Absolutamente una joya, necesitas encontrar este café. No podía hacer lo suficiente por nosotros, teníamos sándwich de tocino o un sándwich de salchicha. El tocino estaba hecho perfectamente bien y crujiente, pero no cremado. Las salchichas son muy buenos ingredientes. El café era muy necesario en este día tan frío. Volveremos cuando en York de nuevo. Gracias.

Fabulous little coffee shop in Micklegate with the best coffee I've had in York. The food is delicious too. I had the Crumblejack- a luscious fruit and crumble slice. There is both indoor and outdoor seating and the baristas are helpful and friendly. This place is a total delight.

Excellent food, cooked just how fish & chips should be cooked with dripping, there a must try

Literally stumbled upon this place. They managed to squeeze us in on a Saturday at 17.30. Would happily book next time.

Great little Italian near the York Minster. Food menu was really well thought out with many options making it hard to choose what to enjoy for dinner! Great food and service and we had a lovely seat by the window downstairs that they managed to fit us in when they thought they were already fully booked. Thanks ❤️

Didn't eat but it has to be the best pub in York.

Lovely brunch! I had the sweetcorn fritters, which were exactly what I wanted, perfectly complemented by the avocado and tomato relish. I added a little seasoning, but just my preference. My partner, celebrating her birthday, had the pancakes with caramelised banana, which she loved. The coffee was excellent, and the fresh orange juice was spot on. There was a short queue, but it was worth the wait for the food and service. A very pleasant experience and highly recommend!

Very reasonably priced, I've been a couple of times and wasn't disappointed either time . If possible, I try to use small businesses instead of large corporate ones as you tend to get better service, and the food is 99.9% better . This place does not disappoint .

Great service and a lovely place to hang out. Made to feel welcome and valued by staff - especially Izzy Smith who went out of her way to make sure we had everything we need.

Highly recommend El Gaucho for their delicious menu and personable service. Had a wonderful meal here for Grandma’s 80th with the team handling a table of 10 of us on a busy Friday. The service was fantastic, really attentive team and we were well looked after. Everyone’s food was outstanding and all served together which is no easy feat, particularly with steaks. Really appreciated the effort from the staff and lovely touch of singing happy birthday and a candle in her dessert. Thank you all ♥️
