Estuve en Nando’s unas cuantas veces después de un jolly de Costco, y para ser honesto, ¿no es la primera vez que los artículos en el menú han estado ‘agotados’? -La razón principal de la clasificación de 2 estrellas. ¿Esperaba probar la nueva “hamburguesa de pollo” la anunciada en el tablón a medida que entra pero agotada! ? (Por qué anunciarlo si no lo tienes) Y el momento dorado de la comedia fue el, supongo que el gerente diciendo el nuevo comienzo para asegurar que las sillas en las mesas vacías estén metida y recta, y que los menús pequeños en las mesas estén orientados de cierta manera... mibi que ella llene los saleros vacíos mientras llamas a tu proveedor para que te repongan el menú sería apreciado más por los clientes que un asiento entrecerrado... . Terrible since being taken over. Rice doesn’t look fresh, sticky and heavy. Garlic chilli sauce was like plain syrup no flavour. Crispy chicken no crispy, soggy batter. Used to be our favourite but will not be back.

Friends were staying at The Craigiebield, and were very happy with their room, we decided to have Sunday dinner, sadly roast beef was tough, it had been sliced in very thick slices which didn’t help, I’m sure if it had been sliced thinly they would have got away with the meat being tough. Food was served on cold plates not good when hot food is being served. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Refurb of the hotel has made a great difference.

Absolutely awful!! The fish was off went straight in the bin!! Spring rolls were cold inside had to cook them myself in oven! The place has been going down hill for a while now certainly hit rock bottom would avoid it! Only went because Dinos was closed!

Firstly, this was a large order for a family of fussy eaters and children with food sensory issues. We ALL thought the food was very well cooked, very tasty and plenty of it. The quality of the meat and veg was great and everything was full of flavour. The packaging was great and all the food kept warm while travelling out of town to bring it home. They never forgot an item(which we have issues with most places we go) the service was friendly and helpful with the specific requests we had. We ordered online which was very easy to do and found the menu was extensive and definitely value for money. The food was ready when it said it would be and we also had 10% off with this being our first order which helped. All in all we will definitely be back and highly recommend this takeaway.

Kebabs are great. Delivery fast and staff friendly.

Okay for a quick bite the price reflects the quality. Typical version of a greasy spoon. The smell of grease sticks to you if you’re ordering to take away best to wait outside.

Went here with my wife. The guy was cooking bacon on a griddle and ignored us. We sat down but nothing changed until a delivery man arrived to take food away. Then, finally after 20 plus minutes the guy turned his attention to us. Did not apologise for our wait. I had scrambled egg and toast. This was OK. However my wife's bacon roll was not good. Bacon dry and too hard to eat. Tea for two was two mugs with a tea bag in each. So the tea was very strong. My wife visited the outdated very dreary loo. There was no music in the cafe which was dim. Dead plants added to the ambiance. At over £12 very overpriced. No tip! Avoid!

3 delivery's we have had since 18th of December. 95 pound we have spent. First one was good. Other 2 absolutely atrocious. 1 hour and 30 mins waiting time. I phoned up to complain because food was cold. We are less than 2 miles down the road. Managers reaction to my complaint was " i think your being spiteful". Another disgrace as we're spending hard earned money on there food and it isn't good enough. Best menu in penicuick worst delivery service and quality of food!!! Re think before ordering from here

I just tried this place for the first time, had heard good and was starving. I stood at the till for close to 10 mins while a lady served the one other person in there. There were two other girls standing right beside her who just talked to each other the whole time, (I guess they were waitresses for the tables with not a single person to serve) either of who could have served me. There was also a pizza/kebab chef with nothing to do looking at me who could also have served me. I ended up just walking out and came along to Marmaris, it doesn’t look as nice but they take your order straight away.

Like weatherspoons but it's not

I visited Newtwongrange to see a group of friends and we decided to take a cheeky trip to Cheeky Chicken. It is by the far the best chicken place I've ever eaten! Flavours were rich, chicken was tender in the burger I had. Despite being full I couldn't stop eating! The service was great as well, friendly staff who have good banter too. Highly recommend Cheeky Chicken, would love if there was a branch of it closer to home for me.

Obviously only going on my own experience but a solid seventeen yes 17 out of ten. They are always happy to add things on request, which for me is usually green chilies. Best beef chow mein ever and the Mongolian beef is also fab.

Not used this restaurant in a while, but happy to say it’s back to its best 👍
