn’t hear me while laughing and hung up on me won’t be going back again this kfc has went down hill the last three times had a delivery it was wrong and going to drive thru still wrong I would advise people not go there

Spotlessly clean. Friendly staff. Food was very tasty and warm. Thoroughly enjoyed the rice and chicken. Will definitely be visiting again.

Staff running about like headless chickens. Waiting time after you pay is shocking seems like delivery drivers have priority over the public who were here long before covid drivers took over. They are manky and need a good scrub. Cheap labour suits kfc. We seen one of there delivery guys in the bathroom cubicle and comes out never washed his hands and took someones foid for delivery. Disgusting. There needs to be some sort of hygiene law for this uber eat or just eat as its a public health hazard. Totally shocking and finished with this kfc. The part below what you recommend. Well there is nothing . A bar of soap would be a great start

Ordered a meal online & paid nearly & £26 for said meal the meal was to be delivered at 6.30 on the night of 12/2/24. Time came for delivery no delivery, went to location at London Rd to pick it up at around 7.30 same night, showed proof of purchase, was told it was ordered at 4.30 of same day of which I have proof it wasn't, was also told I had to wait for it to be delivered, they also wanted to deliver a cold meal my son asked for new meal as the meal that was there was cold, went home with no meal as was now waiting on new delivery as of 8.30 same night I was informed through just eat that meal was delivered, I HAVE HAD NO MEAL FROM KFC DELIVERED TO MY RESIDENCE, I want to be fully reimbursed for my inconvenience of not having any meal of which I paid for.

Missing some itima and food was cold on other days is great

Main order missing (had to drive back to collect ). No apology, staff behind counter to busy carrying on with another customer as he was young and they also forgot to give him part of his order. Stuff they were saying to him was cringe to listen too, alot of customer service training needed, 24 years in retail and never experience anything like it.

Just received my order then 2 regular fries and 1 gravy is missing .poor service

I don't know why I keep going back. Probably because I love KFC. Unfortunately this wad not good at all. Stale and cold!

After spending £25 for 2 x lunches , I then asked for some barbecue sauce and was told they don't offer any free barbecue sauce and only offer barbecue sauce at a cost of 40pence per pot which I think is terrible After already paying a high price for below average food. I had to walk past several empty tables to sit as they were needing cleaned and not ready for sitting at , even thow the place was not busy. I then went to use the toilet before I left the premises and was disgusted to see there was no toilet door on the cubicle and a very messy toilet pan on full view for anyone entering the men's toilet , when I asked to be able to use the disabled toilet , I got a look as if I had 2 x heads. I will never go back and would not recommend

Unfortunately the customer service overall was not of a high standard and the food was lukewarm at best.

Staff Appalling Senior Staff apathetic. Very long wait whilst in restaurant. Food order wrong and Cold. Chicken Pink - straight in bin Bread black...but not really burnt. No Quality Control at all. Never experienced service quite as bad. Worst part was that nobody seemed to care - A really unhappy place. Perhaps staff should look into working somewhere where they'd be happy.. Quite sad really....

Given wrong order again, had to go back in and change it, I don't like how the buns are not heated Update to review years later, forgot to read my old review clearly, another bone cold bun and quite dry, not enough mayo at all.

As good as any other KFC food wise, meaning it will have the odd miss or mix up however the customer service here is pretty good! Whenever I have an issue it's either fixed or they do something to make up for it. I do find that it's better to collect yourself than delivery cause the mix ups are a lot more frequent.

This place and Just Eat are an absolute Joke. Ordered BONELESS chicken fillets and received chicken on the bone!!! Chips were only half full and was missing a sauce. Phoned up asking for a remake and was told they couldn't do it!! Both the woman and man that spoke to me were lovely but I can't believe how lazy these workers are that they couldn't have even checked before packing my order! They have my order and address so don't understand why they couldn't have given me a remake either... Will NEVER be coming here or ordering through Just Eat ever again. Absolute disgrace.

Great KFC ideally located next to the M74 and access to Tollcross, Parkhead etc. Food is always top notch like most KFC's with enough accessibility & parking.

