If you have dietary restrictions, DONT come here. They don’t even ask for allergies! Very bad service. We asked them to come to take our order but they said they had to take the person in front of us who actually came later than us. After that I asked which dishes didn’t have diary as I just had food poisoning. Was told very rudely that the omelette had cream. The guy left immediately after without answering my question about the cream. So we asked for the female waitress and I asked again for the wings and was told “obv not it’s meat”. I was just checking?? We also asked the lady to check if we had previously ordered the wings only to be told that we can order anything from the menu. Yes we know!! We want to know if it was placed alr!!! They act like it’s super busy when it’s “less busy than usual”. They were walking very slowly to come to take orders and they wonder why they think it’s busy. Guy was very rude. Didn’t give us Tap water until we asked for it and even then only gave us ONE glass when we were 4 people. Had an attitude and BANGED the glass on the table. Freaking bad service idk why the rating is so high. Food wasn’t even good. The chicken was so oily.

I was most disappointed with the experience and quality of food we received today. We had been looking forward to our visit to the restaurant. It was our daughter’s highlight of her visit the last time we were in Glasgow. It was her request we go back., What can I say about today’s experience. Soggy, soft strawberries, presented on top of the incipient crepes. (The waiter did take them back after he over heard her comment. ) to be replaced my more soggy strawberries. When it came to the pancakes, all I can say is they were in edible. They had a stale taste to them and had been reheated in microwave and Killed!!!! At no point did anyone come back and check and when I spoke to the staff after they were simply rude and took no ownership for the quality of food presented and served. Don’t normally write these reviews and don't generally complain . Today has been an. exception. Working in the hospitality industry myself I know how hard it is but you always listen to your customers. - Customer Experience 1/10

Ordered scrambled eggs on sourdough toast with a side order of lorne sausage and beans. The scrambled egg was microwaved to within an inch of its life and had the look and consistency of undercooked cauliflower. Unfortunately the staff member did not check in to ask if I was happy with my meal. When she came to take away my plate she asked unprompted 'was it totally overcooked?' er yes and presumably you knew this when you served it me! I didn't get the chance to mention the cold beans (£1) and burnt lorne sausage (£2.90!) I was refunded the price of the scrambled egg on toast hence the 2 stars rather than 1 but it would have been preferable to have been served a decent meal in the first place

Went here this morning for breakfast and after 15/20 minutes we walked out as no one came to serve us. Two people came in after us and they got served. Staff quite grumpy and disinterested. Tables were being cleaned before service to customers. Can’t comment on the food as never got any will definitely not be back.

Went for a breakfast there this morning as the reviews looked good, was very disappointed with the quality of the food, poached eggs were cold, like if they had been heated up, also the toast was burnt, very expensive for what you get, makes me wonder if the other reviews are legit.

We were searching for a breakfast place while travelling from Canada. Let me tell you… I’ll book a flight again just to come here. The staff were wonderful and kind, they were accommodating to my 2 year old daughter and gave her a beautiful plate of pancakes with fresh fruit and a wee bit of syrup! My husband has the full Scottish breakfast and it was the best one he has ever eaten since his granny past away. I have been obsessed with jacket potatoes, and the one I had was beyond delish, best classic cheese and beans I have since being here!! The coffee was amazing, I did notice that they have an enormous tea selection as well! I cannot rave about this place anymore - all I can say is that make sure to include on your travels and locals need to make it their regular spot. Thanks for everything !!

We chose this place based on good reviews, however it turned out to be quite a disappointment. After asking a rather sullen member of the staff to be seated, we waited for first for the menu, then to be served, and after a good while of waiting we felt like we were not welcomed and simply walked out. The amosphere was very unfriendly.

Went here for a brunch. The veggie skillet was really good; get some eggs as an extra if you enjoy those. It was mildly spicy, which went great with creaminess from poached eggs. The avocado toast was also lovely. The hot chocolate could be better.

Me and my wife went there for breakfast. Young staff were kind and helpful. Prices reasonable, portions great.

