Situated in a lovely spot in town, very convenient.
As a "brand" coffee shop, ad you'd expect, the food and drinks are of the same good quality ad all other Costa shops. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The toilet had needed attention for week's now, and could do with a good and regular clean. I'm sure the manager has requested it's repair, but cleanliness needs attention.
The fabric chair's and settees would benefit from daily spraying of fabric freshener as my clothes always smell of cigarettes after visiting. This cage has the potential to be excellent if hygiene and cleanliness were attended to on a regular basis.
Despite living in Conwy, this was our first visit to Dylan’s Conwy. We use the Llandudno restaurant regularly when we go to Venue Cymru, and cocktails on the deck at Criccieth is a real treat. I think Conwy is our new favourite though! We had a lovely welcome, and our request for an upstairs table was happily met. The decor is a great mixture of retro, nautical and cosy, and the views of the Castle and church are a lovely finish! The food is the standard Dylan’s fare. I ordered the ribs, and my wife a gluten-free pizza. The acceptable waiting time was just enough to down the fabulous cocktails, complete with local pun naming. The food was fresh and super- tasty. Best ribs I’ve had in a long time, and the GF pizza was a big hit. We left room for dessert, (we thought) but were unable to finish the huge portions of cheesecake and tiramisu, delicious though they were.
Service was friendly and attentive, as it is at all Dylan’s.
A big hit!

The Inn very kindly allowed us to hold our Xmas meal in their rooms yesterday. We organised the food and had an amazing time. The bartender could not do enough for us. Thank you so much.
Two of us went there for breakfast on a Saturday. Plenty of choice on offer. Food was great, staff are friendly and helpful. We were able to take our two small dogs in which is great for us. All in all a great relaxing place to eat and drink. A note on the breakfasts: you can’t have fried eggs but if that’s your usual, it’s nice to be forced into a change now and again. Only scrambled eggs are on offer and they were fine, so it made a nice change for us. The Glamorgan sausage that we had was delicious and cooked perfectly. Smoked salmon was delicious. We’ll definitely be back.
We have visited the Driftwood for many years but tonight we visited for a 40th birthday with a party of 20 people. The staff were very friendly ,and attentive. We all ate together and as always the food was delicious (especially the homemade chips!).Thank you for such a great service this evening guys!
The food was brilliant, really interesting menu options, definitely recommend the chef’s special!! The staff were really well informed on menu knowledge, able to let me know what dishes would suit my taste and also were able to cook some salmon dishes some more for me as I’m not the biggest fan of cured salmon & raw fish. Couldn’t fault it!
Very bad experience.. called to make a menu related question they responded with an unintelligible word and hang up on me. With this service I’ll never even consider to go
