This was the best nandos I’ve had by far and I go often. Somethings happened to the garlic bread it’s so spongy and nice, the chicken was very juicy today and I got a huge portion of chips. Good music too!!!! Thanks

Feels like quality of food and staff getting worse each time I eat there. Today was the last time. No more dry chicken and unfriendly looking "supervisors" checking their phones instead of adding quality to this place. Will happily spend my money elsewhere

I had the Fino Pitta, and came here with others. We couldn't use the QR code but it wasn't a problem because we could order at the till. All our food was pretty good and well priced. Atmosphere was nice and ambient. Service was okay but the cashier was very polite.

Visited Nandos Fountain Park on Thursday 8th August and had a really great meal! Shoutout to Callum who served us and was friendly, knowledable and very accomdating! I appreciate it and will be back,

Visited last Friday and got seated by a extremely rude waiter named Chris, he was arrogant, looked me up and down and I felt like I wasn’t welcome, he barely talked and made no effort what so ever, I didn’t feel welcome and wanted to just leave, after the very rude waiter Chris seated us, we got food and it was lovely, no complaints about the food, thanks Nando’s

Came in on a quiet day today at around 4pm, service was quick and there was no orders ahead of us. To my surprise when the food came. It was cold and terrible. When I went to get my cutlery, I saw dirty utensils clearly weren’t washed and were with the “clean” ones. The whole place looked dirty and it gave off that vibe. I came home and I am not well after eating that food not sure if it was the ice cream considering it looked dirty and might have not been clean in the inside.

Not my first time at this Nando's but service was a mess tonight. A 15 min wait to get seated, not because the restaurant was completely full but simply because the tables haven't been cleared. Essentially they didn't seem to have enough staff so the tables were dirty, no clean cutlery available only spoons, no paper towels... In addition, the prices have been consistently increased and most dishes are now around £15/17 and if you add a drink that's another £4. So a meal is now at least £20, before adding any dessert or starters.

Sat outside, seagull ate my food before I get to nibble on it and the manager got me a new plate. For a fast food restaurant I would like to thank Natalie for her understanding.

Decent experience, busy Saturday night shift. the bearded host was delightful when we arrived, but unfortunately it quickly took a down turn when we had to have our order taken at the till. Took a couple minutes to be seen and then directed to the manager Dany. Despite doing almost nothing around the venue, and being completely unpleasant, he still somehow managed to get order wrong and ring my 1/4 chicken as a 1/2 chicken, which I only found out when the food arrived, obviously costing me more. Aisha, however, who seemed to be the only reason the place is still running, was delightful and friendly when dropping off the food. Couldn't get the order fixed because we were on a tight schedule. Please let Aisha run the venue because the manager obviously doesn't care

Really friendly staff, listened to how I like my chicken cooked, the chips came out and unfortunately they were dead as a dodo but after mentioning it within not even 30 seconds I received a fresh portion! Fantastic service Natalie!

My first Nando’s experience and I have to say it was a treat. Donna was an absolute star. Seriously, out of all of my dining experiences in Scotland, she may have just been the best server I’ve met!

Quick service. Otherwise, a standard Nando's, which is good. I love the chicken. I tried the Scottish Irn Bru drink. Not something that I would choose again. It's too heavy, more like a syrup drink, like cough medicine.

I had the sunset burger with medium spice and it was really delicious. My maccaroni cheese also tasted amazing so I would strongly recommend this as a side. The staff were very pleasant and attentive. The service was very fast.

Cutlery is very badly washed!? ..There are dry food leftovers and visible soap on folks and knives!! I had to pick through 10 folks before I found a fairly clean looking one. Manager didn’t apologise when I let them know, neither did they check the cutlery properly, they said ‘thank you’ but overall reacted like I was just being fussy. Date of experience 17.06.2024. Otherwise excellent place. Follow up after Nando’s replied: my review wasn’t about speed - it was about dirty cutlery. You didn’t even properly read my review.

Their chicken is very nicely done. They have a base sauce with a specified spiciness, but add some of their table sauce also. I like their rice and peri chips (fries).

Used to be one of my favourite places to come when my mate and I would go to the cinema. The last twice I’ve been in, they’re missing half the menu which if we’re honest, isn’t an overly complicated menu between chicken and different forms of potato. As always, the food we did get was really nice - it’s just not what either of us actually wanted to order.

We came here with friends from the US and Canada on Saturday night, and brought them to Nandos because you can't go wrong with a cheeky Nandos right? WRONG! Ordered on the app, food took forever to come and some of it was wrong/missing and cold. This isn't even a big problem, we weren't in a rush, staff were nice enough and replaced anything we needed. The most fun part of the visit was the food poisoning that 5 of our group got hit with. I still have no idea how food that takes so long to be served can still be undercooked. There's nothing like 24hrs of constant vomiting and diarrhea, curled up fetal on your bathroom floor (and an IV drip for one of us) to really seal off a Bank Holiday Weekend. Totally wrote off our Sunday plans, and made our hotel owner very happy with the extra night we had to fork out for because we were too ill to travel home. If you ever need to lose a few lbs quickly, save yourself a trip to Slimming World and go to Fountain Park Nandos instead. I've only given it a 1 because I can't give a 0.

I can't even believe that this food made it out of the kitchen. Fun fact: the make-up burger was also burned. 2 stars cause the waiter was friendly and reimbursed me after the second failed attempt.

Good but they try to force u into buying a drink by not having water available and then don’t bring a cup for water so you need to ask. Then they put it on the table and tell you to get it instead of just doing it themselves. Really lazy employees like this should be let go but seems to be a stupid policy.

