The best restaurants serving American food in Monmouthshire South Wales

Excellent meaty burgers, tasty fries, excellent friendly service. Only a few footsteps from main high street, well worth a visit.

Went for lunch and was not expecting much to be honest. We were actually pleasantly surprised. Customer service was very good, nice, patient friendly staff, just what my dad needed as he does get a bit confused now. The food was a lot better than my expectations as I looked at the menu it was very affordable, so I thought it couldn't be that good, but it was actually really good and enjoyable. Disabled access is fine. No issues whatsoever. There are steps up if you want a window seat, but apart from that, it's great. It was spotlessly clean throughout and very relaxing. I suggest you book a table in advance as it filled up very fast and it's obvious why. Thanks to the staff today, you are a credit to the Pub.

Heard great things about this new place and the impeccable hosting skills and party atmosphere, however not able to book and visit this establishment due to the popularity of The "Not" Wine Bar. Looks to be a great place for a WORKS DO with a large outdoor space and great food and drink on offer! Hopefully will be able to visit this year and provide a indepth impartial critique of this new up and coming business.

Underwhelming! Got here at 1pm and the place was in darkness. Went in, freezing cold in there. Two chefs in the kitchen but no restaurant staff. They had to call the hotel to get someone across to serve us. All a bit shambolic I’m afraid. I like the place but it has to be backed up by good service!

For the price the food and service are not great - real shame as looked promising.

For the first time ever I tried ordering table service on the McDonald's app, which was an excellent choice. The server was very polite, and the food was hot, which isn't the case if you order at the counter.
