Zero stars Visited drive through at 2135 Restaurant already closed .. Ment to be open until 2200 .. Very poor

One of the rice boxes didn’t have salad dressing on it + the chicken wasn’t sliced into pieces.

I ordered through the drive through and at the second window there was just nobody, so I ended up going to the next one which was the correct window but there wasn’t even a sign telling you that window is closed and to carry on. I ordered an ice cream which I didn’t receive. I also did not get any spoon for my mash or my gravy (2 separate meals), nor did I get a single serviette with my orders! Honestly horrendous service. Do not recommend coming here.

How can't they forget the actual box of chicken and deliver a bag of gravy and chips. Most expensive bag of chips going.

Had an experience in kfc today we're there was a hold up and there was an issue with the till. Saw the manager calling a yound member of staff ( under 20) an idiot in the front of shop in front of nonless than 30 people. The poor lad was almost crying. That is a disgrace this manager should be disiplined. Shocking behaviour.

Every time I've eaten here I've always felt rather sick afterwards and larger orders are usually missing an item. For a good experience visit the branch at Hermiston Gait. Good staff and safe to eat food there.

The last 3 times I've been they messed up my order, tonight is the last time I go here ever. missing items I've paid for from my order yet again, wasn't given a receipt (again) for my purchase makes me believe they do this on purpose so you have no comeback. Since this franchise opened it's been hit & miss, it improved a bit a while back, then sadly went back downhill again, avoid this like the plague folks. Must do better. Won't be back.

The driver left the food outside and did not knock the door. I only knew it had been delivered when I got notice it had been delivered.

By far the worst KFC I have ever visited ! Went in tonight to get a 14 piece bargain bucket, chicken poppers plus 2 additional tubs of gravy. When we got home there was only ten pieces of chicken. This is not the first time this has happened ( last time we also only got ten pieces ). Surely someone in there can count past ten ? We can't go back, with our receipt, to complain as there is never any paper in the self service machines. Avoid this place if you want what you pay for !

staff can't/ won't read the big screen properly that states what was ordered. I blame the management for being totally incompetent at running a simple read, fill, check order business, given what you charge for food you could atleast attempt once every now and then getting it right once

They don't have nice drinks for those whose stomach doesn't deal with fake sugar so I had to take a drink there myself. The food was fine though.

Chicken lovely chips a little cold but ok

Was a wait to be served as only one staff member serving. This same staff member appeared to be the only person that was also making up the orders for in-store customers. All the other staff were dealing with drive through or deliveries. This added to the delay in-store. Toilets were not very clean and there were signs that only minimal wiping a mop and cloth around were undertaken. Staff didn’t seem very interested in the customers, not making eye contact or smiling. Food was over seasoned compared to other kfc’s I’ve had - was like they sprinkled on additional flavourings that in turn made it very salty tasting and making you want to drink fluids. Wouldn’t be going back to this kfc again.

I was literally the only one on the premises and it took them far too long to cook my meal. I don't get why fast food chains don't bother speeding up when few customers are present. Had it been more busy, perhaps I would have been served faster. ON A POSITIVE NOTE: they have seriously improved the quality of their chips and friend chickens. It was delicious
