Had to wait half an hour for my drink people got their drin way before me while they were after me Absolutely shocking sometime the cup is so filled up that you cannot carry them they will ask you if I can carry it okay no professionalism what so ever

The staff which helped me were very friendly and solved my problems I had with my account.

Love this place. The building is smart and airy and the coffee and ambience is also great.

I have ordered this and have not recoeved my order. on the app it says it was delivered. terrible service, no contact number for me to call or how to get a refund

Supposed to be Barristas but constantly mess up orders try actually reading the slip properly if you don’t know what goes into each coffee or iced coffee then I think yous should change profession it’s not just once or twice it’s happening weekly now

Cake was dry and hard and chocolate coins melted, use put a cake in a bag so why not put the chocolate coins in a we bag and place them behind the cake

This branch is fine, drive through at times not the quickest, but not much you can do when there are five cars on front! Internally, the left side is a bit cramped, and when it’s a windy day, not the earnest place to sit at the door Lewis opening and closing by customers and delivery guys. The cost of coffee from here is more easy too much for me to justify these days… now just an occasional treat.

I got delivered the wrong order they gave me someone else order

Usually good service but tastes like no caramel was added to the caramel latte

We generally use the drive thru and it’s always good only couple times the orders have been incorrectly made.

Total wrong order has been delivered driver wldn’t take it back stuck with someone else’s order

The driver was punctual and courteous. Everything was fine from that aspect. After the driver left I then realised that Starbucks made an error. They had not added any whipped cream to my drink. This is disappointing, especially when considering the amount we have just spent for 2 drinks.

Good disabled access. Standard bill of fayre. Great espresso. Nice snacks. Staff were good.

Ordered 2 hot chocolates and they are vile there's no taste of chocolate from therm at all, I deffinetly wouldn't buy again, but the coffees amazing and the staff are brilliant to if you have a problem they will help you

Only 1 pump of syrup in drinks? 4 are normally put in the drinks. So you’ve to pay 4X 70p to get what is normally given? This needs updated.

Tables need to be cleaned more regularly. My Wife and I had to pick the least dirty and clean it ourselves before sitting down.

Got a hot chocolate and 2 other drinks. The hot chocolate tasted like hot water, no milk or chocolate flavors at all. Disgusting. Not worth it.

I visit this location each weekend. Local to me but staff are crazy 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😧😧😧😧😧😧😧😧😧😧😧😧😧😧😧😧😧😧. Never listen to the customers'requests. When I placed my order and asked to get extra hot coffee I did get close to the cold version. Just don't get it . Sorry people but it's bad 😞😞😞😞

I would say this Starbucks is always really busy and I don’t enjoy sitting in here. The layout is rather strange and not thought out well. Especially for prams or wheelchair users. It is npise too. Coffee is nice usually, they get things wrong now and then but no big deal. Cakes are okay, tad dry but it’s just a Starbucks cake. Brownies and the little cakes on the stick. Standard so so customer service and nothing to complain about.

We got sent completely wrong order then had to pay extra something called gold coin

bit disappointed as I ordered the largest coffee but when I've opened it the cup is 3/4 full so basically a regular coffee. I order from here all the time and never have any problems but that's a rip off

Ordered 3 hot drinks and cakes , poured drinks while serving others they were not warm by the time staff had heated up croissant and banana slice and cream had melted, waited about 8 minutes before I got everything together. I asked for more cream on coffee as it had all melted and was told it would overflow. I got the feeling staff not interested . Last time I visited this branch at great Western retail Park, there was a hair on my cake. I won't be back or recommend this place . Disappointed

I ask for a tall cup and get a small cup if they don't do tall cup then shouldn't advertise it as it basicallyfraunding people to pay for a small coffee rather than a a tall cup of coffee I think they need to knw exactly what a tall cup is

Drivers don't know where they are going when they come to my house as they keep going one or two doors away I not liking this at all

Ordered at 9.15. phoned Starbucks at 11.15 and they said order wasn't accepted yet by driver. 5 mins later got an update delivered at 10am. Do they have a time machine? Phoned back and someone picked up the phone but wouldn't speak to me, I heard someone in the background saying "just leave it" still don't have my coffee now need to wait 5 days on a refund and Starbucks ignored my second phone call. Won't be ordering again

First visit was rubbish, I thought I would give them the second visit to see if anything has changed nope still rubbish no Christmas menu no cups and no plates at 1:30pm also, got the order wrong had to settle for a mocha, “that was cold” nice, and not festive… if Costa wasn’t old-fashioned and moved with the times and let dogs in, I would never be in Starbucks again

Maybe have a sign before the drive thru instead of trapping cars in a long queue before notifying them it’s cash only.

Delivery driver has either opened my bag and took 2 cakes and a toastie out of it as the bag was busted and put in a roll and sausage which was opened that I never ordered. Or the Starbucks people have not read my order but the bag came opened. Won't be ordering again. Shocking

Usually this store is good at deliveries but today of all days when i really wanted a Frappachino, every other bit of my order arrived except the drink i wanted. Went to reorder and the store was closed

Loved it, quick delivery, items all there, no spillage. Only qualm is iced coffee came with no whipped cream, the only options are 'no whipped cream' or 'vegan' so I assumed if you don't check either you'll just get ordinary whipped cream. Please fix this part of menu, thanks.

Unfortunately this starbucks is the nearest starbucks that deliveroo cover in my area. They forgot to put 2 of my order, missing chocolate brownie and pumpkin loaf. Last time I ordered from them a frappucino that is so icy I had to report it to deliveroo that it’s the worst frappucino that starbucks ever served. It seems the staffs there don’t know how to make the drinks. Probably the worst starbucks in Glasgow.

My daughter and myself visited here yesterday with 14 yr old granddaughter,looking for a clean table was like looking for a needle in a haystack.there was more than plenty of staff to be clearing tables bt wasn't to be,we decided to leave as we had a look around and took pics and certainly wasn't a place we wanted to be

Driver could not find location and was not willing to listen to instructions on how to get here over the phone - first call at 9:12 last call at 9:30. Drinks were then not hot

Very poor service on a Sunday afternoon. Really couldn't understand the place. Was so tight the (severing area). Stayed in the queue for my coffee, was a long wait. No organisation. Had to leave not having my coffee, with all the things I bought. No refund as well. Terrible service.

I come here often as I regularly shop nearby. There is always a wait but I've never really bothered. Anyway, a couple weeks ago I went with a party of four. I ordered a cold drink and the others had coffee. I waited 25 minutes for my drink, while the others had finished their coffee. There were folk coming in who obviously knew some of the staff by name. They were being served first while I waited for mine. I finally cancelled the order and asked for a refund. To their credit, they finally finished making my coffee during the refund process and gave me the drink as well. More than 30 minutes had passed since I had made the order. I was in again today. We waited more than 20 minutes for two lattes. If you're thinking of popping in for a 'quick' coffee, don't. If you didn't need a coffee when you entered, you'll definitely need one by the time you leave. Terrible service. Loads of staff milling about aimlessly like headless chickens. Maybe try concentrating more on the folk waiting inside instead of prioritising the drive through. I won't be returning.
