KFC Edinburgh - Straiton Road in Midlothian

Hi I am delivery driver and KFC behaviour has been change recently with driver and any order I went there I do not need to wait such as before and staff member are very polite and friendly also they offer food or drink to driver such as an other places mc Donald's or burger king. KFC keep it up.5 star

Fast food done right, was clean and friendly. Food was ready in a few minutes and tables were clean, bins needed emptied but overall very good .

Outstanding service. Reece is excellent second time I’ve been served by him on takeaway and he’s polite efficient and super friendly! Been coming for a while and he stands out! Food was all in order. Great experience

Missing items and wrong drink.

Pretty pathetic that the staff at the restaurant missed out half the meal order. No fries were delivered at all. Very disappointing

Ordered 2 wraps and 1 of them was about half plain wrap, barely any chicken inside at all. 2nd time in a row been disappointed so won't be the chance for a 3rd. Complained about the order last time and just totally ignored, terrible service.

i already sent a message saying i didn't receive part of my order and would like a refund on 4 cookies at £5.99 and my service charge for not receiving the correct service

got a delivery only to find items missing rang n rang their phone to no avail, eventually had to go over to be met by a woman (manager?) who decided she wouldn't speak to me, wouldn't give her name then gave Catherine but wouldn't give a surname. She threatened to get police if I didn't leave because she didn't want to talk to me, so I said good idea you've robbed me but of course no police. If that is management she needs help!!! If they are doing this to a lot of customers they must be well off!!! AVOID!!!!!!

over an hour late, then there was missing food and the food that made it was all over the bag as the containers had crashed open, not to mention that the esterior bag had passed through a war surgery, broken on half and pasted together with a bunch of tape. Also the food had no salt at all and the overall food seemed like was used to play a football match . ended up having to make some scramble eggs and some burgers myself as the food was a disaster to look at. awful service and food. -999/100

And once again I find the place closed! Frustrating for me and for many other people who come here at this time. And it seems common for this restaurant to be closed without any warning. Is the problem chronic or is it the incompetence of the management or franchisee?!

Missing a meal from the order. Not the first time this has happened. Called the restaurant and the manager was unhelpful and rude 😒. Incompetent staff who in my opinion, require additional training in quality control. I have requested a refund through Just Eat.

Server on drive through needs to listen ask for standard meal puts through as large query it sounds wrong price then hands over drink that's large said should be standard meal well its put through on card so can't do anything now same guy messed up order a few times needs to listen or clean out his ears

One of the rice boxes didn’t have salad dressing on it + the chicken wasn’t sliced into pieces.

I ordered through the drive through and at the second window there was just nobody, so I ended up going to the next one which was the correct window but there wasn’t even a sign telling you that window is closed and to carry on. I ordered an ice cream which I didn’t receive. I also did not get any spoon for my mash or my gravy (2 separate meals), nor did I get a single serviette with my orders! Honestly horrendous service. Do not recommend coming here.

How can't they forget the actual box of chicken and deliver a bag of gravy and chips. Most expensive bag of chips going.

Had an experience in kfc today we're there was a hold up and there was an issue with the till. Saw the manager calling a yound member of staff ( under 20) an idiot in the front of shop in front of nonless than 30 people. The poor lad was almost crying. That is a disgrace this manager should be disiplined. Shocking behaviour.

Every time I've eaten here I've always felt rather sick afterwards and larger orders are usually missing an item. For a good experience visit the branch at Hermiston Gait. Good staff and safe to eat food there.

The last 3 times I've been they messed up my order, tonight is the last time I go here ever. missing items I've paid for from my order yet again, wasn't given a receipt (again) for my purchase makes me believe they do this on purpose so you have no comeback. Since this franchise opened it's been hit & miss, it improved a bit a while back, then sadly went back downhill again, avoid this like the plague folks. Must do better. Won't be back.

The driver left the food outside and did not knock the door. I only knew it had been delivered when I got notice it had been delivered.

By far the worst KFC I have ever visited ! Went in tonight to get a 14 piece bargain bucket, chicken poppers plus 2 additional tubs of gravy. When we got home there was only ten pieces of chicken. This is not the first time this has happened ( last time we also only got ten pieces ). Surely someone in there can count past ten ? We can't go back, with our receipt, to complain as there is never any paper in the self service machines. Avoid this place if you want what you pay for !

Order was wrong on more than 1 item. Always send the wrong stuff.

They don't have nice drinks for those whose stomach doesn't deal with fake sugar so I had to take a drink there myself. The food was fine though.
