Everything is amazing. We have ordered mac and cheese, BBQ wings, fudge cake, and some beverages. The meal was absolutely delicious. Great value for money and a generous portion. We would like to thank Wioletta for her service. She was doing an excellent job.

The food is exceptional and the portions are great. Especially recommend the BBQ ribs! The staff is super friendly and attentive. Overall a very enjoyable dining experience!

Lovely meal, and the waitress Chiara was equally lovely! She was so attentive which was great, and definitely the best waitress I’ve ever had in the UK. Her service really compared to what I experienced in USA restaurants, so she really deserved her tip. Food was also great despite the menu being missing a few things due to low stock. Again, Chiara sorted us out with recommendations etc. Thanks so much!

Half of our party were running very late but our server Chiara told us not to worry and made us feel more relaxed about it. She was very attentive, friendly and just very lovely. Food was great, hot and tasty. The ages of our party ranged from 2 - 64 and we all enjoyed our visit.

Restaurant is an absolute shambles, opening meant to be 11am notice on the door saying not open til 12pm. Who ever is running this establishment needs to be sacked immediately because they clearly cannot run a restaurant efficiently or effectively. Worst place in the fort Kinnaird, avoid avoid avoid.

Delivered the wrong items, that were cold anyway. Don’t take phone calls direct if not click and collect. Just eat take 48hrs to respond so had to heat up wrong food and eat it as had nothing else. Wasn’t even nice. Was delivered on time - so definitely restaurants fault, nothing to do with just eat. Would not recommend.

Visited here for lunch, weren't able to sit in certain areas for some reason, some items weren't available for my child, food was served fairly quickly and was really nice 👍, quite aware of prices increased but very overpriced for one particular meal,staff were friendly but a little slow

Food was freezing cold, nearly took 2 hours overall for my order to arrive from the order time, absolutely ridiculous service. Had to call the restaurant to see what was happening and turns out the delivery driver was just sat waiting without actually saying he had arrived to collect an order.

A busy Friday night at TGI Fridays and the staff where doing a great job. A massive shout should go to Alisha behind the bar. They were on their own but where churning the drinks out so fast and so efficiently. Plus, even with a cover of 30 people on one table, TGI staff were totally professional and so friendly. Yes it's a bit pricey but when it comes to service, I can never fault it.

They forgot to bring one of our starters out so when we eventually managed to get someone’s attention it had been sitting and was stone cold. We had also asked for a side to come with the starters for our son which they forgot so he had to sit waiting while most others had food. Finally all sorted, they bring out the mains and they forgot to order my son’s meal so again he had to wait while all the other food was out. Asked for drinks without ice multiple times and when they eventually came, took ages when it was very quiet, they obviously all had ice. We like the food which is the only reason we go as the service is always terrible but this time took the biscuit. We will probably be back but when enough time passes where we forget how bad the service is. Seems to be zero people leading the staff when ever we go and they definitely need some sort of direction.

The food was ok and I realise that it was later in the evening, but in my view the customer should always come first and this was not the case with the service we received. Being kept waiting to be seated in a relatively empty restaurant should have been an indication to go elsewhere! Service was polite but slow, they got the starter order wrong and when serving the main course, they proceeded to dump the new cutlery on the table and then go and get the food and then place the cutlery! The staff prioritised their other duties before serving the customer. Even paying the bill was painfully slow process. Will not be visiting again!

Use to love this place Prices have gone up food quality has gone downhill, the Staff seem overworked one waitress doing everything herself.

If i could put minus 5 i would to say the least left it all the the waitress didn't even ask if there was a issue after she spilt drink on me but made sure she charged us full price dry chicken strips that I think was the dry bits in the bottom of a bag of cheap breaded chicken with no sauce or sesame seeds on salad that was so spicy you could even put it in your mouth I say salad lettuce and dry red cabbage totally ignored by the manager and service Disgusting I will never go there again ignorant staff disgusting food £50 WAISTED tgi friday should be embarrassed at this review so unhappy I feel I need this reported

Ordered food and drink and wrong drink got brought out , then had to take the drink away then come back a few minutes later and check what the correct order was then away they went again , also took 45 minutes to get starters and then mains got brought out at the same time also never got cutlery so had to ask twice and the cherry on the cake was no table was getting cleared , one of the worst experiences I’ve had absolute joke will not be coming back , they need to get a grip .

food was cold in arrival. missing food items!! called the restaurant to be told it's just eats fault which it isn't! yeh possibly because it's cold. but £34 for food cold and missing very poor. will not order again! I prefer a full refund!

