Nice friendly staff and lovely food every time. Can't fault this place at all.

We often use this as it is very local to us. Never had an issue; food is consistently good quality.

Always lovely food from here. Used for years, however, had to wait 2 hours 10 mins (quoted 1 hr) for our food to be delivered tonight. Rang to chase delivery and was told it would be another 20 mins, turned up 30 mins after. Never again, New River will get our custom from now on

The food was tasty but a bit cold and the delivery woman Gemma? was very rude she was really late to start with and had a young child with her who she was shouting at when she arrived we had to put the food in the micro to get it hot again which spoilt the experience a bit. we will order again but please dont send the woman delivery driver

If you order the English steak and chips Be aware that it comes chopped up in a sauce with mushrooms and onions in it.this is not said anywhere on menu or online. You need to state that this is how it comes especially when you order and expect steak and chips and that's it.

We've been ordering from here for some time now. Food is always amazing and hot and absolutely loads we order for just me and the wife and there's always enough for the kids and left overs for the next day. Staff are always polite and delivery is 99% within an hour usually quicker.

Food was ok, but customer service is absolutely horrendous. Delivered wrong food, then when we spoke to them said they’d get the right thing out. 40 minutes later still nothing so rang them again, stated the driver was still not back and they were still some how cooking our food - which they said they’d only forgot to bag up! So they lied and then forgot they’d lied…

I have had no problems. Food has always been very nice and very good portions. We always order here. Just moved back from overseas and haven't had good Fried rice until we got back and found this place. Not sure what's happened to many other chinese takeaways who think egg Fried rice is boiled rice with scrambled egg mixed in. Also found this takeaway to be less vinegary in their sauces. One Star deducted as on the rare occasion we have had a huge order and no crackers or a really long wait time on delivery. You really should try the mixed starter Platter...delicious.

Don't know what has happened at this takeaway, but everything has gone downhill recently, order took 2.5 hours to arrive and was not that hot. Time to change I think

Good food, reasonable price, quickly made.

Always have consistently good food from here. My only issue, is that during the night I wake up, and suspect it’s from MSG, I have asked in the past but most places either deny using it or don’t comment. Favourites are Beef with Black Bean and Green Peppers, Singapore Rice Noodles the mixed hors d'oeuvres!

Brilliant! Good consistent food and they have your food ready in record time!! Always polite and friendly.

Use to love a Chinese from wok u like past 3 orders though have been a disaster. 1st order was 2 hours late and was so cold it felt like they took it out the fridge. 2nd order we had to direct the driver to our not hard to find address for 40 minutes and then it tasted like plastic, this is the 3rd Time and I am still waiting after ordering at 5.40pm it is now 9.45pm won't be ordering again unless this tastes like the best Chinese that's ever existed

Now that's what I'm talking about, Chicken balls are perfect! Lemon chicken even better and will definitely order again!

Started well, but service has gone downhill. Quality of is hit and miss. Crispy duck is never crispy. Also tried overcharging until I questioned them. Won't be returning.

Food never showed up. They didn't tell me they cancelled my order and I couldn't get hold of them

2nd time this week.... 3 Rd time in the last fortnight that iv ordered drinks and they've been missing! Think tonight will be my last order!

When we have a Chineese takeaway….. there is only one place to go in this area….. Wok U Like. We have used them for years, we have never been let down. The team are always polite and courteous.

The best chinese in Caldicot, and so far the best one I've had in the UK haha. I can't believe it took us almost a year to try their food and they delivered in no time 100/10. I would attach a picture but we devoured everything so fast I didn't have time xD

Food is always hot, and the service is amazing. I usually order online, but if you need anything different and you ring, they will do their best to accommodate you, ive never been let down . Best Chinese around. If you’re thinking of trying wok u like... do it.. you won’t be disappointed . I wouldn’t go anywhere else

I have always stuck with Wok U Like as far as ordering a Chinese takeaway goes, their food is always good, tastes fresh and very good service. Always super friendly in the shop or on the phone and delivery service is always polite. It has always been my go to Chinese for over 15 years now.

Have used this chinese restaurant for the last 10 years and always had great meals. Today was my first bad meal. Duck was greasy, beef and mushrooms had a peculiar sweet taste, chicken chow mein was dry with cubes of chicken. Not sure if they have changed chefs or suppliers but extremely disappointed with whole meal. £35 wasted.

Average chinese takeaway. Clean. Polite staff. Reasonably priced.

Very disapointed with the quality. Ordered spare ribs and Crispy Aromatic Duck. The duck arrived in a container in crumb format, which was hard and dry. Hard to tell if it was even duck. The ribs were also very dry and tough, like they were cooked several times. Gave both products to the dogs. Will not be using this place again.

Really quick and efficient service

A typical Chinese I guess, no vegetables in any dishes, in fact they looked at me weird. So I'm not sure if the Chinese in Britain actually are Chinese..... greasy and half pie

Tidy Chinese with great portions

Awful food this evening, chicken was raw. We only had a £5 refund for our meal despite my mum, myself and even my dog throwing up! I would attach images of the takeaway pictures if I could. Do not order from this takeaway !

Food is hit or miss, sometimes it's 'acceptable' and other times it tastes like hot trash.

Was told my order would take 1 hour on a Friday night for delivery, fair enough probably busy. Hour and a half later still no delivery, called them, they said it was on its way - another half hour passes, called them again, they call there driver and call me back saying it will be with us in 5 mins - 15 min has now past and still no delivery, we wait, very hungry now. We will never use them again.