Had some gorgeous beefy Pancakes and a Scottish breakfast here..the service was quick and friendly. The portion sizes are worth your money. I will go back if I am in Glasgow again.

Came here based on the great reviews. First thing that surprised me was the dirty seats and toilets. Should have left there and then but we decided to give it a try and it was not good. We ordered Spanish omelettes and pancakes. The omelettes were dry and oily and the pancakes were from a packet and tasteless. I can’t believe the great reviews. Maybe the place has changed ownership.

Never go: Sat there for 20 mins just now, no one even came to attend or ask for water. Walked out - yet no one cared to ask. Disgraceful service and pathetic staff! Kudos to the hiring team.

I had lunch at the Bucket List. Lovely atmosphere, with friendly welcoming staff. The menu is wide and.varied and I would thoroughly recommend the Beef Ramen - delicious and filling. I’ll be back.

Both my dine in experience and takeaway experience has been brilliant. The food is of very high quality and the service is amazing with the workers being very kind, happy and helpful. I would recommend this restaurant for breakfast and for lunch! I will most definitely be back as there is so much more on the menu that looks and sounds fantastic. Definitely a must try if you are visiting Glasgow or even if you live nearby!

Listen this crepe i had was genuinely unbelievable mate it was SO good man. Perfect way to start my morning and i highly recommend to literally everyone. If you don’t like crepes go try it and you’ll like crepes mate.

Come here regularly for breakfast, French toast and coffee is heavenly. They have a good selection of things, customer service is 10/10. Always so helpful and friendly, nice to have a wee chat when I’m in 😊

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Staff shouted and screamed at a breastfeeding mum telling her to get out of the cafe for using the bathroom to change her baby. Absolutely disgusting and discriminatory - avoid at all costs. Contrary to the business’s reply, I can assure this a true review.

I said that's OK I will just get a coffee then as I need to feed my baby. My mum asked if this was ok and bought a juice and they said yes. Whilst breastfeeding my baby the older woman sweeping the floors began brushing around me whilst I was feeding which put my baby off her feed and made me feel very rushed and uncomfortable. I then asked where the baby changing was to which she replied toilets are closed and continued sweeping. I said I can wait as i need to change my baby as she had done the toilet. She refused and She said no the floors will be wet. I then pleaded with her to go check. She reluctantly asked another staff member and they were unsure so I headed to the toilet to check and she followed. She opened the toilet and said its getting cleaned theyre closed. I decided to wait which was was unhappy with shaking her head. When the girl was finished 2 mins later I entered to change my newborn baby in complete disbelief from what just happened. When I came out I asked if there was an issue as I should not have to push to be allowed to use the changing facilities and a little kindness would go a long way. She completely blew up started screaming for me to get out . Her words were, "do you think you're privileged to come here pay £2.50 to sit in this cafe and feed your baby " I was absolutely befounded by this and lost for words. This experience would be enough to absolutely break a new mum. No parent should ever be treated like this when all you want to do is tend to your babies needs. I left feeling completely discriminated against and bullied.

Nice food, good atmosphere. We ordered the Scottish breakfast and burgers. It was a good meal.

Visited on a Sunday late morning solo. The food was absolutely gorgeous and at a good price too. The atmosphere was great and the staff were all really friendly The reason I’m rating at 4 stars is because of two reasons 1) food arrived before drinks did. Not a massive issue but it would’ve been nice to tuck into coffee before food 2) the ladies toilets are in much need of TLC. no proper lock on the stall door (would still lock but took some giggling about), the toilets not flushing properly, and just overall appearance. Overall it is worth a visit. Thank you guys ❤️

Updated review : I have ordered on delivery applications recently and quality has dropped drastically. I have also visited a couple of times now, food quality is not as good as it was even when dining in. The service is the worst ! Staff are not accommodating, grumpy, not comfortable to talk to, talking down to people, not respectful, … They are not happy to answer when someone has a question about items on the menu Initial review : We’ve ordered our breakfast multiple times from this lovely place, quality and taste were always great and consistent. Generous portions, nicely packaged, well made food, attention to details. You can say the people are lovely and really care, when something is not available, they’ll call asking to substitute that. We’ve always had avocado toast, French toast and pancakes. And would recommend these.

