I stopped in for eggs benadict and they had a very interesting twist on hollandaise sauce using beetroot which I loved.
The service was excellent and it was a real pleasure to eat there.
The location is incredibly convenient and I would highly recommend considering this place if you're looking for a bite to eat in town.
Hi
Had an impressive lunch on Sunday!
Covid-19 measures well executed so felt safe
Meal selection at table and delivered in good time
Quality and quantity both great
Well done to all the staff
Certainly recommended but need to book!

Cerys was fantastic, we was on a hen do and she dealt with us fantastic, was always there when we needed anything, even when we had a few cocktails that’s didn’t taste quite right, she was so quick to sort it for us
Yes, you can't book but this place is worth a punt on a spare table. Pretty good range of on tap drinks but - on our visits - the Belgian stew on special was really top notch. We also had the breakfast sausage and bacon rolls which were lovely. The decor is really unique including a stuffed dog in the fireplace !
Disappointed compared to old venue. Decor not Mediterranean style, lost the family business vibe. Food was great and service good.
Table 8- could smell cigarette smoke from staff going out to smoke and rubbish and toilet all over restroom floors
‘Nolas’ is a beautiful restaurant with fantastic food . My husband and myself first discovered it last year whilst on holiday and this year on holiday we came with our two friends who had both celebrated their 70th birthdays , and we wanted to bring them somewhere special to eat . They like us loved it too ❤️. ‘Nolas’ has a fab ambience and the staff are just so lovely and helpful. ‘Nolas’ is well worth visiting if you are ever in York.
First time here on Friday night whilst 'up north' visiting some friends. The 'El Mariachi' Pizza was outstanding, and good value. The bar staff were spot on, attentive, and really pleasant. The Brixton Lager was a lovely drop.
Great value for money, good atmosphere, will be back when up again no doubt.
