After placing an order for collection last night, for £45 has family visiting, all 4 of the large chips were burnt and really disgusting. The kebabs were dry all 4 of them and cold the only thing that was nice was the mac and cheese. Really disappointing and won’t be using the empire again. When you pick an order up you expect it to be fresh, the girl said half and Hour so we went to collect it then and was like had been sitting for at least 20 mins.

155 John St3 delivery's we have had since 18th of December. 95 pound we have spent. First one was good. Other 2 absolutely atrocious. 1 hour and 30 mins waiting time. I phoned up to complain because food was cold. We are less than 2 miles down the road. Managers reaction to my complaint was " i think your being spiteful". Another disgrace as we're spending hard earned money on there food and it isn't good enough. Best menu in penicuick worst delivery service and quality of food!!! Re think before ordering from here

22 Clerk StVegetarians and vegans beware! We were about to order a few items off the vegetarian menu, and when asked if some options can be made vegan the restaurant said no because everything is cooked in the same oil including meat items! They tried convincing us that they are "vegetarian" even though they are cooked in the same meat oil!!!! Very disappointed due to the misleading menu and their insistence that the food was vegetarian...
