A lovely hotel in a very good location in Glasgow. It’s located in a historic building which was part of the central station, and you still get views of the station from inside.
The rooms were spacious, well equipped and stylish like the rest of the hotel. It has a lovely bar which gets quite lively in the afternoons.
While we didn’t have any direct negative experience with the service, I would expect a bit more attention to detail and guests from a 4 star hotel.
If you plan to travel with a car be careful, parking is not easy to find
Came here for a birthday meal. The food was nice, service quick and good atmosphere especially for a Monday evening.
Marking down as the main was more warm than hot when it arrived. Flavour was good but I like my food to be hot!
I did expect a bit more from the meal but still enjoyed.
Staff were all lovely :)
Had a fantastic few hours in this pub, everyone was so friendly and customer service was great. Food was delicious!!
Well done to Bobe, Vicki and Meesha.

Really comfortable rooms. The service was fantastic, and the location really handy for the bus station. Will definitely be back. The Young lad serving in the bar at night was great. Couldn't fault anything
Had a memorable farewell light dinner with a friend who was moving to Latvia. Lovely service and it’s good that they do pasta in both regular and 1/2 portions 😄 perfect for us light eaters. Delightful profiteroles.

Came here for Sunday roast and was not disappointed! Everything was very tasty and reasonably priced for how much food you receive. They forgot to remove an item that we asked to be removed, so gave us a slight discount which was unnecessary but really appreciated! The vibe inside is really nice, the decor is great but it can get loud.

The food was genuinely great but unfortunately completely overshadowed by the appalling service. We had a reservation yet waited 40 minutes past our booking time to be seated, with no explanation or even a single apology offered (and didn’t see them give one to anyone else either as there were lots of us in the same situation).
They clearly overbooked and their lack of customer service made it x10 worse. The hostess managing bookings was shockingly rude, not just to us but to several other customers (we watched at least four people leave the queue). It’s a shame, because the food deserves better and I’ve loved previous visits here but I doubt I will be returning anytime soon as it spoiled our dinner.
I'm a Chinese native who lived the first 28 years in China. This restaurant is my favourite in not just Glasgow. To be honest, most restaurants in the west serve British Chinese food, it's hard to get the most authentic Chinese dishes except in the university areas. This restaurant' dishes are the most closest to Chinese authentic tastes. I feel and taste home everytime I eat there. I recommend this restaurant to everyone around. Love ❤️ it!
Tried the chicken kabsa and shawarma wrap - both were spot on! Especially loved the crispy fried onions on the kabsa, they added such a nice touch. Big portions, tasty flavors, great vibes, and easy on the wallet. Totally worth it!

The food was average at best and we were badly served by a young blonde lady. I lived locally a few years ago when it was called The Lee and it was a good lovely wee pub back then.

Tried Taste of Chennai on Sauchiehall Street and it was legit! The dosas were crispy, the kothu parotta hit the spot, and the curries had real depth and spice—not toned down. Staff were super friendly and the vibe was chill. Great spot if you’re craving proper South Indian food.
I had booked a table for 15 at Wellington Street last night in advance, everything was straight forward when booking over the phone. I called about a month in advance and then spoke with the restaurant at the start of the week to confirm the numbers and pay a deposit (I assume this is because we are a large group, but this wasn't a problem at all). The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The cocktails were great and didn't take long to come out as a few of us had cocktails. The restaurant had a very traditional feel to it with lots of wines on display. The food was brilliant, great portion sizes, the food can be seen being made which I loved looking back and watching and they were efficient at getting our food out. I will definitely be back! All our staff really enjoyed coming here! 5 stars all around!
