Very friendly staff, good value hot drinks, good place to sit and catch your breath

It was ok, v popular lunch spot. Staff good, food a little lack luster but budget friendly

Ordered the Chicken and "Italian Sausage" pasta. The sausage slices were literally hot dog slices. Very poor quality. **Can't seem to respond to your reply, so updating my post instead. I didn't mention sauce? I mentioned sausage. You are using hot dogs and pretending it is Italian sausage.

Small, unassuming cafe with lovely staff and good food. For a regular latte and their honey chilli chicken panini, I paid £6.90! For this economy & being in central Glasgow, that's quite affordable.

An excellent place to enjoy Italian sandwiches with variety of choices. The food is delicious, the services is exceptional. The tables are clean. The hosts are very receptive and warm welcoming. Truly, I felt that me and my family have been invited as VIP guests.

Nice quiet little cafe with tasty food, you can dine in or take away, the food is nice,the staff are very helpful and polite and it's nice and quiet from the noise of the city. Recommended and will visit again when I can

Cafe Milano breakfast is a must try!!! Very authentic breakfast lots of varieties and very tasty. The fresh grounded coffee is one of the best in town.. highly recommended place to visit 👌 👍

This place is amazing been using for our office meetings and kirsty makes sure everything is spot on 100%customer service from kirsty. All staff very friendly and do the best coffee and roll also. Highly recommend if needing buffet for your workplace or celebration or just a bite to eat 🥰🥰

The best halal cafe and sandwiches in Glasgow City centre. Very reasonable prices and very kind staff. من افضل المقاهي اللي جربتها بجلاسكو .. الاسعار ممتازه وافضل من غيره .. القعدات فيه مرتبه وحلوه .. القهوه ممتازه .. السندويشات رائعه جدا .. وفيه حلويات .. والحمدلله انها حلاااال يستحق التجربه ولي زيارات كثيره له ان شاء الله اصبح من المقهى المفضل بالنسبه لي .. بالتوفييييييق ان شاء الله ..

Ordered 2 pastas, handed a bag and I asked if they were both in the bag, told yes they were. Walked back to my work and found only 1 pasta included. Walked away back to advise of the missing pasta and after taking this one back to work, it was the wrong one. Lunch hour over and nothing to eat. 7 pounds wasted. Also, didn't get the garlic bread I paid for. AVOID

Surprisingly good food and service in a little, hidden away spot. Try it if you are near - enjoyed a panini and soup lunch, with a milky hot chocolate. Good value for money, delicious fare and smiling staff.

So it came recommended, especially the meatball sub. However they have had a change of management at some point since lockdown and the quality has reduced. Got the chicken and 'italian' sausage pasta. Only good thing was the pasta was not overcooked. 'Italian' sausage was just hot dog slices, chicken was low quality chicken pieces, tomato sauce was pretty basic and very bland. Don think i'll try it again.

Very good for a quick lunch with amazing prices (might be the cheapest in town). I tried the chicken Italian pasta and will definitely come back. The barista over there is very talented as well Highly recommended 👌

Not the best, but reasonable for the money you pay. However, most things (soup, pasta) has a distinct taste of being overly peppered (too much black pepper), and not much else.

Very poor ventilation, now my clothes smell of smoke... Not great considering it's only lunchtime. Chicken noodle soup tastes of nothing with too much pepper. Minestrone tastes of tomatoe water with yet too much pepper. Have been there few times in the past and it has never been so bad... Wont be back.

Not the best but not the worst. Quick service, ok food. Good selection of hot or cold food. Staff were friendly. Can eat in or take away. Not a place I will go back to as plenty of choice nearby.

Just had the breakfast special. A bacon roll and coffee. Lovely coffee and great bacon. Well worth 3.80 pounds. Yum.

Sandwiches are good but soup is not so good

Called in for a panino. It's a small place with quite a few tables, very convenient to Central Station in Glasgow. The choice was very limited for sandwiches but there was an extensive range of pasta dishes and wraps. The service was very good and quick. Considering it was in the city centre the prices are quite good. I would definately return if I'm looking for a good snack.

In a way, I don't want to say how nice this little cafe is in case everyone starts to go there too much and I can't get a seat. Cake coffee and lunch, quiet and intimate, and a great little spot to gather your thoughts.

Great wee cafe. Good coffee and brilliant bacon rolls! Staff very helpful. Meet regularly in mornings to chat with a friend ... staff offer to turn volume down on speaker next to table, so we can talk more easily ... great for me as I'm hard of hearing. Highly recommend this cafe!

I had the spicy chicken pizza today, it was lovely, really tasty and loads of chicken, red onion and peppers on it. Washed down with an orange San Pellegrino, perfect! Nice wee place, cosy inside. The only downside - and it was a downside - was the waitress behind the counter today lunch time. Her manner couldn't have been any less robotic and quite brusque. I know it's a cafe full of lunch people, but your colleagues were perfectly nice. Her manner totally rubbed me up the wrong way as soon as I walked in - despite the food being great, I can only score an average 3 out of 5.

Popped in for a breakfast and was not disappointed.Place was nice and clean and produce lovely and fresh.

Purchased a sandwich here to take out. The menu was ok. A bit limited with no obvious 'cold' choices. Everything required to be heated - as far as I could see. I have chicken and pesto ciabatta. It was tasty and just enough. Worth a try.

Cafe Milano was visited for brunch. It has a very limited menu and doesn't offer table service. What we did have was okay fare. It is what it is, a low commitment cafe. Informal but forgettable but the job it does it caters for well.

Stopped here for a cappucino and scone. The coffee is good and they have a small selection of scones, cakes and croissants. Seating for about 12 people, so intimate and located in the business district on Campbell Street, Glasgow. Friendly and clean.

Takeaway pasta is amazing, decent size portion and full of flavour. Sitting in you are best to book a table/booth as it can get busy.

There are plenty of cafes in Glasgow, many of which are Costas and Starbucks and get used for business as well as pleasure. Well i have found this lovely wee cafe in Glasgow city centre which not only caters for the odd catch up for pleasure and business but one which has the personal touch with great food to match. Its small without being tiny, roomy, very clean with nice food, great coffee and an excellent selection of tea's - why not give it a try.

Great pasta dishes followed by coffee and tasty cakes. Good prices and quick service. Ideal when working in town and in a hurry

Have a selection of around 5 pastas and various paninis, piadas, soups etc. to sit in or take away. I think the pasta is great compared to some other places in the area. Viva is above them so I assume they are some how related.

Nice wee cafe with good selection of paninis, fresh pasta and pizza slices. Also they served the best cup of coffee that I have had for a long time. Only about 20 seats so can get busy between 12 and 2, but worth waiting. Not open in the evening.

Head for this place just after the city centre midday rush and escape into the safety of the Café Milano cave. Around £25 for a sit in lunch for three, genuine welcoming smiles and personal service. Thought about keeping this to myself...but that wouldn't be fair!
