food preparation was very poor

Had a original Kentucky wrap and a gravy mega box both me and my mate puked up in the bathroom gravy was chunky and lumpy is well chips undercooked and chicken was just not normal!

My note wasn’t used and checked

The delivery guy was so rude, he delivered and I was going to get my phone to get the delivery code . Just few seconds and he was just banging on my door so hard and I was so upset.

Food wasn't that nice a bit bland and cold

ordered a zinger burger box meal, the food arrived stone cold, no supercharger sauce on the burger either. definitely not worth the money I paid for this

waited over an hour for delivery, food was freezing cold, even after calling them still took another half an hour. 2 of the pieces of chicken were dry and awful, defo old. would not recommend. I rarely leave a review but i'll never order again from here

The place is often dirty, nowhere clean to sit to eat. Staff accent a bit hard to get what they days sometimes

Told me it would be here in 31 minutes and it quickly updated to 45 minutes. I spent nearly £30 for a pathetic amount of food. I ordered 2 pieces of original chicken (£5) and I got two chicken wings. I also ordered a large popcorn chicken and only a regular came. Absolute rip off.

I ordered two lots of fries and 4 cookies but what I got was 3 lots of fries, 2 cookies and a piece of chicken which I can't eat because I'm allergic to meat.

This restaurant is an absolute joke. No regards to allergens or cross contamination, and would rather sell you watered down gravy and 10 sides of fries, instead of a singular gravy and a mashed potatoes side, (because they are too lazy too fulfil orders if it’s not already sat in the hold) Cold chicken on the edge of congealing and 0 communication from the restaurant regarding these issues. You lot are a disgrace £54.41 for that below first photo is how the new Ranch meal and how it should at least look like, the second is the chicken pure hard the bag fell apart when delivered chips and other parts chicken missing on the order my daughters meal the gravy had broken open and leaked all over everyones food this resulted in the bag falling apart the food coming out off this place in Loanhead is NOT FIT TO EAT and the worst KFC in the uk I do believe never again will I use it, you just throw any old bits of overcooked hard chicken into meals this outlet should be closed AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

Incredible guy was in complaining about a £60 ordered they had served him he asked for his money back as even I could see the food wasnt fit to eat but the manager and staff just started laughing at him making the situation worse it got to a point where one guy started throwing things from behind the counter at the customer and it all went from there but the food looked appalling and I think he had everything right to ask for his money back and going by all the reviews it seems to be happening regularly at this restaurant I think they have serious issues at this KFC loanhead and I also think it could be a matter for trading standards but for me after what I seen and then getting my food i wouldn't dare go back to this KFC loanhead. BE WARNED GUYS 🙈🙈🙈

Delivery was nearly 2 hour and everything arrived cold

The order arrived roughly half an hour later than the time it said on the app and the food is cold. For £50 that is ridiculous.

Great delivery driver, decent food

Kfc is quite far from me so expected the food would be quite cold by the time it got to us. I was pleasantly surprised to find the food still hot. The food was tasty and the portions were perfect. Driver was pleasant and right on time. First time ordering Kfc as a takeaway but definitely won't be the last

I work here but wanted to see how it is from a customer pov. Came for food whilst getting a friend and i got alot of help working the kfc app to get my rewards and offers working 🥳 the food i ordered was speedy, neat and tasty BUT mini bbq wrap was barley toasted got it replaced without a bother when shown a member of staff. 7/10.

my order was correct but arrived stone cold as driver was sent to the wrong address. don't think this was the drivers fault as someone else's personal information was included on my receipt. obviously an issue with the Just Eat system but they don't care.

The quality of food was very bad, the taste of chicken wings (burnt/dark breadcrumbs or old chicken)!

Ok enough is enough, time for a review of this place. I do appreciate that there have been visible improvements to this KFC site, however I can't let another order with missing items go without a complaint. Every single time you put in an order with more than one meal you get shafted out of some of it. It's impossible to take out everything from the bag and go through every box in front of the staff with a takeaway so you just have to go home and see what you got from the KFC tombola.

Original recipe chicken pieces were tiny, with hardly any skin on them. Very poor quality

Order was wrong. Missing items. And staff can't read as i specifically stated no sauce on 1 burger due to autistic son with sensory issues and shock they put sauce on it.

Place is unorganised. Never busy but still wait a while for orders . Needs streamlined no welcoming smiling faces in here , the staff all look miserable

Orders are constantly incorrect, time after time the staff seem just so incompetent and unable to fulfil an order correctly. But in store drive-through and Uber eats. Especially with Uber this is infuriating as there’s no way to then receive the items you are missing and are constantly out of pocket incompetent staff are literally robbing customers Inside the building is also absolutely filthy and the toilets are disgusting .

Ordered 2 zinger box meal, 1 large popcorn chicken for kids and 10 hot wings at drive through. After got home, didn’t find popcorn chicken in the bag, and only 2 hot wings instead of 10. Everybody is upset as food missing has happened twice in one month. Would suggest to have a supervisor to check before handling over to customer.

I have never seen this restaurant being busy. Always missing something and have to ask for it. Tables are sometimes left uncleared and sticky tables. Staff just stand around and chat most of the time.
