Jenkins Bakery in Swansea

According to Google, this shop has been open since 5:30 AM, but when I arrived (8am), there was hardly anything available to buy. I asked if they had pancakes, and they said, “Not yet.” What’s the point of running a bakery if your products aren’t ready for sale? Very disappointing

Breakfast roll and cappuccino were lovely. Staff were super friendly and engaging with customers. Recommended.

Lovely little shop with friendly staff

I have received the worst service possible. When I've shopped at the Pontarddulais shop. I have had to endure racist comments & homophobic abuse. The management in Llanelli has done nothing about the staff at the Pontarddulais store. I have written to the management based in Llanelli, and the manager there has passed on my address & other details to members of staff, which breaks the rules on GDPR, so much so I had to explain what GDPR meant to the manager. I have been stalked on Facebook by one of the shop assistants due to my details being given out. Even my partner has suffered abuse, but the management has failed to act. The lack of a decent manager is evident. The customer deserves to be treated with respect . Not abuse! What Pontarddulais needs is a decent bakery, with pleasant staff who know what they are doing. Remember, the customer is sovereign.

Lovely staff and bread but always run out of bacon before 10am. Ask when more bacon out and it's half an hour - I have worked in catering and you put more in before you run out of the present.

I have been shielded for over a year ending 31 March 2021,and this was my first visit since having my second vaccination on 10 April .Things seemed very strange to me and I was glad to get home.
