Place was so loud that i left with a headache. Couldnt have a conversation while having dinner it was that loud. Mac + cheese and deep fried pickles were good. However the salt and pepper tater tots were lukewarm when they were served to us and the chicken in the nashville chicken sub was also cold on arrival. Couldnt say this to a server as wasnt anyone near us after the food was served, no servers came by until after we had ate so we made do with the lukewarm tots
We hadnt reserved a table so we got seated quick to then be told we only had an hour to eat which is fine for 2 people but obvs wouldnt be for bigger groups.
Meal was ok thankfully not a large menu to choose from but a bit pricey for what we had. Service was really good with attentive staff however the room was very bleak and not really comfortable to spend a great deal of time in.
A great place to have few drinks. I believe they have special on drinks from 11:00 am
5:00 pm .when we arrived it was late so kitchen was closed so I couldn't have starters.
Service was good and bathrooms were clean.

Madha one of the best South Indian and north indian food I had in Glasgow. The dishes were full of flavour ,Service was friendly and efficient, and the staff was happy to help with recommendations. The manager was especially welcoming and made sure everyone felt at home. A great spot for authentic food and warm hospitality.
*Don’t forget to try Masala Dosa and Soya varutha *
The pub is totally cool. The ambiance is unique. With all the books, ornate ceilings, and delicious drinks, it was one of the best evenings of our vacation.
I don’t write reviews but felt compelled to write this. A poor experience. I went for breakfast (avocado toast) which was small and basic. They have a good selection of teas. However the service was poor - specifically the middle aged woman. She seemed annoyed at me being there. When I went to pay, I notice an extra £1 for more hot water, which is ridiculous. The bathrooms were smelly and not clean. I also saw them bring in food, which looked like costco muffins and croissants (which they obviously just sell at a much higher price). It was all a round disappointing and not welcoming.
Disappointing. Ramen is nice if you want to have a drink- lots of broth, with a slight hint of chilli. K-cup with five sad, bland pieces of chicken. Nice egg fried rice though. First time ordering and the last, sorry.
I stumbled across this hidden gem when I worked in an office round the corner, 9 years ago and have been a loyal customer ever since! The patatas bravas is to die for and I’ve yet to find anywhere else that does it better in Glasgow! Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff, never had a bad experience!
