El peor sándwich de baguette de NY Deli que he tenido, la baguette era vieja y casi me rompo los dientes mordiéndola. Me gustaría por un costo caro de £ 7. 25 Te habrían dado pan fresco. Tan decepcionante y un desperdicio de dinero. Terrible, no recomiendo comer aquí.

POOR. Pedir una comida vegana es probablemente una indicación clara de que la persona no quiere comer carne, no en pedazos, Pedí una caja de ensaladas vegana y me dieron cerdo. Lamentablemente solo me di cuenta de esto cuando tomé mi primer bocado. Lo esparcí y me sentí mal el resto del día. Décadas de ser vegetariano completamente ignorado. Si las alergias se tratan de la misma manera, podrían ser mortales. .

The lady who served me was so rude. The manager was near and didnt step in on how rude her attitude was!! It wasn’t busy so there is no excuse! Someone needs customer service training!! I’ll never go back here again! One positive was the coffee lady was nice!

Very nice place for a sandwich and coffee! Not super cheap but also not crazy expensive considering the size of the sandwich. They have some vegan options, which is great!

Walked in today with my son chap with long wiry curly hair without any hair net or hat asked were we waiting to pay my son said we haven’t ordered yet staff member smirked shook his head several times then said in a really condescending manner “Well are you thinking of ordering a sandwich today, if so go over to the last counter. Smarmingly smirking as we moved over I stood for 30 seconds and thought this business isn’t getting a penny from me and we left. How rude for a shop assistant to speak to customers in that manner. We left and would suggest others avoid if you haven’t visited an establishment before how are you supposed to know which counter to go to first. Appalling attitude staff need their hair covered and a training course in basic customer service & manners. I will no doubt get a sarcastic response to this review.

Update: We won't order or buy from you guys ever again… We've tried your sandwiches multiple times in the restaurant and ordered through delivery. This place is not the same as it used to be. Restaurant experience: We've felt unwelcome a couple of times. The woman with the bob haircut/blonde hair has a high patronising attitude - the other staff members are nice - the woman looks annoyed all the time she takes our orders, so it's a 'No' even if the food is good. Delivery experience: My sandwich tasted and looked like it was not prepared at the moment (this is why on the app said: “was prepared quickly” and arrived earlier).

My first visit here and won't be my last! Went in after visiting the SEC, needed somewhere to have lunch and get out of the rain. Great selection of sandwich fillings, with lots of vegetarian and vegan options. All made fresh to order, and the staff suggest the type of bread each options is best served on. Some barstool seating available inside, as they do mainly takeaway.

Every time I visit Glasgow I come here for their delicious sandwiches. The staff are welcoming and patient when ordering as they have lots to choose from which all sound tasty! If you want a filling sandwich which doesn't hit hard on the wallet come here. You won't be disappointed

Two sandwiches ordered only request was no mayonnaise and plenty tomato on the ham salad baguette. Comes covered in mayo two slices of tomato and some dodgy looking lettuce. The crispy ciabatta was more stale than crispy. Tea bag left in tea for over 5 minutes and still tasted so bland. Two sandwiches cup of tea and a cake for nearly £18 I expect a lot better.

Sandwich was good, but they have a terrible system, where you have to mention twice what you have ordered.

BEST SANDWICHES IN GLASGOW. I get a coronation every time I'm in town (extra mayo, always on white baguette). These guys just know what they are doing, quality ingredients, fresh bread and good chat. The prices are so reasonable for the quality of ingredients as well!

Was my first visit today after seeing a lot of online hype. Went for the NY Deli and wasn't disappointed, the sandwich was packed and it tasted great. Decent prices as well. If I had to grumble it would be that I'd also like a toasted option for my bread. Bonus point for being dog friendly though.

I didn't go past this place without a queue out of the door. Given the variety of options available nearby, that tells you something about Piece. Sandwiches/salad bowl options which are original and put together with a real flair for balance of flavour, crunch and visual appeal. I didn't have the soup but it looked excellent. It would have been rude not to try the various biscuit/cake options. Coffee totally excellent too.

Wow, the staff were incredible, so welcoming and accommodating. I had a tuna crunch with coriander and Garlic mayonnaise, my husband had the Reuben, both were absolutely to die for. The coffee, 1white, 1 black, just strong enough but not too strong. Only marking the atmosphere down by 1 star because I'm neurodivergent and the music was a little too loud and distracting but that's more on me than the place. Felt very now. Ps Nottolenghi is a very clever and amusing title for a sandwich.

Best sandwiches anywhere in Glasgow.

Absolutely iconic place, never lets us down. We mostly order food for home and it's always so well prepared and packaged. Their Persian turkey in particular is a huge hit in our house, always hits the spot. Last time we ordered, they even gave us a free brownie for no reason! The food is always spectacular, reasonable prices, and staff are so, so lovely and thoughtful. Can't recommend them enough!!

Because of the loud music and how fast the girl spoke It was difficult to hear what the choice of bread was for the sandwich, we had to politely ask what was being said 3 times, it was repeated with an attitude and impatience, after we finished our order she made some remark to her colleague about us and laughed. Made us feel uncomfortable, which is enough to spoil anything.

Been in 3 times. Customer Service could be warmer. Turning your back to a paying customer just because a regular comes in isn't on. Will not be buying from there again.

Popped in for a sandwich on a whim and was not disappointed. Super tasty sandwich and excellent bread. £6. Ate it so fast I forgot to take pictures.

Are the chicken sandwich in a cup of tea and the staff or fabulous and very helpful

We saw this place for lunch and loved all the choices! The favorites were the Nottolengi and the Bahn Mi (veggie and pork). The staff was super nice, we didn’t understand to order one place and pay elsewhere but the cashier noticed and made sure we got to the front of the line. The sandwiches were so good we got them again the next day!