Don't get me wrong, I love myself a nandos however this last experience has changed that. I asked for chicken, the usual. It was served, I thought nothing of it.. But the chicken had stood up on 2 legs despite it being cooked and it ran away. I asked for a refund but the rude disgraceful workers told me to go get a job instead of begging for money. - 10/10 customer service. But don't get me wrong everything else was still delicious

I mean Nando’s most places in the UK get a standard 4. This was a 5 because the workers were very helpful.

First time at this particular Nandos and won't be returning. First issue came with using the drinks machine, drinks came out completely flat - I pointed this out to a member of staff who went and poured himself a drink, carried it around sipping it, then he came back to me to say it should be fixed now. I was not surprised to find the drinks were still completely flat. Our meals arrived and about midway through I noticed pieces of macaroni cheese at the bottom of my bowl of rainbow coleslaw. I have tried to tell myself it fell in from another plate, but I suspect it was a dirty bowl used to plate up. The cutlery was covered in old bits of food, too.

Went here for pre cinema eats but wish we hadn't bothered, trying to order via the app was a nightmare as it wouldn't accept any of our credit cards, ordered at counter eventually but wish we hadn't, what I got was a plate of cold chips with tasteless chicken skin and bones I just wish I had thrown it straight down the toilet it would have saved me sitting there for hours after. This was my second visit and my last. Totally disgusting would have been better with a chicken paste sandwich yuk!

We had to wait longer than expected for your food, but it was during a busy time. The service was nice and the people were friendly. They tried to comfort us and we were very happy with the people. But as it was obviously very busy, they should've hired more people. The food was great and looked nice.

Just wanted to thank Donna for serving 6 kids and 4 knackered mummys last night. Was a nice end to a long day doing Christmas with the kids.

I was there 2 years ago and it wasn't as good as it is at the moment. It's clean and tidy, and food is well cooked and served by friendly staff. So now I will recommend it if you want to eat fast at a pleasant place.

We came to Nando's before going bowling. You order by using a QR code and you there are bottomless drinks which are always a win. The food was tasty and definitely hit the spot

You cant beat a Nandos, I literally think it should be free on the NHS it's so good for the soul. But I will make do with a free whole chicken now and then 😁 weekday visit so the place was very calm and everything came out just when we wanted it to (the halloumi starter is essential) 💯 will be back.

Food great, staff really welcoming, all good. As a side note, there was a minor error with one part of an order but this was dealt with immediately and a piping hot replacement sorted super quickly. Great customer service with a smile. Highly recommended.

Was in Edinburgh for a short break and as far as Nandos goes this is a good one. Chicken was cooked well. Staff was very friendly. Not a long wait for the food. Enjoyed it do much went back the second night skipping the more upmarket restaurants around Edinburgh

Really great way to get over a bit of my home sickness...comparable to Nando's in South Africa. Really great food. Quarter chicken, two sides and a drink was circa £15.

It was ok, but that's really all. The chicken was good (in wraps, medium spice), peri peri chips were good too, but the rainbow slaw was nothing to write home about, and the broccoli was almost inedible (underdone).

Got take away after a full-on day sight seeing.. was disappointed though they left out my coleslaw which I'd paid for aghh. Note to self always check your order before you leave

Fresh and tasty food at a good price point. Friendly young front of house staff the restaurant is well thought out and a spacious space. Only eaten twice at Nandos but I have a lot of respect for this business model and chain!

Sehr leckeres Essen, die Qualität ist super, die Portionen etwas klein. Einzig die Bestellung über das Handy und das online Payment sind etwas nervig. Alternativen würden nicht erwähnt oder angeboten.

The chicken burgers aren't cheap. My came with a single slice of tomato and it was the end bit with the stalk, so barely a full slice and the worst part. This happened a couple of years ago and I've not been back. Nandos is teasty but poor value and over-rated.

The food was very good, and the staff was not very attentive they didn't check orders when ordering on the app. We had to ask for the glass for a coke halfway through our meal .

These guys are great - we landed 8 kids and 6 adults on them for lunch and they accommodated us amazingly. Great service, great teamwork. Really appreciate it !

It’s pretty embarrassing when 50% of the tables are vacant yet you ask people to wait 25 minutes for a table. If your venue can’t handle the capacity you need to hire more staff. This is the only Nandos in Edinburgh that repeatedly has this issue when I try to visit.

La simpatía del personal deja bastante que desear. No explican el funcionamiento del negocio... debes ingeniártelas para encontrar donde servirte...

Os empregados apenas indicam a mesa e trazem a comida quando pronta à mesa. Tudo o resto como encomendar é feito pelo cliente ao balcão, que também se serve de bebida- a agua também é gratis e pode pedir os copos que quiser. O frango é muito bom assim como a maçaroca para comer com manteiga. Adoramos a comida e é muito bom para familias e tem menus para crianças.

My recent order from the fountain park fry fish and chips turned out to be nothing short of a disgrace. Once we realised that our food was very late we phoned the takeaway itself to be met by a highly hostile staff member who was completely incapable of even the smallest measure of politeness or reason.The staff member proceeded to tell us the takeaway deliverer rang over and over again despite no missed calls being received on the registered mobile and none of the 5 other house tennent numbers listed on the front door - or no other flats in building being tried. The money I lost tonight and attitude I revieved from a highly ignorant and hostile staff member is a complete disgrace and I will never be a customer of the Fountainpark Fry again in the future.With regret,Keith Rae
