a little disappointed. got in, our table was very small and wobbly but starters came quickly and tasted lovely. we were moved to a different table as a big party was coming in but didn’t mind as our new table was lovely and a lot more comfortable. mains arrived, found a hair in my pasta but manager was very kind, brought me a new pasta, gave us two chips on the house. he continued to offer us deserts and drinks on the house, which we declined as we already received compensation. we got a drink and an absolutely gorgeous tiramisu on the house after paying our cheque. the manager was honestly so kind and felt bad that something was wrong with my food, i appreciated it.

More of a cafe than a restaurant for a romantic evening meal. Service was good. Food was ok. Bit bland. VERY Overpriced for the quality. Front of house decor is poorly executed Cramped layout. Toilets were new, nice and clean.

Five of us came for dinner this evening in this super nice restaurant! Passing through Glasgow for a family road trip, we were very well received and advised! Thanks for everything!

Fantastic food, halal as a bonus

Pre theatre menu, food was good but service was so rushed. Appreciate that they had time slots but bill was sat on table before we asked for it and at same time we were being asked what coat we had on when we were clearly not even finished out drinks.

Tagliatelle bolognese was appalling! The sauce smacked of being out a cheap jar. The staff were lovely but the standard of food and the pricing was alarming. My friend had to send a watery risotto back and considered the second attempt to be mediocre.. First and last visit.

The food here was FANTASTIC! I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a great Italian or food in general! The atmosphere was cosy and service couldn’t be better! Would 100% come again!

it's a nice cosy place , its not wheelchair accessible as you go down stairs to this place that has about 14 tables . food was good , service was spectacular , I recommend trying this place , and it's handy for the kings

Went for lunch, no pizza left by 12.30pm. No alternatives, my son had to have garlic bread and chips! Didn’t even get the chips complimentary! V expensive for poor food! V v poor, won’t return

Brilliant option if you’re going to a show at the Kings as it’s so close. Food was excellent, service very quick but relaxed. If you’re going to a a show, they’ll make sure you’re out in plenty of time to make it.

Shocking service, seating and food Upon arrival we were seated at a table for 4, there was 5 of us which meant one of our kids were hanging off the side of the table. Rude staff commenting on our autistic child watching his IPAD claiming 'it wouldn't be him allowing it'. Our child was sat quiet eating his dinner watching his Ipad while a table next to us was full of adults loud, drunk and shouting. Had requested spaghetti with a tiny bit of sauce mixed through for our child, no mince etc. Was re asurred by the girl that would be ok and when she brought it out the pasta was layered with mince, basil etc. When we said politely that he would not eat that the waitress seemed annoyed and gave an attitude even though we had clearly stated that it was only a bit of tomato sauce to be on the pasta and was told this was no problem. They did fix this quickly after however her manner was not ok. Arrabiata was very very bland, cheese peeled right off the pizza. When we requested the bill it was £152 which I was very shocked as the standard of this food was not worth anywhere near that. We decided to still pay a tip. We halved the bill £80 each. My friend paid her half and as I went to pay for mine my friend realised the total was scored out. When she queried this the waitress advised us they add a 10% service charge for tables of 5. Bearing in mind the standard of the food, it was 3 children, one of which was hanging off the end of the table and the attitude from the staff, no way were we paying a 10% service charge plus a extra tip on top. We requested the tip to be taken off the second half therefore we only paid the £152 including the service charge. Once we paid 3 members of staff stood right beside our table speaking rudely about us asking about the service charge and requesting the tip was removed as we were stood right beside them looking at them as they continued to do so. The standard of this place is appalling. STAY CLEAR!

Went here for dinner last night for my girlfriends birthday. Food was great really rich and full of flavour. Restaurant was nice and clean, toilets were immaculate. The food was great but the stand out feature in comparison with other restaurants in the area was the staff, Connell was great, took a genuine interest, “oh a birthday is it , listen I’ll no embarrass you way a cake way a candle in it…. Or will I?” good banter and well looked after. Thanks very much.

The gentleman who served us was amazing, his customer service and passion was second to none, I believe his name was Connor. He even moved us table to accommodate my baby bump - which alot of places wouldn't do. Atmosphere was lovley and chilled. Food was incredible- wojld highly recommend.

The restaurant is overcrowded and people are crammed in with staff taking food orders at the queue at the door. Felt like a canteen as they handed us our plates as we were in the corner and they couldn’t get to our table due to other customers chairs. Food was mediocre and I think over priced. I wouldn’t go back or recommend to anyone

We went in when it was so quiet. The manager was very polite and friendly. He took our order and gave recommendations which were all perfect. The place is absolutely stunning. Definitely will be back more dressed up for pictures and to try more foods. The starter was so nice.