Food was good but service was extremely slow and who I assumed to be manager/supervisor didn’t seem to care. Meal came without a side of chips and when we asked about them the response of ‘yeh I’ll get them’ isn’t the response you give. No cutlery on the table and had to ask for some. Only one person seem to be doing any work and he was nice. No ice cream apparently so no deserts for anyone that night. Drinks and food over priced. Bought a refillable drink and wasn’t offered to refill once. Had to ask. All these things add up so won’t be going again.

The order never arrived, I've waited for 2.5 hours while the estimated delivery time keep going up. Then it says "delivered" but nobody showed up with my order.

Where there for over an hour and a half took 30 mins for the order to even been taken had to go to the bar to order drinks and only got 2 portions of our bottomless chickens before we where fed up of waiting another 30 mins between portions side of chips took longer to come out then the chicken

ridiculous! stood for 10 minutes before anyone even took us to a table while bar staff where sitting on their phone. finally got sat and then took 30 minutes before they took our order then another 30 to receive drinks. won’t be back

Arrived at 4pm on a Saturday. Our food was cold and one of our dishes (to share) never arrived. The food was actually quite tasty but barely warm. Staff were friendly but our experience left us feeling we won’t be back. For over £100 I’d expect better.

Food was late and cold on arrival

Honestly I'm giving this no stars for the following reasons. Myself and my Fiancée dinned at the Fort Kinnard restaurant we spent 2 hours there and spent £100 For context we ordered; The Calamari The mozzarella dippers The messy cheese burger with upgraded sweet potato fries The New York Strip steak with upgraded cheesy bacon fries The Mac and cheese to share And 2 Chocolate Fixation cakes Firstly the new York strip steak which for £28 was overvalued considering it only came with a handfull of chips, a mushroom and two tomatoes. The dish also turned up with a corn on the cob as a substitute for the mushroom which I'm only assuming as I was never told or asked if it was suitable. It was one of the most underwhelming steaks I've ever had taste wise. The messy cheese burger was disappointing due to the cheese being hardened hardly a mess to it with barely much flavour, with sweet potato fries which looked like they had better days some were burnt one was black my partner loves those fries and left most of them. the "Mac and cheese" was just stringy pasta no flavour at all not even salt and pepper saved it. Also there we noticed a hair on the plate after which would be unlikely to be mine as the plate was in the middle of the table and I was wearing a hat. The cakes I took one bite and left the rest and my partner ate out of kindness and disappointment as it was very greasy and just stodgy. Also looking like they were cut with a knife that was used to cut something else prior as there was white crumb/cream/substance around the edge of the chocolate on the cakes. When we were sat down the seats didn't look like they were cleaned prior to sitting down as there was glitter/confetti on my side. There was no cutlery on the table which we had to ask for when the mains arrived. The service was subpar half the time our server (Rhiannon) was chatting to her colleagues and dancing to the music while we sat wondering if we should take our own plates to the kitchen to make it easier. When our dessert turned up my partner was handed a dirty spoon, we waited for a few minutes to see if we could flag down down someone to mention it but my partner decided to get up and go find someone and when she mentioned the spoon was dirty and if she could get another she was told "it's fine I will get you a new one" I'm sorry but I did not agree that it was fine as it was unhygienic and she was not offered an apology I was very embarrassed for the restaurant and thinking this stuff is okay. I was not asked if there was anything was wrong with my dessert as I didn't touch it, she just took it away didn't ask if we needed/wanted anything else and we sat for 20 minutes for someone to see if we wanted the bill to the point we headed to the bar and stood before our server asked if we were wanting to pay. She handed us the receipt then again walked away didn't ask how our experience went or asked if we had the app or anything. Overall a very disappointing experience for the total of £100 and we will not be returning.

Very expensive mistake made going here tonight for dinner. Overpriced food and poor service are not a good combination in my experience. Waited 40 mins for food to be served and unfortunately not at same time. My wifes fajita dish came out first and we assumed that the other two dishes would follow but that did not happen. The chicken in my burger was luke warm at best and the wraps for the fajitas were solid. 19 quid for a burger seemed a little excessive for me but we knew the price when we ordered so I cant blame anyone for that. I do however expect the food to be of a decent standard. We were asked how the food was as most restaurants do and I told the lady that it was not up to scratch. Not a person for causing a scene over food and she didnt cook it so no point having words with her. We simply wont eat here again.

