I got nun of the food only the drinks 0

my order was correct but arrived stone cold as driver was sent to the wrong address. don't think this was the drivers fault as someone else's personal information was included on my receipt. obviously an issue with the Just Eat system but they don't care.

The food arrived hot and on time,very nice

Unfortunately instead of the 3 piece original meal ordered and paid for we received a 2 piece meal,sloppy attention to details.

Sadly a portion of chips was missing and i got coleslaw instead of corn but not worth complaining about

Ordered at 5:01pm est delivery 5:30pm the changed to 6:15pm and delivered at 6:24pm

The quality of food was very bad, the taste of chicken wings (burnt/dark breadcrumbs or old chicken)!

Ok enough is enough, time for a review of this place. I do appreciate that there have been visible improvements to this KFC site, however I can't let another order with missing items go without a complaint. Every single time you put in an order with more than one meal you get shafted out of some of it. It's impossible to take out everything from the bag and go through every box in front of the staff with a takeaway so you just have to go home and see what you got from the KFC tombola.

Original recipe chicken pieces were tiny, with hardly any skin on them. Very poor quality

Order was wrong. Missing items. And staff can't read as i specifically stated no sauce on 1 burger due to autistic son with sensory issues and shock they put sauce on it.

Place is unorganised. Never busy but still wait a while for orders . Needs streamlined no welcoming smiling faces in here , the staff all look miserable

I ordered 3 pieces and got 2 one of which was really dry chichen breast and the other was mostly bone. Very, very disappointing. I had been so looking forward to it.

The food was absolutely stone cold so tasted awful. Won’t be ordering again anytime soon and would not recommend to anyone. Way more expensive than McDonald’s but not worth the price

Chicken had been sitting a couple hours. Think the chips came out the fridge went back to for a fresh meal the didn't mind

the driver decided to go the wrong way then just sit the same place for 15 mins until i messaged him,then could not find the address even though i gave him instructions,had to shout him from accross a carpark.food was freezing cold

Ordered the new supercharger stack burger meal today just to find a very long hair in between my chips this place doesn’t care for hygiene or customer safety

For colonels meal the chicken tasted like it was lying somewhere for ages

Orders are constantly incorrect, time after time the staff seem just so incompetent and unable to fulfil an order correctly. But in store drive-through and Uber eats. Especially with Uber this is infuriating as there’s no way to then receive the items you are missing and are constantly out of pocket incompetent staff are literally robbing customers Inside the building is also absolutely filthy and the toilets are disgusting .

Ordered 2 zinger box meal, 1 large popcorn chicken for kids and 10 hot wings at drive through. After got home, didn’t find popcorn chicken in the bag, and only 2 hot wings instead of 10. Everybody is upset as food missing has happened twice in one month. Would suggest to have a supervisor to check before handling over to customer.

Popcorn chicken lukewarm at best. Fries cold and clearly not properly cooked. Very disappointing.

absolutely ridiculous, never received my food. delivery window changed about a dozen times and my order never arrived. Just Eat you should be ashamed of yourself

I have never seen this restaurant being busy. Always missing something and have to ask for it. Tables are sometimes left uncleared and sticky tables. Staff just stand around and chat most of the time.

All of the food was missing out the box. Had to drive to the restaurant to get replacement as couldn’t get an answer!

it took 3 and a half hours to get my order, there was 2 items missing ,not a happy experience and left out of pocket.

Ordered at 6.10pm, order kept getting pushed back. Wouldn’t give me the option to cancel. Eventually came at 8.15pm but food was cold.

My order isn’t acceptable. The two popcorn chicken boxes were only half filled. That’s not values for money at all. Especially when I paid over £15 for two boxes.

What a shambles of a restaurant. This is the second time the driver arrives with no food, just juice. Driver had to go back to restaurant and get our order. Then arrived incomplete!!

Everything I ordered was missing. Received a kids poppers meal and a tower burger instead of a 12 piece bucket with fries/gravy/beans etc

lovely food and still was hot upon delivery and read the restraint notes and got all my requirements correct

I got phoned by the delivery driver and he asked me to stand outside and wait for him coming and then he asked for the code well before even being in my street. He then asked again before exiting the car, I then hung up the phone so he would approach the house where I said he would get the code to then pass me the order. On the exchange he made a few unnecessary remarks in which my wife asked what the problem was as he was very aggressive and rude.

Ordered 2 meals through drive thru. Staff member didn't listen and put order through separately, so ended up paying 31 pounds for 2 meals. When we got our order it wasn't even what we wanted. Didn't want to waste time going back so we just left it

Hi I am delivery driver and KFC behaviour has been change recently with driver and any order I went there I do not need to wait such as before and staff member are very polite and friendly also they offer food or drink to driver such as an other places mc Donald's or burger king. KFC keep it up.5 star

Fast food done right, was clean and friendly. Food was ready in a few minutes and tables were clean, bins needed emptied but overall very good .

i already sent a message saying i didn't receive part of my order and would like a refund on 4 cookies at £5.99 and my service charge for not receiving the correct service

got a delivery only to find items missing rang n rang their phone to no avail, eventually had to go over to be met by a woman (manager?) who decided she wouldn't speak to me, wouldn't give her name then gave Catherine but wouldn't give a surname. She threatened to get police if I didn't leave because she didn't want to talk to me, so I said good idea you've robbed me but of course no police. If that is management she needs help!!! If they are doing this to a lot of customers they must be well off!!! AVOID!!!!!!

over an hour late, then there was missing food and the food that made it was all over the bag as the containers had crashed open, not to mention that the esterior bag had passed through a war surgery, broken on half and pasted together with a bunch of tape. Also the food had no salt at all and the overall food seemed like was used to play a football match . ended up having to make some scramble eggs and some burgers myself as the food was a disaster to look at. awful service and food. -999/100

And once again I find the place closed! Frustrating for me and for many other people who come here at this time. And it seems common for this restaurant to be closed without any warning. Is the problem chronic or is it the incompetence of the management or franchisee?!

Missing a meal from the order. Not the first time this has happened. Called the restaurant and the manager was unhelpful and rude 😒. Incompetent staff who in my opinion, require additional training in quality control. I have requested a refund through Just Eat.

Server on drive through needs to listen ask for standard meal puts through as large query it sounds wrong price then hands over drink that's large said should be standard meal well its put through on card so can't do anything now same guy messed up order a few times needs to listen or clean out his ears

missed gravy every time 1st time is fine but 3 times come on. paid for it 3 times.
