Brilliant fish and chip restaurant. Excellent food and service!

2 lattes to go and they were awful. Please sort it out Costa. Might have actually put me off Costa coffee for life! 🤢 It’s a shame we still had a 2 hour drive home otherwise I would have asked for a refund.

We travel over 40 minutes just to get food from Wok U Like – that’s how much we love it! Every dish is consistently delicious, and full of flavour. Whether it’s crispy aromatic duck, sweet and sour chicken, or their amazing chow mein, everything tastes like it’s made with care. The staff are always friendly and efficient, and our order is always spot on. It’s become our special tradition to treat ourselves to Wok U Like for birthdays and celebrations. Truly one of the best Chinese takeaways around – highly recommend!

Great policy on dogs. Great snacks. Table Service and really positive attitude from the staff. Would certainly give patronage in the future.

Great Chinese takeaway. Order the hot and sour soup, not knowing that it had meat in, but the woman serving noticed that all dishes I ordered were vegetarian and told me and then supplied a vegetarian version. Had mushroom chow mien and Szechuan style Quorn. Both were fantastic. My only criticism is a personal taste thing. Would prefer more mushroom or vegetable options instead of Quorn chicken on the menu as not the biggest fan of it, but I'm sure they would provide dishes without the Quorn if asked so will try that next time. Couldn't fault on quality, price or service.

Popped in a couple of times during our weekend visit to Monmouth. Nice friendly pub. Clean. Would definitely use again.

Over the years we have had many excellent Sunday lunches here. Today was very disappointing. Lamb was fatty and tough, no crackling on the pork dinner, roast potatoes were well overcooked. Parsnips were too soft and fatty. Far too expensive for an average Sunday lunch. Obviously paying for the recent renovations. Unfortunately won't be visiting again. Shame !!

We went here to end a trip away to the Brecon Beacons. It was a fabulous way to finish! The food was absolutely delicious. A real treat. Would recommend for a special occasion. The staff were extremely attentive.

Disappointed with our lunch, roll was hard, burger tough, service was ok, though no apology from the waitress when we mentioned our disappointment. Would have made asked to see the manager, but I wanted to spend quality time with my friend.

Was given a tip off to try here, recently changed name but same staff so was a little dubious, wow what a suprise, the food was amazing, the taste was so fresh and so tasty the service was great the price was good.

Decided to try this pub for a family celebration. The service was excellent, the food was delicious and reasonably priced. The atmosphere was amazing. The staff l couldn’t do enough to make our visit special. Will definitely be returning

The food was very well presented, good ingredients cooked really well. The service was very good I can’t wait to go back. This Indian is worth a visit.

Very friendly pub , friendly staff and nice toilets and it’s clean and well lit. The food was good and hot and tasty the only downside was they seemed to be a bit short staffed which meant it was slow service but the staff were very apologetic and nice so it didn’t go down that badly.

Went in for a coffee waited to be served the lady serving was really rude when I queried the price she went to charge she responded well it's not my problem as it was incorrect so I left