Popular long-standing sandwich shop (since 2008) but the hype seems to have died off a bit. Opens at 8am but no breakfast options, the sandwich was nothing special and it's surrounded by places now serving equally good if not better coffee.

coffee is great, sandwiches are some of the best in the city & more than anything the staff are absolutely lovely :-)

(pun intended 😁) Piece, has an interesting and trendy selection of mouthwatering food which should satisfy the tastebuds of most. Created at the point of sale, the food is fresh and fun. Well worth a visit. (There is even an app for your bap! 😆)

What can I say about this place except that it's great and I could eat here every day. Was on vacation from California and had just left a pub down the street and I was hungry. Walked into this shop and checked out the menu and ordered the Rueben. Took it to go and ate it in a park down the street. The sandwich was great, very fresh, spot on. Couple of day later my wife and I came in and had the New York Deli and the Coronation. Both were great. When we left Glascow to head back to Edinburgh we got more sandwiches for the train ride. This place has got the sandwich thing down. Fresh ingredients and an awesome staff. Place is laid back and you feel like your home. Highly recommend this place and would make this my first stop when we're back in town.

We were walking through Finneston from Kelvingrove towards the city. We spotted this place and went straight in for a late lunch. The menu looked pretty impressive - some great choices to be considered. The staff were very helpful - recommending the best bread to compliment our menu choice. We chose a Dirty Fat Boy served on doorsteps and a Chicken Ole served on a brown chiabatta. With the addition of cold cans, our lunch came to less than £15. It was a delicious lunch - nice fresh fillings and yummy bread. Who needs Subway, when there’s a Piece?

Wow! Delicious menu, too good to choose, thankfully the staff helped with recommendations. All ingredients were so fresh, and the bread was to die for!

The sandwiches are very good here. I like the cubano, the New Yorker and the Parisian.

Asked for a large flat white ! Was charged £3.40 ‘ then got handed a small cup ‘ I asked if this was a large ! Girl with red hair said with a disinterested voice “ that’s the only cup we have just now “ would good idea if you tell the paying customer that before they pay ‘

Tried pretty much every sandwhich on their menu and they're always top quality. Great veggie sandwhiches. Brownies, cannoli, cinni buns and coffee are great too. Soups can be a bit hit or miss.

Currently sat inside enjoying! Had tomato and basil soup, sandwich and coffee and really impressed!!

Fancied a change from giving huge multinational conglomerates all my cash so piece has provided me with several delicious breakfast rolls and copious amounts of coffee. I also hear their lunch / sandwich options are excellent so I'll be back, maybe even today.

Ordered in advance, team at Piece were very accommodating making a group order for delivery to the hospital and it arrived on time with no issues. Sandwiches and salads were delicious and good portions

Some staff too long to serve you. But overall the food was OK. Sometimes bits were unavailable and they don't tell you. They just substitute it and expect you to pay full price whi h is already extortionate.

Amazing selection of sandwiches and at such a decent price. Lovely and helpful staff! Perfect for a quick lunch. Got the piece club and my partner got the NY deli both were delicious. Definitely recommend.

The food in this place is great. It is however let down by the staff who at times come across a bit rude and condescending. You always get the feeling like you’re not cool enough to be in there.

We haven’t ordered from piece for a while now as they continually get the order wrong. We gave them another shot today and low and behold the order is wrong, it was only 3 things!!. We called to complain and the attitude from the girl on the phone was terrible, get in touch with who you ordered through and get a refund and re order, what and wait another 2 hours ( its your mistake piece!!) What about what can we do to help, needless to say we will not be back and would not recommend it to anyone. The photo from there facebook says it all. Training for staff attitude is highly recommended! Piece out! And never returning.

I ordered beetrot And avocado salad. It was great For Vegan And gluten free option. The staff was very friendly, especially the girl from Hungary. I asked For tap water in my own bottle And there was No problem with that. Its a great healthy option!

Popped in for lunch after being given a glowing recommendation. Went for the NY Deli and the person serving suggested the white bloomer bread which I went with. Worked very well with the ingredients, very filling and tasty. One of the best sandwiches I have in a while. Staff all friendly, service quick and efficient. An easy five stars. Got the Persian Chicken Sandwich and Reuben Sandwich with a side of Pea Soup - All winners. The Cannoli was a little disappointing, way too sweet for me, couldn’t taste anything other than sugar.

My wife and I popped in for a quick snack on Saturday, whilst wandering around Finnieston. The shop was busy but after a short wait we were greeted by friendly staff, found a seat and then I ordered a couple of Hummer Sandwiches, which were freshly made to order and were excellent. Overall, friendly staff and good food at a decent price, pretty much hits the spot. You can’t ask for much more.

Really felt uncomfortable by the staff members yesterday who made it very obvious they were annoyed with me as I was on the phone asking my sister what sandwich She wanted, he gave his coworker an awkward stare to try and embarrass me. Highly unprofessional. I understand if i was holding up a que but I was the final customer and there was no need to be so rude. Today I went for coffee and was served by a girl who again had an attitude problem when I asked for sugar she she just handed me over a few and when I politely asked for a stirrer for my coffee told me rudley there was “no stirrer” and gave me a blank stare. So I left with my coffee. The atmosphere and customer service at this place is really awful for a below average place. The coffee I was served was milky and no flavour and for that l had to endure so much of attitude. I’ll be sticking to other coffee places within the area. The Staff really need to learn some good manners and customer service. A smile a being polite to your customers goes a long way.
