Really nice lunchtime meal. We had the 2 course set meal of which I had the steak tartare followed by the belly pork. Both really nicely prepared together with a bottle of wine. It is also well catered for for children with the kids meals going down well.

Great venue, service and great food. A perfect start to seeing Gary Oldman in krapps last tape in the theatre royal. Top marks all round

Went to York for the weekend with 2 of our friends. We had a table booked for 21.30 on Saturday 17 May 2025. Food was amazing as was the service. Erin our server was so friendly and enjoyed good banter. If you haven't been to Rosa's Thai in York then you need to pay a visit. Everything was superb from Start to finish. 10/10

We had the sharing board with 4 sides. It was excellent! The "Bombe" was a delightful and delicious dessert: just go ahead and indulge. The service was the icing on the cake. We'll be back!

York Railway Station is grand and elegant, with a lovely mix of history and modern convenience. Trains are frequent, the platforms are clean, and it’s easy to find your way around. There’s a nice selection of cafes and shops if you have time to spare. Feels like the perfect gateway to a historic city.

lovely beer garden, great student deals and food / drink deals during the week! great for locals and students alike but the beer garden sets it apart!!

I live in York went into town shopping Stopped off here as we wanted a drink , come in a lot for food etc , Went inside to the bar and was told its table service only Ok not a problem but that was for outside , one problem no tables , looked inside there was plenty empty … one problem again Can only sit there if you order food I don’t know if this was because it’s Christmas Market month But what I do know is I won’t be giving you my custom in January or any other month now when trade goes quiet you need locals and tourists alike to keep your trade

The restaurant is fantastic with wonderful meals. We had the chicken korma, lamb korma and lamb thawa. The dishes were superb and arrived quickly. The staff were very friendly and were keen to make sure we had a good meal. If you’re in the area and fancy an Indian meal, this is the place to go.

Called in without a booking but managed to get a table with a time limit as it was reserved,but we had had plenty time,fish and chips was lovely mi mate had the pie and chips again we where all very happy all round!

Absolutely brilliant with a beautiful room, a few things were wrong but nothing to take away from a wonderful place to stay.

Sunday lunch amazing...had my ghost experience when I wasn't expecting it. Got a hit/tap on my head. Was looking around to see if the part of the ceiling feel on top of my head. Went to report it as I was concerned. Then it was confirmed I had a encounter.

Beautiful venue, excellent food and fantastic service from Ali! I highly recommend it to all families looking for a special day out!

The ambience is good.. The food is good... The staff is friendly.. If you are really looking for some proper Italian food.. a recommended place to go.. But not much veg or vegan options..
