Costa Coffee in Swansea

Always great coffee, fast and friendly service. Would highly recommend

The place is immaculate and well kept, the staff are fantastic, and the coffee spot on. It is a great place to have a coffee. The team there do a fantastic job! Costa coffee is better in my opinion. What more can you ask for really, relaxing atmosphere and good coffee.

Only used the drive thru, but friendly staff

If minus stars were an option, I would have selected those, in this photo we were sat behind this car for about 15 minutes while the lady in the drive through ran back and forth like she had no clue what she was doing, HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE COFFEE?

First time using the drive through this morning to get an iced. Both people on shift were incredibly polite and quick with my order.

Went to Costa and presented my own Costa coffee mug which I bought to be environmentally friendly. However, saw the server use a paper cup to pour the coffee into the Costa mug at the drive thru. This defeats the whole purpose of me purchasing a mug to be environmentally friendly. If the same paper cup is used to “measure” the sizes then allergies aren’t accounted for - which is a big risk for me.

Tables Very dirty. Settee and chairs stained and dirty. Won't be going back to this outlet until things change.

I ordered a hot latte and the latte was completely cold when given to me. It was clearly a very old latte as lattes don't become stone cold within seconds.

This is a really good Costa. The staff are very friendly and helpful, even under pressure. Service is prompt and the café is always clean. You may have a short wait at busy times, but it's literally only for a couple of minutes, which I find more than acceptable. I've visited many Costa stores locally, and this one is definitely the best.

Horrendous customer service, requested a little extra cold milk in my hot drink to bring it down to drinking temperature, and was told no. I’d have to buy a whole cup of milk to add onto the already purchased drink in order to make it 140•c to not burn my mouth. Paid the £1.50 for extra milk and asked can he just top up the purchased hot drink and was told no. Stated that I would have to have it in another cup to pour myself and then dispose of myself. Where is the extra mile, to make customer experience a happy one ? Clearly unprofessional, this has never been the stance of the brand before. Staff have always been kind and helpful, I didn’t begrudge paying the extra but the sheer incompetence and disregard to help has left a sour taste. Clearly customer service training is something the store need to have more money invested into. After being mocked for not understanding the drink I purchased, I completely understood the drink I purchased, that is why I purchased it.

On entering the cwmdu shop,we are usually greeted by Alex she is always friendly,chatty and welcoming which makes our visit really relaxed an enjoyable

Quick pit stop for a coffee and toasted sandwich, both good. Very friendly staff. Toilets were clean. Little bit of a wait but nothing too bad.
