Felson's Cocktail Lounge & Stick Hall in Glasgow City

Muy mala experiencia. Reservamos una tabla de barajar por unas horas. Duró 40 minutos en el lugar. Shuffleboard mal mantenido por lo que era difícil de jugar. Mesas de billar en el mismo estado. Su compañero fue al baño y dijo que había bolsas vacías de drogas en los cubículos. Peleas estallando. El personal era realmente desatenta y claramente no podía preocuparse por la experiencia del cliente. Debería haber pedido nuestro dinero de vuelta, pero estaba más interesado en salir del lugar!

Absolutamente espantoso que no pueda obtener un reembolso cuando una multitud claramente estaba interfiriendo con mi juego y se interponía en mi camino continuamente. Git 45 minutos en lugar de 2 horas. El personal no estaba dispuesto a sacarlos del camino. ¿Por qué debería pagar por el billar y no llegar a jugar y tener que gastar mi dinero en bebidas caras en lugar de un reembolso. He estado aquí muchas veces y definitivamente mi peor experiencia por mucho. Muy pobre show Felson’s.

Gran lugar para relajarse con amigos. Bebidas de calidad y los precios eran decentes también. Una bienvenida muy cálida y un equipo amable y hablador.

Oh Dios MÍO! Estoy absolutamente perdido por las palabras. Entré con unos amigos después de galantear por la ciudad local conmigo y mis mejores amigos, soy un hombre que acaba de comprar una casa en la zona local y estaba buscando comprar un poco de alcohol. Entró por 1 trago. ¡Se quedó por 10! Un joven de fácil acceso detrás de la barra me sirvió varias veces durante la noche. Muy servicial y no pude evitar elogiar su maravilloso corte de pelo y barba larga ojalá tuviera el pelo así cuando tenía veinte años JAJAJAJA! permanente FUERA DE ESTE MUNDO! él mantuvo el servicio al cliente al más alto nivel y ni una vez me sentí inoportuno. Nunca acabé de captar su nombre, pero creo que puede haber sido kyle (si me equivoco soy súper duper lo siento soy tan olvidadizo y tonto a veces jajaja, mis mejores amigos en el mundo me llaman un ganso tonto jajaja) recomiendo altamente los delitos graves en particular como las mesas de billar son excepcionales. hermoso y limpio. ¡La comida era, por Dios, deliciosa! 5 estrellas (6 para el camarero de amazeballs) . Gran ambiente, la música era súper fría y relajada, bruhhh estaba pasmado de lo genial que es el lugar. esta será mi principal taberna de bebidas a partir de ahora, ya que hay múltiples pantallas enormes que muestran todos los deportes como el fútbol.

Las mesas de billar necesitan mejoras serias, las pistas se doblan y las puntas se sueltan constantemente. Salvo caos, el personal no parece saber lo que está haciendo. Calidad de imagen en algunos de los televisores no es genial. Puede ser demasiado revoltoso.

Gran lugar en Glasgow , el personal bueno y amable los precios de las bebidas son decentes, especialmente los inquilinos por £ 2 . 50 piensan que es de lunes a jueves no puede superarlo , recomendaría

Fue genial, buen ambiente y los cócteles eran geniales. Precio razonable también teniendo en cuenta que está situado en el centro de la ciudad.

Visited with friends for first time, won't be back. Waited almost 15 mins for our pool table which was booked, bar staff were too busy serving customers apparently to attend to us. We eventually got our table 10 mins after our booking time. Again whilst at bar, waited an age for drinks, barman decided to serve folk who literally had just approached bar. Lastly, we were told to finish up just before our 2 hour slot was finished, there was another group all ready to play on our table.

Awful food..... Like unbelievably awful. Drinks and atmosphere was fine. Decent for pool and a few drinks. We are here for a leaving party for one of our staff. All food was luke warm at best and dried out. The toilets were a mess with one cubicle backed up with vomit. Place is fine for a few drinks and some pool but won't be back. We got here for opening and many of the items off the menu were unavailable and what we had was rotten. Cold sausage bites and mac n cheese fries and dry burgers.

This is such a hidden gem in Glasgow! Glasgow lacks some good pool halls as reardons is pretty run down, and Q club you have to be a member. But this place is fantastic ! No need to be a member, but I recommend booking your table in advance as it was busy and the wonderful staff managed to squeeze us in at the last minute ! The tables are great quality, the cocktails are some of the best I've had in the city centre ( you can get a cocktail tree for less than 50 quid ! ), the staff are fantastic and there's a jukebox to play your own choice of music 🎶 If you're looking for a fun date night idea, or a good place for a catch up with friends, then I really recommend Felsons ! 🎱

Such a great place! Lots of pool tables, great vibe and the cocktails are delicious. Nicola in particular is such a wonderful bartender!

Iv been coming here for a long time and the service is always 10/10. The chat from the staff is always so welcoming.

Abbie was amazing so polite amazing customer service felaons should be proud to have her I cannot express quite how much I enjoyed my experience the expresso martini was tasty and all the staff were friendly will be back

Great spot for a date. Lots of good cocktails and spirits to choose from and cheap pool. The prices were so unbelievably low I had to double check if I’m in the city centre. Will be back

Love coming here for a game of pool, the place is very relaxed and clean. The staff don't disappointment either, we were served by Nikola who was super friendly and makes the best cocktails. Overall I'd highly recommend!

If this place is a pool hall, don’t take the Mickey, so easy to level a pool table. To roll more than a whole ball across the middle pockets means that they don’t care and only want people that “hack about” playing. Also the white ball is definitely not white