Not enough tables. Dirty tables and floor. Dry 1 wing and very small breast in tower burger (taste dry). Waiting for food forever. Chips taste ok. Ppl who deliver should be served from different side somehow, you have feeling that everyone is served before you. Ice cream taste ok. I paid more than £10 per one person and there was not too much meat - roll with hash brown in addition to cover fact that Brest is small.

I got a parking ticket for arriving here after they closed because I spent literally 5 minutes in the car park sorting out my maps to see where else I would go for food.

Ordered the 8 mini fillet bucket at drive through and the large chicken popcorn was missing ( that’s what my kids like) we only realised when we got home . Very dispassionated as kids were excited about the meal. They always get the orders wrong

Ordered 6 piece Wicked Verity Bucket though Uber Eats, the mini fillets were missing from the order. The 6 pieces of chicken were very poor, greasy and burnt. Couldn't finish what had been delivered, was put off by the condition of the food.

Absolutely horrible customer service

Ordered 8 piece boneless bucket which should have included 4 sets of fries but they never bothered to put in the bag and i didn't realise this until i got home

Take away food. 4 minute drive home, chips cold. Burgers are delicious though.

Mediocre food, with service to match.

They ALWAYS get your order wrong, always thoroughly check your order at the drive thru before you drive off as the clowns working here are useless, you NEVER get the dip you ask for and they give you the cheap chicken burgers instead of fillet strips in the boneless banquet for one boxes.

Brilliant and really enjoyed every meal but one in city centre at 4 corners is dirty and the staff are all ignorant 🤬 the staff at forge retail park are brilliant staff and food 💯 brilliant

Ordered with app manager informed us that meal would be over 20 mins and would it be ok to take something else we said yes and she rewarded us with free food and drink excellent customer service

By kfc standards one of the better branches clean friendly staff etc. Let down table service advertised on app not available in store.

Went there twice, the customer service person was very rood, the way they talked to me, even slamming the window on use while we were asking questions. To crown it all when getting back the order was incomplete. Today I had the same experience for the third time, got a 6 chicken bargain bucket and I saw ony 5 picses in it, reason I did not go back to complain was because of the distance I travelled from so I made up my mide to give this review to let people know, and if possible use a video recording anytime you go to shame them

Just bought a take away in the drivethrough yesterday...felt that i needed to leave a review for this...when paying for our order the staff member was awful....not a glance at us or a response to me saying hi....was as though she could not be bothered with customers, she never spoke ine word to us!!...just stuck the payment rod out the window...eventually handed out our bag with not as much as an acknowledgement...heard her moanung to her colleagues that she was tired and cant be bothered...well, im paying a lot of money for my order, the least i expect is some courtosy...face abs tripping her...when i asked for some sugar for the coffee that i had ordered, you would have thought i was asking her to pay for my meal...again not one acknowlement to me as she handed over sugar reluctantly never once even looking at us...act felt like handing 8t all back...horrible service, NEVER be back to this branch!...will got elswhere were the service is act human!!

Mucked up my order, and was also minus 1 portion of fries (though judging by the one's they did serve me, i reckon they did me a favour!) The size of the gravy pots are embarassing, for the price they charge.

Had a poor experience couple of years ago , heading back from work , for convenience I decided to give it a go again, you know the saying “once Bitten ,Twice shy “ I should of took notice , staff at window uniform was all dirty , when I got home the bit that mattes most ? The the good old crispy coating (Skin) had mostly fallen off ! the chips , they was just dumped in the middle of the bucket all soggy and squashed ? And as always never complete all thighs , no drumsticks or boneless strips , the zinger wings over cooked , Never again the standard, not just KFC but the majority now of fast food has dramatically reduced time for change !

Food not nice tables etc filthy. Staff clearly too busy chatting to serve or clean. Won't be back.

The chicken fillets, chips, and drink from KFC were satisfying and enjoyable. The service was prompt and courteous, making the overall dining experience pleasant. However, the hygiene could have been better. The tables and floors appeared unclean. Despite this, the quality of the food and service would still make KFC a viable option for a quick and tasty meal.

Zero customer service. Zero enthusiasm. How hard is it ? Maybe the staff that were on this evening aren't suited to employment in the service sector. Food was cold and was not fresh. Avoid this KFC!