Lovely hidden gem. Went here to celebrate my dad's birthday. Service was fantastic and the food was lovely. Highly recommended. Price is very reasonable for the portions out of 8 people not one bad word to say, will recommend to others and return.

Place very cramped, tables close together. customer service very poor. Table size very small doesn’t have enough space for dishes to be placed on these table. Uncomfortable seat. Uncomfortable experience. Food okay but couldn’t enjoy it due to not able to move due to not enough space on the table: I was worried incase dishes fell if I moved

Lovely meal. We had two course pre theatre menu which was very good value. Food excellent.

Food was ok but massively over-salted. Steak was the nicest of what we ordered although we had to send it back initially as it was blue - I like a very rare steak but it was totally blue. Food totally overpriced in relation to quality. Service was good. The restaurant is a very small underground space and tables are crammed in, barely inches away from eachother making for an awkward atmosphere with horrible lighting. Decoration is cheap and tacky. Wouldn’t return.

We popped in for dinner before a show at the kings great little place, some really good Italian food at very reasonable prices.

Was taken here for my birthday meal, food was good but unfortunately the customer service was poor, we did arrive 15mins late for our booking due to parking difficulties and the staff didn't look to happy even though our table was booked from 7.30pm till 9pm. Was left to feel uncomfortable from when we arrived till we left, first time at this restaurant and won't be back.

Had dinner last night arrived without a reservation but staff were great and got us a table food was excellent highly recommended the Aracini as a starter was absolutely beautiful will definitely be back.

Close to the King's Theatre is this bijoux Italian restaurant, famous for it's pink door. It's tiny inside, with welcoming staff and a delicious menu. Definitely worth a try.

Got a late booking here from OpenTable here for an Xmas night out for 4. Wasn't expecting much but the food, the staff and service was amazing and I will definitely be back.

What a great night we had in Sannio last night. We were a table of 18, the food was amazing, service was second to none, the staff were all fantastic. I'd highly recommend the seabass. Thank you all for putting up with a very rowdy crowd.

Sannio is a wee hidden treasure. I had to kill some time waiting to pick up my kids from a gig at the garage so found this place almost by accident. So glad I did - they found a table for me, and both the bruschetta pomodoro and the spaghetti carbonara were amongst the best I have ever tasted. The staff were lovely, and while it wasn't that busy, the atmosphere was perfect. I will be taking the family back here for a meal soon!

Went today , was greeted by the owner and made to feel very welcome . Nice decor and the cocktails are amazing but the food is just outstanding . My steak was cooked to perfection and so was everything we ordered . Deffo be back

A great place to go to if you're going to the theatre nearby. It's a family-fun Italian spot and they menu is full of classics that Scots love like arancini, spaghetti bolognese and tiramisu! All of it is delicious and even the service was great too.

Was blown away! The service was incredible, the food was the best I’ve had while in the UK for almost 2 weeks. If this is your one place to go to while in Glasgow, go! The experience of you want to read: a close friend of ours was celebrating her 50th name day and we chose this restaurant to have the dinner at with 9 people. My lady asked if they could do anything special since it was her 50th bday and when we arrived the restaurant had blown up some balloons and had us tucked away in our own little section the whole time. The food was incredible! Service was excellent and the manager helped us out with ordering wine and recommending some that were such a delight. With 9 people we just about covered the whole menu and again, the best dining we had in the UK for nearly 2 weeks. Our girl had an amazing time, and set us up for a lovely evening out, I don’t think the table stopped smiling. Thank you so much Sannio staff for the unforgettable memory! P.s. espresso martinis were awesomeeeeee

Thank you so much for making my friend's birthday dinner spectacular. The staff was so kind and absolutely fabulous handling our big group. The service was impeccable and this was the best food we've had in our 2 week vacation!

Very tense atmosphere from what I saw staff was treated awful from other staff and management, wouldn’t recommend for a gals day out as I felt very uncomfortable around certain staff

Dined here before seeing Mama Mia at the kings. The restuarant felt crampt with too many tables, so customers closely packed together. Food wasn't up to standard for prices being paid. Tony Macaroni's would be better value for the taste. Chicken parmigiana was bland for £22. Chunky chips were burnt on the outside and undercooked in the middle. Staff seemed overwhelmed for a monday evening at 5pm not at full capacity. They were very polite but not very attentive as they were too busy rushing around with all staff eg waitresses, bar staff and kitchen staff seating people, cleaning tables and serving doing each others roles seeming unorganised. At a cost of £90 for 2 courses, 2 sides and a bottle of prosecco I expected to enjoy the food a lot more. Wouldn't rush back soon.

Got a last minute reservation and happy to find this place. A bit crowded when we arrived but they all went to the theatre. Nice 2 course menu and the food was perfect. Small limon cello toast to finish. Great experience.

Busy when we arrived and took a lite time to be seated but well worth the wait, good food good service and fine wine...what's not to like.
