The best restaurants in Edinburgh, City of Edinburgh and Lothian

Excessive volume of music, and very poor and low quality food. We paid 30 pounds per menu, and it was honestly a disappointing experience. I don't recommend it at all.

Great food, some of the best Chinese I have had, four of us said the same £107 with 8 drinks.so full after. Only thing is to not sit in front of the door in winter as the cold air cuts you in half.

Probablemente la mejor comida china que hemos comido. Menú especial para dos. Nunca había tostado pollo limón o mantequilla de maní en jarabe. Porciones muy generosas. Nada de escatimar en la carne. Excelente relación calidad-precio.

The pub was well designed and loved the Frankenstein coming down from the ceiling. The drinks were delicious but for a gothic pub we found that the music was awful. It was the type of music you'd expect to hear being played at a club for people in their late teens early twenties. Not the music you'd expect in a gothic pub

First time back at a Nando's since a few years. Good food at a good price won't disappoint. Staff here are friendly!

Excelente comida y servicio. Enormes porciones y comida realmente encantadora! Las patatas fritas especialmente eran muy frescas y sabrosas. El personal era realmente encantador, especialmente una camarera que creo que era nuevo ese día en la cafetería! Era muy dulce.

I’ve been here a couple times, unfortunately the food seems to have recently not just gone downhill but dived off a cliff edge. We were a group of 8, and only 2 of us actually enjoyed the food - my burger was hard as a rock in places, and my MIL’s “soft” tacos actually splintered apart. Food is insanely overpriced given the quality. Drinks-wise the bar has some decent options and the vibe inside isn’t bad, but dear god please don’t eat here when there are much better options just down the road.

Still waiting on manager getting back to me about awful Christmas dinner - waiting an over an hour for starters a further hour for our mains and a further hour and a half for our desserts, couldn’t get to the bar for a drink there was that many people round it complaing, food was awful gravy like water and the whole experience ruined mine, my friends & the kids Christmas Day