Place was empty and cold, food was bang average. The "original recipe" has little flavour now, The chips are awful. Final straw was the virtue signaling insistence on only diet drinks. You sell fried chicken, I dare say a full fat Pepsi is the least of anyone's dietary concern. KFC was my favourite takeaway. Today was my last visit.

At a loss how they could mess up a relatively simple order. On the other hand delivery by uber eats was 5/5.

This is a really nice place for food - KFC is a personal favourite but things are more enjoyable as it's not too difficult to get a parking space and inside was a pleasant experience as the tables are spaced apart and you can move around easily

This is the second time we have been left disappointed by this branch of KFC. Waited ages for the order, then stuff was missing and half of the food was cold. Manager not interested, tried to call the store bo answer. Left feedback through the survey service so awaiting contact. Will update further in contacted. Double check your order before you drive off. Update, I was contacted by email after I completed their online survey. The service was good, asking about my experience in detail, including the food I ordered and how much it cost. I was later send a formal apology and a gift voucher for the poor experience we had. I have since been to 2 other KFCs and had good food and positive experiences in both of them. I've since added an extra star to this review.

Driver's need to wait longer there services r very slow for drivers.

Never again. Order was 2 hours late. Driver phoned up after half hour and was on the other side of Glasgow. He lied and told me he was 10 minutes away. 1hour 30 minutes later he arrived. Phoned the shop who said the delivery drivers have nothing to do with them, but they're happy to let them deliver their food. Dont know why we have to give address and postcode and contact numbers, if they don't look at them. I am in a new build so it was important the driver read the additional info. Shocking service, I will never use them again.

Don't think I'll be back, really not nice. As usual the just eat guys take priority over customers who turn up resulting in an overly long wait for poor quality chicken (soggy breadcrumbs most of which had already fallen off), cold fries and a luke warm soft drink mmmmm

Turned up today unexpected with 25 pupils from a local asn school served with no problem and excellent service no orders wrong all staff went over and above thank you

1/6/22 Friday 20:20 We arrived as the only car in the drive thru queue. The person taking our order was impatient and short. We ordered the regular rice box and twister meal. We waited behind another car for about 5 minutes. We then waited another 5 minutes at the window, no apologies, no sauces offered, we had to ask for ketchup after the food was handed over. Our complete order was wrong. The rice box was zinger not regular. The dressing for the salad was slopped into the chicken and the presentation just untidy. I only got a wrap and drink, not the meal as ordered, it was very salty and the chicken was very crispy almost too crisp and no chips. Fortunately we were not charged for a wrap meal. No serviettes in the bag! The staff looked untidy too with no attention to detail or customer service. This must be the poorest KFC in all of Scotland.

Pretty grim. The chicken was a bit overcooked so no flavour of herbs and spices. Chips were also overcooked some crispy some soggy and not awfully warm.

The boneless bucket never disappoints.

We went to grab a trilogy box which was great and although they didn't have any supercharger sauce to give away. The girl offered to put some on burger which was a game changer. So thank you.

You never get breast of chicken with meals. The Guys who deliver meals get beast meals. Drive through Guys get poor quality meals. Might not go back till Corona Virus problems aren't there and you can walk in and get better quality meals.

Fast drive in service. Fast Food doesn't get any better than KFC.

On the glasgow east end. There is something similar to the Bermuda Triangle. 1.Kfc Mc London Rd, 2.kfc Mc forge, 3 kfc Mc Dalmarnock Rd. Every visit is a surprise. But the faces are always the same😜

So tried to order off their rewards tonight, but they didn’t have a scanner, so would have to pay full price! What a rip off, what’s the point in having rewards if you can’t use them, and can’t you type the code into the till? Doubt I’ll be back

Great satisfying staff perfect customer care

The young dark haired lad, serving was very nice, friendly and efficient. No hassle ordering our Zinger Burger Meals like there usually is with lots of other staff members in lots of DIFFERENT KFC's! 10/10 to this young lad for a pleasant ordering experience AND the good was lovely and warm and very tastey too. 👍🤗

Its a KFC, good chicken drive through is a bit awkward but gets the job done.

Last 4 times it has been bang on. I have noticed the customer service and quality and crispiness of the chicken is at a much higher level when the staff are mostly females. Compared to the slabberfest that is KFC Govan this one is a la carte.

It is what it is tasty but the wings I God looked kinda under cooked so didn't eat them