Good is hot and tastes nice enough but the new portion sizes are shocking! At almost a tenner for potato skins you literally receive 1.5 skins cut up in to five pieces. Tgi’s is absolutely not what it used to be. Young lady serving us was lovely and she even felt embarrassed by the portion size

I mean I guess going to any restaurant on a Monday, the atmosphere is always going to be a bit subdued but the place was actually quite cold. Service was frankly terrible. We waited 20 mins for our drink only to be told one ingredient was actually not available so my partner had to choose a different one. The drinks and food were plonked in the table, no eye contact or asking who has what dish.. just dumped on the side for us to sort out. The food was ok - the steak came with the most miserable looking tomato and mushroom I've ever seen - given the pricetag of the food, i expectded it to be reqlly good - it was just ok. I knew they only had 2 staff at the time but it wasn't that busy and it doesn't excuse bad service. Wouldn't go here again.

delivery driver gave us customer service 1stvclass. but food which arrived explained why in USA people dieing- dry hard as rock brioche tiny dry sausage??? I had to put my order to bin and got my lesson to order from local takeaways. if my food look like I just described I don't want to see their kitchen.

Was seated then forgotten about.Waited 25 minutes before I had to ask if we could order some drinks, after ordering drinks and food both took a long time to come, they weren’t busy. Food wasn’t worth the wait. First time at tgi Fridays and last wasn’t impressed at all

It’s a hit or a miss, the food is either hot or it’s stone cold! Doesn’t help when the delivery driver doesn’t stick to his time and ends up taking longer to get to you, therefore the food is disappointing

Food too burnt to eat couldn’t get refund as it went in bin and they wanted pictures . Everything cold . Only thing edible was desserts . Would never use again

Absolutely scandalous. I am in hospital and fancied a wee treat. Ribs came cold and not cooked !! Wings were about burnt to a crisp I would not recommend. Do not let tgi Friday spoil your evening people !!

Chips and hot bites are lovely. Hot dog is a joke, meant to have crispy onions, bacon, melted cheese and a cheese sauce on it - no onions or cheese sauce, bacon doesn’t even look cooked and the sausage isn’t even a proper hot dog sausage it’s absolutely tiny. If a wasny heartbroken before a definitely am now.

I had no wings with my order, that I ordered, and the garlic bread was sold out. I was told to ask for a refund by the restaurant. No offer of an alternative and I was just given corn on the cob... which I'm actually allergic to... and I didn't order.

The seating was not cleaned, even the table was not wiped down 👎. The WAITRESS couldn't be bothered by her terrible attitude given out. THIS PLACE IS NOT BEING MANAGED PROPERLY. The menu is very overpriced. Paying nearly £20 for a plate of chicken. Marinated in their so-called TGF sauce ha. This mug will not recommend or use again.

I ordered cajun chicken pasta. There was no sauce with the dish - description says there is a Creamy sauce. I got some undercooked pasta. this wasn't even al dented. the pasta was coated in something like oil. Cajun should have a bit of a kick to it - this tasted of nothing. And more to the point by the time it got to me it was cold. Given how much this cost, I am extremely angry and would like some compensation. Will not order from here again.

Visited the TGI Fort Kinnaird branch today around 1.00 pm and the host took us to our table. Our waitress Sula was very cheerful, energetic, and friendly :) We ended up having 2 messy cheese burgers and the food was pretty decent. Overall, great staffs who look out for their customers at all times and wonderful ambience :D

Ordered food at 16:52 and it didn’t arrive until 6:40 and when it arrived it was cold

Food arrived cold and was late. Think my food had been prepared for my original delivery time and was left out waiting to be collected. I had to reheat my food before i could eat it

Visited on 28th Jan 24. The restaurant was not that busy and we were initially served quickly. The chicken strips were barely warm upon arrival but edible and we are sure the ribs are half the size they used to be. We wanted dessert but it took about 30 minutes to catch someone's attention even though plenty staff went by but when we said excuse me we were ignored. When we finally got a dessert menu it was roughly 20 minutes before anyone came back by which point we had had enough. There was also what appeared to be a staff gathering at one cubicle with staff climbing over the chairs to get in/out. Overall, a fairly less than usual experience.