Never mind the food. Decided to come with mrs for lunch break. Checked on google which says 4pm closed. On restaurant door it said 3:30pm but it was closed at 2:45. Walked all the way from central station for lunch. One staff opened the door & said its closed coz we are not busy. Then owner came to door & in very disrespectful way said to us that its closed & you can complain whoever you want as i mentioned i know the owner. Very disrespectful & no wonder its quite coz of customer service. Very disappointing. Will never recommend or come again.

Went to this place for their French toast but was slightly disappointed with it. The toppings were little and toast tasted quite dry, can’t complain for the price though. Their full Scottish breakfast was really good, was really surprised with turkey rashers. Lovely place serving halal food and loved their flat white.

I think I found out why it's named the bucket list... Keep one near by after eating... The menu looked good so I stopped in and had the Asian pulled beef burger. The burger was a bit overdone but edible, so I ate it... About 45 minutes later it all came back up... I'd take this place off your bucket list...

Food is ordinary at best. The dining area is scruffy (not in a good way) and could do with a deep clean. Grubby floors were off putting. Nothing a bit of elbow grease couldn’t fix.

Good food however the service was substandard. The waiter took ages to take our order so we assumed we had to go up and then got told off and treated rudely for this. The food arrived quickly however the waiter also cleared our plates as soon as one person had finished. Felt as though we were a nuisance for being there despite the cafe not being busy.

Do not recommend. Walked in and the place smelled disgustingly greasy from the offset. Ordered a fry up to be told items can’t be substituted which I had never heard of. Coffee was stone cold. Food came and was served sitting on a pile of greasy oil, sausages and bacon inedible. Toilets were also disgusting. Do not recommend to anyone, came out of the place smelling like grease, and was extremely expensive for what I ordered

The food was slow to arrive although we never ordered much and the place was quiet. The entire table was served before me then I was left with no cutlery or drink until the rest of the table was finished so mines was cold. I was over charged for what we got and they put an extra hot chocolate onto the bill I never asked for or received. Over £70 for ten pancakes and 5 drinks.

Discrimination, Very poor service: the waiter decided to skip our table and took the orders of both tables next to us that had arrived later than us, once I asked if we can order. He simply said “the restaurant is full” but yet he was leading for people to another table and took their order. I felt discriminated as Latino visiting Glasgow for the first time.

Brilliant breakfast that hit the spot

I personally am not one to make a fuss but the food arrived cold and possibly left out for awhile though presented well. I had Eggs Benedict Royal, but the Hollandaise sauce formed a skin, hence "left out". My partner ordered the Spanish Omelette, it barely had any potatoes in, she then went to complain and they replaced it with another. Though it was fresh and omelette was fluffy, it still barely had any potatoes in. There are other numerous reviews that have mentioned the same thing with their omelette. The venue itself seemed clean, modern and spacious and the service was quick though unattentive; it would have been nice if the person who took the order asked if everything was alright. Sad to say, this café didn't tick my Bucket List for breakfast.

I had never been here before today and would definitely come back! I came with a friend and my 16 month old and staff were very accommodating. Having originally sat us at a low table where I realised my child’s high chair was too high for it (there was no tray attached to the high chair), and despite being very busy they cleared an empty table and moved us to it straight away. The food was delicious and served really quickly which was great. Really good varied choices on the menu too. A fab wee find for us today!

Nipped in as I was staying in the easy hotel round the corner and wanted a breakfast before I caught my bus back to Edinburgh. So got to say this was probably one of the most amazing and well cooked full Scottish breakfasts I've had . Everything was cooked to perfection and I opted for the extra 2 link sausages which were clearly sourced from a quility butcher . The eggs were cooked to perfection and the addition of turkey rashers instead of bacon (religious reasons I presume) was actually genius and delicious Bread was thick and toasted to perfection and supplied with anchor butter portions There is some negative reviews about the breakfasts here but these are clearly folks who have never eaten here . If your ever in Glasgow and looking for a good non greasy fry up I can't recommend the bucket list highly enough . Look forward to going back .

