Fantastic little gem. Love everything I have had so far

Told me they were cash only. This isnt true. They just prefer you use cash. I learned this from other reviews as I wasnt given the option, I was just told 'cash only'. So your either lying on google when it says you take card or your lying to hungry customers who wasted time getting to you; places like this need to die off.

Ordered the mac & cheese, wedges and got a chicken tikka sandwich. All were excellent. Sandwich was clearly freshly made and the Mac was nice and cheesy. Will deffo be added to my approved list, :). And will be test again soon, you know, for science.

Delicious breakfast,get loads for the money. Will definitely be back.

I've ordered from Hamptons before in the past and never had an issue about the quality of the food but I had to throw away my order of scrambled eggs on toast because it arrived really cold and was it was sadly inedible. The delivery driver told me the shop told him to take two orders out. As a result mine's was the last to be delivered. To make things worse, the packaging it arrived in was in a cardboard box. When I opened it, half of the cold scrambled egg was stuck to the inside of the box.

Delicious soup but cool on arrival and had to reheat —NO ROLLS with soup as advertised on menu

Stopped by today and couldn’t have been any happier with the service I received. Staff were incredibly friendly and the hot chocolate i received was incredible, would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stop and rest for a while!

First time coming to this cafe today latte was great so was the roll. The staff where friendly deffo be returning.

1st time ordering and I'm so glad I did. the breakfast was one of the best I've had on this app. absolutely delicious and the bread that was used for the toast tasted home made. i loved every bite. the soup was also delicious, I could've drank 2 cups. 😂 only wee thing was the soup poured over the bag a wee bit because of the drink hole in the lid bit it didn't spoil anything. will definitely order again. thank you.

Arrived 40 mins before closing and they could only offer sandwiches as had stopped serving any hot food.

Not a bad cafe. Food is good, prices are a little higher than average, staff are friendly. Only downside, please clean the potatoes before cooking them as there is little black burnt pieces of dirt all over it. I’ve had one potato from here I just couldn’t eat because of it in the past. Would also be nice not to be pressured into using cash. We got sent away to a bank machine then heard the girl tell another customer she could use the card machine if they “really really” wanted to? Just a bit inconvenient.

Well where to start! Food was cold and soggy was very disappointed with the "hash browns" basically icelands frozen tots- have a bag in my freezer, even done a taste test - identical! My latte was just warm milk will not be using this place again!!

First time using this place & the rolls were out of this world. 10/10 thanks again for the nice tasting breakfast 😄

Fobbed off by the restaurant as they wipe their hands clean when they can pass the buck on to just eat, delivery was frozen, had to bin it, restaurant called not our problem when it leaves, have looked at reviews which show a clear issue with delivery , but the resultant don’t want to know.

Really nice place and food was lovely, a large helping and I thought I wouldn't be able to eat it all...but it was that good I couldn't not eat it all

No coleslaw with BP and no focaccia with soup. Apart from that it tastes good

I have used Hamptons a few times now for breakfast/brunch and the quality of the food is amazing. The creamy scrambled eggs are the best I've ever tried. Also the tiger bread is so tasty. You can tell great care is made with the food as it is packaged so nicely and always arrives warm. Thanks for the great food and I hope to order again in the New Year 😃

food is absolutely beautiful, only downside was I paid £9 for the the chicken ceasar salad but was given the £6 one so a bit disappointed,😐

After raving about this place last weekend , this weekend it turned up with one full breakfast missing . The breakfast we did receive didn’t have black pudding , hash browns , and only one potato scone or butter for the toast - not exactly good value for money when it cost £10.50. I’m not out of pocket £25 for one person to eat a pretty poor breakfast . This delivery driver was also super ignorant and basically threw the one box into my house !

Fabulos wee pla e with woth plenty outdoor seats too . Very very clean and the food was impecable , best vegan haggis ive tasted in all my years eating out ! Dog fiendly and very welcoming staff . Jackie has done great with this wee hidden treasure . The whole menu looks great . Not my first visit amd wont be my last . I genuinelly recommend this Cafe/ Bistro . Even for just a coffee and a blether . Cant praise my food pr tye service enough and i live amongst hundreds of cafes/ Bistros in the west end

Just popped in for coffee, the restaurant was very quiet (during a week day) so getting a table wasn't an issue. The service was friendly and quick, prices were also very reasonable. Recommended!

Came in for two latte's. Nice place, huge selection of syrups that taste great without being overly sweet. Have water ready outside for dogs. Very cute! We will be back

The best wee cafe, the best staff and the food 🤤 absolutely delicious. The care and attention is 2nd to none. If you haven’t tried it yet, then i suggest you get down there asap!!! Ps just a shame there’s not a 10 ⭐️ option

We really enjoyed our brunch...my daughter especially loved the bacon pancake stack.

My friends food was colder than it should have been but hunger, and fact there was a poached egg, stopped us complaining. Usually really nice food. Small place but usually nice atmosphere and friendly service.

Found Hamptons Brunch through Google Maps and saw it had great reviews so thought I'd try it with my friend today. I'm so pleased I did as the food was delicious - no wonder it has a good reputation. We both had the Eggs Benedict (1 with regular black pudding and the other with vegan black pudding) and they were so tasty. I'd highly recommend a visit!

Brought my eldest for a much needed study break. The Nutella Oreo pancake stack is massive and delicious bit the French toast with bacon and maple syrup is the dish to end all dishes. Absolutely incredible. Staff are so lovely and create such a welcoming atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!!

What a lovely wee place, spotlessly clean and with pleasant staff. The coffee is good too, we needed this here. I haven't eaten there yet, only coffees so far for me but my friend enjoyed her food. She said it was fresh and plentiful. Edited to add - they are dog friendly too.

Wasn’t told when we ordered that it would take 40mins for two rolls and a coffee. Rude response when we asked how long it would be after waiting half an hour and we were offered no apology for the wait.

Myself and my daughter loved our brunch from Hampton. Food was amazing, lovely and bright inside and staff were attentive. I also ordered a takeaway for my partner and he wasn't disappointed. Can't wait for our return.

Best place ever! We came here last Sunday for brunch and I'm always worried about my son's allergies, but the chef/owner was more than amazing! She made especially for him dairy-free.and soya-free pancakes which he loved! Then gave us the remainder of the mixture home. Absolutely the best customer service ever! And how delicious were they! I didn't expect much but they were better than any ordinary pancakes! I also ordered French Toast with bacon and maple syrup which was also delicious! Beautiful, stylish interior and lovely staff! Thank you for your kind hospitality! 😊

What a gem of a find!! Googled 'dog friendly cafes' and up popped Hamptons. Plenty of on street parking, outdoor and indoor seating (indoor with beautiful fresh decor). Lovely coffee & delicious brunch type foods. Staff were very friendly and nothing seemed a bother. Scrambled egg was perfection 👌. Highly recommend & will definitely be back

Great food and lovely service. The prices are amazing..gorgeous homemade soup and toastie for less than £5. Wow so reasonable compared with Shawlands prices. The coffee is lovely too.
