Was really disappointed with our night in Smiths. Firstly, It irritated me at how limited the menu was, but as in previous visits, although the menu was limited, the food was always delicious. Not this time....We had the black pudding starter with turkey wrapped around it, while the black pudding was delicious, you could tell the turkey was the xmas leftovers. It was tough and chewy around the edges. The main was ok... just ok, but the portions were very small. I counted 2 carrots, and the smallest brussel sprout you've ever seen in your life. The best part was the dessert, it was nice and tasted good, but again on the small side. We had a voucher that was given as a present but the total came to £81. I thought it very expensive paying that amount of money to leave a restaurant still hungry. I'm afraid that will be my last ever time in Smiths, I returned in the hope that the menu had changed, and that there would be more of a selection on offer. But I'm giving up the ghost, I won't return.

I had the most delicious onion soup. A little bit pricey but for a treat, totally worth it. Most of the menu is best for sharing. But there’s a few bits you can enjoy on your own. Super friendly staff and a cosy atmosphere.

We had a fantastic experience renting bikes here! The service was friendly and straightforward, with excellent tour recommendations tailored to our plans and fitness levels. We rented two e-mountain bikes for £90 a day and enjoyed a wonderful tour from Pitlochry to Blair Castle and the surrounding areas. Helmets and a bike lock were included, and the return process was just as easy. We would definitely rent bikes from here again in the future!

Genuinely my absolute favourite fish and chip shop in Perth. Never had better anywhere else, always so fresh and tastes amazing. The staff are extremely friendly and waiting times are really good too. Three times in the last month I’ve had a sausage supper and single fish supper and each time I’m reminded why I go back. Truly the best in Perth.

Loved it here on the work Xmas do. Staff were excellent even though we were slightly rowdy. Food was excellent. Would go back!

I was genuinely impressed by the food at this restaurant, both in taste and presentation. Having been repeatedly let down by restaurants/cafés in Perth, I had almost given up hope of finding quality dining in the area. However, by pure chance, we discovered Craobh Kroov, and I placed my order with some skepticism. When the food arrived, I was immediately struck by the thoughtful presentation—clearly the work of someone passionate about their craft. After the first bite, it became evident that the flavors surpassed even the stunning visuals. My compliments to the chef and the attentive waiting staff for transforming what began as a random visit into such a delightful experience. I am already looking forward to returning soon!

Primera visita a Dantes, y fue excelente. No hay menú infantil, sin embargo tienen una buena gama de porciones de pasta de tamaño medio. Tuvimos cordero ragu, carbonara de espagueti, fetuccini con hongos silvestres, puré de puerro y guisante, (sin duda vale la pena probar) pollo alimentado con maíz relleno de hongos silvestres y mascarpone, en una cama de puerros cremados y mis nietos compartieron carbonara y focaccia seguido de pizzas. Algunos de nosotros manejamos el postre. Si nunca has probado este lugar, deberías. El personal es amable, cortés y hay un gran ambiente.

Amazing experience. Staff were very attentive, professional and friendly, I can’t compliment them enough. Food and drinks were fantastic, we went for the Thursday night supper club, where you get a set menu. All the courses were delicious, I especially enjoyed the main course, escalope of chicken with a Parmesan risotto. Everything cooked perfectly and we even got a photo with the kilted chef himself. It’s a shame the place is closing at the end of September however, we were so pleased we went and will have a fantastic memory to reflect on. I wouldn’t hesitate if you are thinking of booking. Do it before it’s too late.

We loved this cozy spot! Stopped for a quick lunch on the way to Inverness and thoroughly enjoyed our sandwiches. The portions were perfect, great cup of tea, and amazing salad on the side. Would definitely go back!

Amazing exotic hot drink and gluten-free and dairy free polenta. Truly magical

Ordered from the the Christmas menu, seafood starter excellent ( should be on a La carte menu ) Turkey main was great, well balanced flavours. Nice Cheesecake for dessert

Food was OK but was in shock when I asked for a cuppa of tea with my £14 fish supper to be told they had ran out of tea bags !! 😵