Decent food for a good price. Very European food, so usual for tourists. Located near the hotel, so could be pretty busy.

Nice meal of a full Scottish with a latte. Latte was superbly made and the full Scottish was excellent. Priced very well for the portions you get, very pleased with it.

We recently had a wonderful breakfast experience at The Bucket List Restaurant in Glasgow. It was a joy to find a place that serves halal food alongside authentic Scottish dishes. The flavors were delightful, and the presentation was visually appealing. The staff was friendly and attentive, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. With reasonable prices, it was a memorable dining experience for our family. Highly recommended for a fantastic breakfast in Glasgow!

Staff was kind and service was prompt; also, the decor and overall atmosphere of the restaurant was very cute. The coffee was good, but the food left something to be desired. The scrambled eggs were rather runny and the French toast could’ve used more batter for how thick the bread is. Overall, they were okay but I likely wouldn’t go back.

Had the full breakfast, the only thing I didn't like was the poached eggs, other than that, it was decent. It wasn't really worth the price though.

Loved the Spanish 4 eggs omelette and the avocado sourdough! Solid 10/10.

So glad we walked 15 minutes to get here. Did not disappoint. Highly recommend. We had the Avocado Toast and the Eggs Benedict Royale (with added side of avocado). Absolutely delicious! We also had Earl Grey tea (enjoyable, but not the best we've ever had) and Marie's Berries tea with side of honey (really tasty).

If I could give 0 I would! The worst food I have had in a very long time. Luke warm food, bland, tasteless, overpriced. All the staff looks like they are forced to be there. AVOID!!!

The customer service was terrible. We were sat for 35 minutes and no one came to take our order. We had to leave to make our bus, couldn't do the brunch we wished for before leaving. Shame.

Can’t give a rating for the food because we never got the chance to order… Were sat for half an hour while others who arrived after us were attended to, despite making direct eye contact with several members of staff. Had to leave to make my bus, which was a shame as this was supposed to be a lovely brunch with my friends who I haven’t seen in months… Super disappointing, as we were really looking forward to this.

Went here with my 3 year old. They served us a rejected pre made fry up i told them the food was cold i dont want anything in return because they probably would have bought out another rejected pre cooked breakfast. My son ate the toast because he was hungry and his milkshake was not that great tasted nothing like vanilla more like milk and sugar. Then they had the Nerve to charge me for the full breakfast. The owner was there never once did she apologies or offer to not charge. Never been back once and have told every1 in scotland i know avoid this place.

Massive disappointment… sticky floors, sticky table, Spanish omelette with 1 minute piece of potato, powdered eggs. Definitely won’t be back!!

We had the pancakes and French toast, with coffee and one of their speciality teas. The pancakes were light and fluffy, the French toast nice and thick. The food was lovely, service lovely and seating lovely. Lovely! :)

The bucket list is an amazing and nice place to have meals. We had their breakfast several times and it was so tasty. My daughter liked the pasta and milkshake too. The owner and staff is very helpful and friendly. Will surely recommend this place

The bucket list was the perfect place for a family meal in the city. There is definitely something for everyone on the menu (my nephews loved their milkshakes and my parents really enjoyed the burgers they ordered and the tempura ice cream) . The atmosphere was very welcoming and the waitress and waitor were so attentive to us even though there were many full tables. Overall it was such an amazing place to eat and we will definitely be back!

If there is lower than 0 I will rate the service of this place. The waitress that came to take our order threw the menu on the table and was not in the mood, giving attitude while taking order. Not even a smile on her face The owner herself has no service manners. Making a show in-front of others and being so rude with a loud voice I don’t recommend at all for tourists

Had a really good brunch with girlfriends here! Big cappuccinos, incredible french toast and eggs benedict. Was accommodating for a baby as well.
